A milk warmer 26 for storage and heating is arranged in the shell 1; the milk warmer 26 comprises a heating outer container 27, a heating ring is arranged on the heating outer container 27, a heating inner container 28 is arranged in the gap of the heating outer container 27, the heating inner container 28 is detachably connected with the heating outer container 27, water is filled in the gap between the heating inner container 28 and the heating outer container 27, and a temperature sensor is arranged on the outer wall of the heating inner container 28; a second milk outlet 29 is arranged on the milk warmer 26, the second milk outlet 29 penetrates through the heating outer liner 27 to be hermetically connected with the heating inner liner 28, and a second electromagnetic ball valve 30 and a flow meter 14 for controlling the flow are arranged on the second milk outlet 29; the second electromagnetic ball valve 30, the flow meter 14, the heating ring and the temperature sensor are all electrically connected with the control display device 16, so that the milk is quantitatively discharged from the second milk outlet 29, and the heating temperature of the milk warmer 26 can be adjusted by adjusting the power of the heating ring. The milk warmer 26 heats the breast milk in a water bath, and the nutrition of the breast milk is prevented from being damaged by a high-temperature heating mode, so that the milk preparing machine has formula milk and breast milk at the same time.
A conveying device electrically connected with the control display device 16 is arranged below the first milk outlet 15 and the second milk outlet 29, the conveying device comprises a conveying motor 31 and a conveying belt 32, the conveying motor 31 is a stepping motor, the conveying motor 31 drives the conveying belt 32 to move towards the length direction of the shell 1, and the conveying motor 31 is electrically connected with the control display device 16; the conveying belt 32 is provided with a placing mark, the conveying direction of the conveying belt 32 is provided with a constant temperature box 33 which is electrically connected with the control display device 16, and the side wall of the constant temperature box 33 is provided with a channel for feeding the feeding bottle into the interior. The process of preparing the formula milk and the breast milk by the milk preparation machine comprises the following steps: the milk receiving bottle is placed on the conveying belt 32 and aligned with the placement mark, formula milk flows out of the first milk outlet 15, breast milk flows out of the second milk outlet 29, the formula milk is brewed and blended with milk powder through hot water in the water source storage and heating device 4, the breast milk is kept warm through the milk warming device 26, the formula milk and the breast milk flowing out of the first milk outlet 15 and the second milk outlet 29 can be stored only through the milk receiving bottle, the formula milk or the breast milk is conveyed into the constant temperature box 33 through the conveying belt 32 to be kept warm, the constant temperature formula milk and the constant temperature breast milk can be taken conveniently at any time, each patient can drink the milk with the most comfortable mouth feeling, and nutritional ingredients in the formula milk and the breast milk are reserved; the conveying motor 31 is a stepping motor, which is a device for converting electric pulses into discrete mechanical movements, and has good data control characteristics, so that the electric pulses can be conveniently controlled to further control the conveying position of the conveying belt 32.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control display device 16 can be integrated with SG121-BGCM industry; the first electromagnetic ball valve 6 and the second electromagnetic ball valve 30 may be both of the electromagnetic ball valves of the XQ2014 type; the heating resistance wire 19 can be a TQN-S1 resistance wire; the stirring motor 11 can be a RF-500 type micro motor; the conveying motor 31 can be an L20P1-X micro stepping motor.
The control display device 16 is provided with a formula preparation milk button, a breast milk preparation button, a temperature control button of the water source storage heating device 4, a temperature control button of the milk warming device 26 and a temperature control button of the thermostat 33, and the control display device 16 can display and control the temperature of hot water in the water source storage heating device 4, the temperature of breast milk in the milk warming device 26, the flow of the flow meter 14, the opening and closing state of the first electromagnetic ball valve 6, the opening and closing state of the second electromagnetic ball valve 30 and the constant temperature of the thermostat 33. The connection relationship and the type selection between the electrical components in the scheme are the existing mature technologies, so the circuit structure and the working principle between the electrical components are not repeated herein.
The process of preparing formula milk by the milk preparation machine in the scheme is as follows: firstly, opening a top-opening box door on a shell 1, putting different types of milk powder into different storage grids 20 in a milk powder storage box, then clicking a formula preparation milk button on a control display device 16, opening a first electromagnetic ball valve 6, putting the milk powder in the storage grids 20 onto a weighing box 7, and when the weight of the milk powder reaches a preset weight of a program, closing the first electromagnetic ball valve 6, stopping putting the milk powder into the weighing box 7, so as to realize the metering function of the milk powder; the pouring device turns over the weighing box 7, the milk powder in the weighing box 7 is poured onto the milk powder guide plate 22, the milk powder enters the stirring cup 9 along the milk powder guide plate 22, and the milk powder in the weighing box 7 is guided into the stirring cup 9; the water source storage and heating device 4 injects heated hot water into the stirring cup 9 quantitatively through the flowmeter 14, the stirring motor 11 is started to drive the stirring shaft 12 and the stirring blade 13 to rotate, milk powder and the hot water are uniformly mixed and brewed, the formula milk is prepared, and the prepared formula milk flows out through the first milk outlet 15; connect the feeding bottle to accomodate the formula milk that first milk outlet 15 flows out, and keep warm in transporting formula milk or breast milk to thermostated container 33 through conveyer belt 32, conveniently take homothermal formula milk at any time.
The process of preparing formula milk by the milk preparation machine comprises the following steps: open the top-open door on casing 1, prevent the breast milk in milk warming device 26, make milk warming device 26 carry out the water bath heating to the breast milk through control display device 16, after heating to predetermineeing the temperature, open second electromagnetic ball valve 30 and flowmeter 14, realize that the second goes out the quantitative outflow of milk mouth 29, and keep warm in carrying breast milk to thermostated container 33 through conveyer belt 32, conveniently take homothermal breast milk at any time, can make every infant can both drink the most comfortable milk of sense of entry, and keep the nutrient composition in the breast milk.
Claims (10)
1. The medical full-automatic formula milk and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine is characterized by comprising a shell (1), wherein a milk powder storage device (2) and a water source storage and heating device (4) with a filter (3) are arranged in the shell (1), the milk powder storage device (2) comprises a milk powder storage box, a powder outlet (5) is formed in the bottom of the milk powder storage box, and a first electromagnetic ball valve (6) is arranged at the powder outlet (5);
a weighing box (7) is arranged below the milk powder storage box, a weight sensor (8) is arranged in the weighing box (7), and a dumping device for overturning the weighing box (7) is connected to the outer wall of the bottom of the weighing box (7);
a stirring device is arranged below the weighing box (7); the stirring device comprises a stirring cup (9), the top of the stirring cup (9) is detachably connected with a cup cover (10), and a stirring motor (11) is arranged on the cup cover (10); a stirring shaft (12) connected with the stirring motor (11) is arranged in the stirring cup (9), and stirring blades (13) are arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the stirring shaft (12); the stirring cup (9) is communicated with the water source storage and heating device (4) through a pipeline, and a flowmeter (14) is arranged on the pipeline through which the stirring cup (9) is communicated with the water source storage and heating device (4); the bottom of the stirring cup (9) is provided with a first milk outlet (15);
a control display device (16) is arranged at the top of the shell (1); the first electromagnetic ball valve (6) and the flowmeter (14) are electrically connected with the control display device (16).

The medical full-automatic formula milk and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a positioning shaft (17) is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the stirring cup (9), the stirring shaft (12) is sleeved on the positioning shaft (17), and the stirring shaft (12) is in clearance fit with the positioning shaft (17).

The medical full-automatic formula milk and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water source storage and heating device (4) comprises a storage cup (18) made of stainless steel, a heating resistance wire (19) and a temperature sensor which are electrically connected with the control and display device (16) are arranged on the storage cup (18), and the storage cup (18) is communicated with the stirring cup (9) through a pipeline.

The medical full-automatic formula and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the milk powder storage tank comprises a plurality of independent storage cells (20), and the bottom of each storage cell (20) is provided with a powder outlet (5) with a first electromagnetic ball valve (6); the number of the weighing boxes (7) is matched with the number of the storage grids (20), the weighing boxes (7) are in one-to-one matching relation with the storage grids (20), one dumping device is arranged at the bottom of the outer wall of each weighing box (7), each dumping device comprises a rotating motor (21) electrically connected with the control display device (16), each rotating motor (21) is fixed on the inner wall of the shell (1), and the end face of the output end of each rotating motor (21) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of each weighing box (7).

The medical full-automatic formula milk and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein a funnel-shaped milk powder guide plate (22) is arranged between the weighing boxes (7) and the stirring device, the large end of the milk powder guide plate (22) faces the weighing boxes (7), and the small end of the milk powder guide plate (22) is communicated with the bottom of the cup cover (10); the milk powder material guiding plate (22) and the cup cover (10) are of an integrated structure.

The medical full-automatic formula milk and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein two sides of the outer wall of the stirring cup (9) are provided with a guide piece (23), the inner wall of the shell (1) is provided with a guide groove (24) matched with the guide piece (23), the length direction of the guide groove (24) is the same as the width direction of the shell (1), and the front surface of the shell (1) is hinged with a side opening box door (25).

The medical fully-automatic formula and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a milk warmer (26) for storage and heating is arranged in the housing (1); the milk warmer (26) comprises a heating outer container (27), a heating ring is arranged on the heating outer container (27), a heating inner container (28) is arranged in the heating outer container (27) in a gap, the heating inner container (28) is detachably connected with the heating outer container (27), water is filled in the gap between the heating inner container (28) and the heating outer container (27), and a temperature sensor is arranged on the outer wall of the heating inner container (28); a second milk outlet (29) is arranged on the milk warming device (26), the second milk outlet (29) penetrates through the heating outer container (27) to be hermetically connected with the heating inner container (28), and a second electromagnetic ball valve (30) and a flow meter (14) for controlling the flow are arranged on the second milk outlet (29);
the second electromagnetic ball valve (30), the heating ring and the temperature sensor are electrically connected with the control display device (16).

The medical full-automatic formula milk and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein a conveying device electrically connected with the control display device (16) is arranged below the first milk outlet (15) and the second milk outlet (29), the conveying device comprises a conveying motor (31) and a conveying belt (32), the conveying motor (31) is a stepping motor, the conveying motor (31) drives the conveying belt (32) to move towards the length direction of the housing (1), and the conveying motor (31) is electrically connected with the control display device (16); the conveying belt (32) is provided with a placing mark.
9. The medical fully automatic formula and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine according to claim 8, wherein the conveying direction of the conveying belt (32) is provided with a thermostat (33) electrically connected with the control display device (16).

The medical full-automatic formula milk and breast milk integrated milk preparing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a top opening box door is hinged to the top of the housing (1), the control display device (16) is arranged on the top opening box door, and the control display device (16) is an industrial all-in-one machine.
