the outer edges of the supporting ring 31 and the rear cover 32 are provided with a plurality of ball assemblies which are in contact with the inner wall of the housing 10, so that friction is reduced, the movement of the label carrier 40 is smoother, meanwhile, the contact between the supporting ring 31 and the inner wall of the housing 10 and the contact between the rear cover 32 and the inner wall of the housing 10 are reduced, and the influence on light transmittance and then on reading of labels caused by abrasion of the inner wall of the housing 10 is avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, a first embodiment of the present invention further provides the following:
the support ring 31 and the rear cover 32 are provided with a plurality of accommodating holes 34 for accommodating ball components, the accommodating holes 34 are internally provided with limiting sliding grooves 35, each ball component comprises a ball 39, an installation body 37, a first elastic piece 36 and a limiting sliding block 38, the installation body 37 is arranged in the accommodating holes 34 in a sliding mode and is provided with an installation groove for installing the ball 39, and the ball 39 partially exposes out of the installation body 37 and can roll in the installation body 37; the first elastic piece 36 is arranged in the accommodating hole 34, and two ends of the first elastic piece are respectively abutted against the bottom of the accommodating hole 34 and the mounting body 37, and are used for providing an outward elastic force for the mounting body 37; the limiting slide block 38 is arranged on the mounting body 37 and is matched with the limiting slide groove 35 to limit the extending range of the ball 39.
The cooperation of the stop slider 38 and the stop runner 35 preferably allows the ball 39 to extend from a slightly non-contacting position to a position in which the ball 39 contacts the inner wall of the housing 10 and is slightly pressed, so that the ball 39 is prevented from being pressed too tightly against the inner wall of the housing 10, which may affect the smoothness of the movement of the label carrier 40, and the ball 39 is also prevented from being retracted too much to cause the ball 39 to fail, and contact abrasion of the support ring 31 and the rear cover 32 with the inner wall of the housing 10 is prevented.
Simultaneously, can play better ground cushioning effect through this kind of structure, can avoid colliding with vibrations etc. and cause the internal component to damage the inefficacy.

the outer shell 10 comprises two hemispherical shells, one sides of the two hemispherical shells are hinged with each other, the other sides of the two hemispherical shells are provided with connecting lugs 12, and the parts of the two hemispherical shells, which are contacted with each other, are provided with elastic sealing gaskets 13.
The connecting piece 20 comprises a locking fastener for locking the connecting lugs 12 on the two hemispherical shells together and a material connecting structure 21 connected with the locking fastener and used for connecting with materials.
The material connecting structure 21 may be a rope loop, an adhesive tape, a staple, or the like that can be fixed to the corresponding material.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a first embodiment of the present invention further provides the following:
the locking fastener comprises a hook 22, a pull rope 23, a chute box 24, a pull rod 25, a second elastic element 26 and a clamping block 27.
The hook part of the hook 22 is used for hooking the connecting lugs 12 on the two hemispherical shells after the connecting lugs 12 are closed, and the tail part of the hook 22 is provided with a rope threading hole for the rope 23 to pass through; the chute box 24 is arranged at one side of the hook part of the hook 22, and a slide hole is arranged inside the chute box; the pull rod 25 is arranged in the slide hole in a sliding way, and the outer end of the pull rod penetrates through the chute box 24; the second elastic piece 26 is arranged in the slide hole, is connected with the pull rod 25 and is used for providing elastic force for the pull rod 25 to move towards the inside of the hook part; the fixture block 27 is arranged at the inner end of the pull rod 25 and the inner side of the fixture block is used for being abutted against the connecting rod so as to limit the connecting lug 12 in the hook part of the clamping hook 22; one end of the pull rope 23 is connected with the fixture block 27, and the other end of the pull rope passes through the rope threading hole and then is connected with the material connecting structure 21.
In use, the latch 27 locks the closed engaging lug 12 in the hook 22 and provides a resilient force to hold the engaging lug 12 down, while the closed engaging lug 12 is preferably square to prevent rotation.
The pull rope 23 provides a pulling force after the housing 10 and other parts hang down, so as to keep the outward extending state of the latch 27, prevent the connecting lug 12 from falling out of the hook 22, and enhance the connection safety.
Referring to fig. 4, the tag reading apparatus according to the present invention is used for reading the tag of the electronic material storage, and includes a base 61, a bracket 62 and a data reading module 63, wherein the base 61 is provided with a placement groove 64 matched with the housing 10, one end of the bracket 62 is connected to the base 61, and the other end extends to the top of the placement groove 64, and the data reading module 63 is provided above the bracket 62 and is used for scanning and reading the pattern on the tag carrier 40 in the placement groove 64.
Compared with the prior art, the label reading device provided by the invention can be used for conveniently reading the electronic material warehouse management label, is simple and convenient to operate, and can be used for greatly improving the material warehouse entering and exiting efficiency.
The invention provides an electronic tag searching method, which searches the electronic material library management tag and comprises the following steps:
inputting characteristic data of the electronic material library management label to be searched at a data input end 71, transmitting the characteristic data to a signal transmitting end, and forming a first wireless signal by the signal transmitting end to be transmitted out;
the electronic material library management tag receives the first wireless signal, compares the first wireless signal with the characteristic data of the electronic data tag of the electronic material library management tag, and controls the reminding module 44 to continuously send out a reminding signal when the comparison result is matched;
after finding out the corresponding electronic material library management label according to the indication of the reminding signal, inputting termination data at a data input end 71, transmitting the termination data to a signal transmitting end, and forming a second wireless signal by the signal transmitting end to be transmitted out;
the electronic material library management tag receives the second wireless signal and controls the reminding module 44 to stop sending the reminding signal.
Compared with the prior art, the electronic tag searching method provided by the invention has the advantages that an operator can directly find the corresponding materials through the reminding signal, the electronic material warehouse management tag can be conveniently searched, the manual searching mode can be completely replaced, the searching efficiency and precision are greatly improved, the operation is simple and convenient, and the material warehouse entering and exiting efficiency can be greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the electronic tag search system according to the present invention includes the electronic material library management tag, a data input end 71 and a signal transmitting end, wherein the data input end is in communication connection with the signal transmitting end, and the signal transmitting end includes a mobile terminal 72 or a plurality of signal transmitters 73 fixedly disposed in a warehouse.
Compared with the prior art, the electronic tag searching system provided by the invention can conveniently search and search the electronic material warehouse management tag, can completely replace a manual searching mode, greatly improves the searching efficiency and precision, is simple and convenient to operate, and can greatly improve the material warehouse entering and exiting efficiency.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. An electronic materials library tube label, comprising a label carrier (40), the label carrier (40) comprising:
a carrier sheet (41) for carrying a viewable data graphic;
a data chip (42) for storing an electronic data tag;
a signal transmission module (43) for receiving a data signal;
a reminding module (44) for sending out a reminding signal;
the controller (45) is respectively electrically connected with the data chip (42), the signal transmission module (43) and the reminding module (44), and is used for comparing the data signals transmitted by the signal transmission module (43) with the electronic data tags in the data chip (42) and controlling the reminding module (44) to send out reminding signals when the comparison results are matched;
a power source (46) electrically connected with the controller (45) for supplying power;
the electronic material library management label further comprises:
the shell (10) is of a transparent structure;
one end of the connecting piece (20) is connected with the shell (10), and the other end of the connecting piece is used for being connected with materials so as to be fixed on the materials;
the rotating mechanism is arranged in the shell (10), the shell (10) is matched, and the label carrier (40) is arranged in the shell (10), is connected with the rotating mechanism and rotates in the shell (10) through the rotating mechanism;
-a weight (50) provided within the housing (10) and connected to the label carrier (40) for maintaining the orientation of the label carrier (40) within the housing (10);
the inside of the shell (10) is a spherical cavity, the rotating mechanism comprises a supporting ring (31) matched with the inner wall of the shell (10), and the label carrier (40) is arranged in the supporting ring (31); the shell (10) is filled with lubricating liquid;
the rotating mechanism further comprises a rear cover (32), the rear cover (32) is located on one side of the support ring (31) and connected with the support ring (31), the label carrier (40), the support ring (31) and the rear cover (32) enclose a first cavity, and the counterweight body (50), the data chip (42), the signal transmission module (43), the reminding module (44), the controller (45) and the power supply (46) are located in the first cavity;
the outer edges of the support ring (31) and the rear cover (32) are provided with a plurality of ball assemblies which are in contact with the inner wall of the shell (10);
the support ring (31) with be equipped with on back lid (32) a plurality of accommodation holes (34) that are used for holding ball subassembly, be equipped with spacing spout (35) in accommodation hole (34), ball subassembly includes:
balls (39);
a mounting body (37) which is arranged in the accommodating hole (34) in a sliding manner and is provided with a mounting groove for mounting the ball (39), wherein the ball (39) is partially exposed out of the mounting body (37) and can roll in the mounting body (37);
a first elastic member (36) provided in the accommodation hole (34), having both ends respectively abutting against a hole bottom of the accommodation hole (34) and the mounting body (37), and configured to provide an outward elastic force to the mounting body (37);
the limiting sliding block (38) is arranged on the mounting body (37) and is matched with the limiting sliding groove (35) to limit the extending range of the ball (39);
the reminding module (44) comprises one or more of a light-emitting component, a loudspeaker component, a vibration component and a geographical positioning component, and when the reminding module (44) comprises the light-emitting component, the slide glass (41) or the rear cover (32) is of a light-transmitting structure; the shell (10) is provided with a disassembly port structure (11) for taking out and putting in the label carrier (40); the power supply (46) is a battery, and a battery slot (33) is formed in the bottom of the rear cover (32) and used for disassembling and assembling the battery; the battery is the counterweight body (50); the rear cover (32) is of a hemispherical shell structure, and the support ring (31), the rear cover (32), the label carrier (40) and the counterweight body (50) are of an integrated structure;
the connecting piece (20) comprises a locking fastener for locking the connecting lugs (12) on the two hemispherical shells together and a material connecting structure (21) which is connected with the locking fastener and is used for connecting materials;
the locking fastener comprises a clamping hook (22), a pull rope (23), a sliding chute box (24), a pull rod (25), a second elastic piece (26) and a clamping block (27); the hook part of the clamping hook (22) is used for hooking the connecting lugs (12) on the two hemispherical shells after the connecting lugs (12) are closed, and the tail part of the clamping hook (22) is provided with a rope threading hole for the pull rope (23) to pass through; the sliding groove box (24) is arranged on one side of the hook part of the clamping hook (22), and a sliding hole is formed in the sliding groove box; the pull rod (25) is arranged in the slide hole in a sliding manner, and the outer end of the pull rod penetrates through the chute box (24); the second elastic piece (26) is arranged in the sliding hole, is connected with the pull rod (25) and is used for providing elastic force for the pull rod (25) to move towards the inside of the hook part; the clamping block (27) is arranged at the inner end of the pull rod (25), and the inner side of the clamping block is used for being abutted against the connecting rod so as to limit the connecting lug (12) in the hook part of the clamping hook (22); one end of the pull rope (23) is connected with the clamping block (27), and the other end of the pull rope penetrates through the rope threading hole and then is connected with the material connecting structure (21).

The electronic materials library tube tag of claim 1, wherein: the shell (10) comprises two hemispherical shells, one sides of the two hemispherical shells are hinged with each other, the other sides of the two hemispherical shells are provided with connecting lugs (12), and the parts of the two hemispherical shells, which are in contact with each other, are provided with elastic sealing gaskets (13).

A label reading device is characterized in that: the electronic material library tube label of any one of claims 1-2, comprising a base (61), a bracket (62) and a data reading module (63), wherein the base (61) is provided with a placement groove (64) matched with the housing (10), one end of the bracket (62) is connected with the base (61), the other end of the bracket extends above the placement groove (64), and the data reading module (63) is arranged above the bracket (62) and used for scanning and reading the pattern on the label carrier (40) in the placement groove (64).
4. An electronic label searching method, characterized in that, the electronic material library management label according to any one of claims 1-2 is searched, comprising the following steps:
inputting characteristic data of the electronic material library management tag to be searched at a data input end (71), transmitting the characteristic data to a signal transmitting end, and forming a first wireless signal by the signal transmitting end to be transmitted out;
the electronic material library management tag receives the first wireless signal, compares the first wireless signal with the characteristic data of the electronic data tag of the electronic material library management tag, and controls the reminding module (44) to continuously send out a reminding signal when the comparison result is matched;
after finding out the corresponding electronic material library management label according to the indication of the reminding signal, inputting termination data at a data input end (71), transmitting the termination data to a signal transmitting end, and forming a second wireless signal by the signal transmitting end to be transmitted out;
and the electronic material warehouse management label receives the second wireless signal and controls a reminding module (44) to stop sending a reminding signal.

An electronic tag search system characterized by: comprising an electronic materials library management tag according to any of claims 1-2, a data input (71) and a signal transmitting terminal, the data input and the signal transmitting terminal being communicatively connected, the signal transmitting terminal comprising a mobile terminal (72) or a number of signal transmitters (73) fixedly arranged in the warehouse.
