For example, although the following embodiments are explained in connection with a dryer, this is not limitative, and the technical solution of the present invention is equally applicable to other types of laundry treatment apparatuses with a drying function, such as washing and drying machines, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better illustration of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to the specific circumstances.
The invention provides a clothes drying time estimation method and a module based on the problem that clothes drying time display of existing clothes treatment equipment with a clothes drying function is inaccurate, aiming at estimating the clothes drying time according to personal use habits of users, so that the estimated clothes drying time is closer to actual clothes drying time in the use process, and further convenience is brought to the users and user experience is improved.
The method for estimating the dry time provided by the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for estimating the clothes drying time according to the embodiment of the invention includes:
s1, acquiring historical clothes drying data of a set number. Specifically, the historical drying data includes a temperature level and a drying level corresponding to a historical drying time and a previous drying time. Regarding the number of samples of the selected historical clothes drying data, in the invention, the number is preferably set to be more than or equal to 6, for example, the historical clothes drying data, mainly the historical clothes drying time, in the previous 10 clothes drying processes can be obtained, and the setting mode comprehensively considers some factors which may influence the clothes drying result, such as the clothes drying frequency of a user, the change of the environment and the like, so that the estimation result can be more accurate. The historical clothes drying time is actual time consumption in the historical clothes drying process, reflects the total time required under the influence of various factors such as clothes materials, put weight, clothes humidity and the like, and can avoid the influence of various factors such as clothes materials, weight and the like by selecting the historical clothes drying time as the most main parameter for estimating the current clothes drying time, so that the control strategy is simplified. In addition, since the time of drying the clothes in the previous time is closest to the time of drying the clothes in the current time, the change of the wearing state of the user is minimum, so that the influence of the data of the dried clothes in the previous time on the estimation result needs to be properly enhanced in the estimation process, and the temperature grade and the drying grade set in the previous time drying process can be further acquired to further determine the time correction coefficient.
S2, estimating the current clothes drying time based on the acquired result.
Specifically, the specific steps for estimating the current clothes drying time include the following steps:
s20, obtaining an average value of the historical clothes drying time to obtain the average clothes drying time. Taking the average value of 10 times of historical clothes drying time as an example, the estimated value which is relatively close to the current clothes drying time can be obtained.
S21, determining a time correction coefficient based on the temperature grade and the drying grade. In this step, the temperature grade and the drying grade are set in the previous drying process, so that the previous temperature grade and the drying grade are additionally considered, because the previous drying process is closest to the current drying process, the possible drying condition of the current time can be reflected most, and the set temperature, the drying grade and the like affect the drying time most directly, therefore, a time correction coefficient can be determined through the temperature grade and the drying grade selected in the previous drying process, and the time correction coefficient can correct the influence degree of the previous drying time on the estimation result.
S22, estimating the current clothes drying time based on the average clothes drying time, the previous clothes drying time and the time correction coefficient.
Specifically, the estimation is performed according to the following formula:
wherein t is an estimated value of the current clothes drying time; t1 is an average clothes drying time obtained based on a set number of historical clothes drying times; t2 is the previous clothes drying time; μ is a time correction coefficient determined according to the temperature level and the drying level corresponding to the previous drying time.
From the above formula, it can be seen that the average drying time obtained based on the historical drying time plays a main role on the estimation result, and the previous drying time has a smaller weight on the influence degree of the estimation result. Regarding the selection of the time correction coefficient μ, it is mainly determined through multiple experiments in the product test stage, for example, when the temperature level and the drying level are higher, the previous drying time is relatively shortened, which may be different from the daily usage habit of the user, so that the correction coefficient may be determined to be greater than 1 to weaken the influence degree of the previous drying time on the estimation result; when the temperature level and the drying level set in the current clothes drying process are default settings, the use habit of a user is generally more accordant, and the correction coefficient can be determined to be 1 at this time. It will be appreciated that the above examples of correction factors are merely exemplary, and that specific correction factors may be determined according to test results during the product testing phase, and that the correction factors may be selected according to the temperature level and the drying level selected during the user use phase, that is, a certain mapping relationship between the temperature level and the drying level and the time correction factor may exist.
According to the method for estimating the clothes drying time, provided by the invention, the individual use habit of the user is deduced based on the historical clothes drying data by analyzing and processing the historical clothes drying data, so that the clothes drying time is estimated, and the estimated clothes drying time is more similar to the real clothes drying time because the estimated clothes drying time accords with the daily use habit of the user, so that more accurate clothes drying time can be displayed to the user at the beginning of the clothes drying program, the user can reasonably schedule based on the time, and the inconvenience brought to the user due to larger deviation between the initially planned time and the actual clothes drying time in the prior art is avoided.
To implement the foregoing dry time estimation method, the present invention further provides a dry time estimation module 1 capable of performing the method, and in particular, referring to fig. 2, the dry time estimation module 1 includes:
and a data storage unit 10 for storing historical laundry drying data. The historical clothes drying data comprises a temperature grade and a drying grade corresponding to the historical clothes drying time and the previous clothes drying time. In addition, when the present drying program is finished, the data storage unit 10 is further configured to store the actual drying time of the present drying process, so as to estimate the next drying time.
And a data calling unit 11 connected with the data storage unit 10 for calling the required historical clothes drying data from the data storage unit 10. The storage and recall of data is well established prior art and will not be described in detail herein to highlight the subject matter of the present invention.
And the data processing unit 12 is connected with the data calling unit 11 and is used for processing the called historical clothes drying data so as to estimate and obtain the current clothes drying time.
Wherein the data processing unit 12 further comprises:
an average value calculating subunit 120 for averaging the historical drying times to obtain an average drying time.
A time correction coefficient determining subunit 121 for determining a time correction coefficient according to the temperature level and the drying level corresponding to the previous drying time. In particular, the determination of the time correction coefficient may be referred to the description in the method embodiment.
An estimating subunit 122 for estimating the present drying time based on the average drying time, the previous drying time and the time correction coefficient. Specifically, the following formula can be used for estimation:
wherein t is an estimated value of the current clothes drying time; t1 is an average clothes drying time obtained based on a set number of historical clothes drying times; t2 is the previous clothes drying time; μ is a time correction coefficient determined according to the temperature level and the drying level corresponding to the previous drying time.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a clothes processing device, taking a clothes dryer as an example, the clothes dryer comprises a display module, the display module can display various parameters of program operation, such as a clothes drying mode, humidity, temperature and the like of a clothes drying cylinder, and in terms of time display, the display module can display the present clothes drying time estimated by the method or the present clothes drying time estimated by the module in a countdown mode, and can display the time close to a real value to a user.

Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.
