An environment-friendly double-component polyurethane lawn adhesive with high initial adhesion and easy construction comprises a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of 1: 4; the component A is a curing agent, and 25 parts of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate is selected;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMEG) with molecular weight of 1000 +/-50,2000 +/-50 or 3000 +/-50 in 13 weight portions; 2, polyether with a functional group, wherein the molecular weight of the polyether is 400, and the using amount of the polyether is 15 parts; polyfunctional polyether with molecular weight of 3000 and 3 functional groups or molecular weight of 5000 and 3 functional groups, and the using amount is 5 parts; 0.2 part of 403 polyether; 6 parts of a chain extender; 20 parts of a plasticizer; 25 parts of a filler; 12 parts of tackifying resin; 0.2 part of a coupling agent; 0.5 part of a catalyst; 0.2 part of a water removal agent; 1 part of pigment.
The chain extender is 1, 4-Butanediol (BDO). The plasticizer is citric acid ester. The filler is selected from a mixture of 10 parts of 600-mesh heavy calcium carbonate, 10 parts of 600-mesh talcum powder and 5 parts of 1250-mesh calcined kaolin. The tackifying resin is selected from a mixture of 6 parts of modified rosin and 6 parts of terpene phenolic resin. The coupling agent is KH-560 (gamma-2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane). The catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate. The water removing agent is p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate. The pigment is iron oxide green.
EXAMPLE III
An environment-friendly double-component polyurethane lawn adhesive with high initial adhesion and easy construction comprises a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of 1: 4; the component A is a curing agent, and 25 parts of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate is selected;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMEG) with molecular weight of 1000 + -50,2000 + -50 or 3000 + -50, and the dosage is 5 parts; 2 functional group polyether, the molecular weight is 400, the consumption is 25; polyfunctional polyether with molecular weight of 3000 and 3 functional groups or molecular weight of 5000 and 3 functional groups, and the using amount is 5 parts; 1 part of 403 polyether; 2 parts of a chain extender; 15 parts of a plasticizer; 40 parts of a filler; 5 parts of tackifying resin; 1 part of a coupling agent; 0.2 part of catalyst; 1 part of a water removal agent; 0.1 part of pigment.
The chain extender is MOCA. The plasticizer is chloro palm oil methyl ester. The filler was a mixture of 25 parts of 800 mesh talc and 15 parts of 2000 mesh precipitated silica. The tackifying resin is a mixture of 1 part of rosin and 4 parts of C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin. The coupling agent is KH-560 (gamma-2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane). The catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate. The water removing agent is p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate. The pigment is iron oxide green.
Example four
An environment-friendly double-component polyurethane lawn adhesive with high initial adhesion and easy construction comprises a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of 1: 4; the component A is a curing agent, and 25 parts of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate is selected;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMEG) with the molecular weight of 1000 +/-50,2000 +/-50 or 3000 +/-50 and the use amount of 8 parts; 2, polyether with a functional group, wherein the molecular weight of the polyether is 400, and the using amount of the polyether is 10 parts; polyfunctional polyether, whose molecular weight is 3000 and contains 3 functional groups, or whose molecular weight is 5000 and contains 3 functional groups, and the dosage is 10 parts; 0.5 part of 403 polyether; 4 parts of a chain extender; 5 parts of a plasticizer; 40 parts of a filler; 15 parts of tackifying resin; 0.5 part of a coupling agent; 0.01 part of catalyst; 0.5 part of a water removal agent; and 2 parts of pigment.
The chain extender is 1, 4-Butanediol (BDO). The plasticizer is citric acid ester. The filler is a mixture of 10 parts of 800-mesh heavy calcium carbonate, 10 parts of 800-mesh talcum powder, 10 parts of 1250-mesh calcined kaolin and 10 parts of 2000-mesh precipitated silica. The tackifying resin is C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin. The coupling agent is KH-560 (gamma-2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane). The catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate. The water removing agent is p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate. The pigment is iron oxide green.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains, the architecture form can be flexible and varied without departing from the concept of the present invention, and a series of products can be derived. But rather a number of simple derivations or substitutions are made which are to be considered as falling within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An environment-friendly double-component polyurethane lawn adhesive with high initial adhesion and easy construction is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of 1: 4;
the component A is a curing agent, and 25 parts of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate is selected;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMEG) with molecular weight of 1000 + -50,2000 + -50 or 3000 + -50 in 3-8 weight portions; 2, polyether with a functional group, wherein the molecular weight is 400, and the using amount is 15-25 parts; polyfunctional polyether with molecular weight of 3000 and 3 functional groups or molecular weight of 5000 and 3 functional groups, and the using amount is 5-15 parts; 0.2-1 part of 403 polyether; 2-6 parts of a chain extender; 5-15 parts of a plasticizer; 25-40 parts of a filler; 5-15 parts of tackifying resin; 0.2-1 part of coupling agent; 0.01-0.5 part of catalyst; 0.2-1 part of a water removing agent; 0.1-2 parts of pigment.
2. The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn adhesive with high initial adhesion and easy construction according to claim 1, wherein the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMEG) with molecular weight of 1000 + -50,2000 + -50 or 3000 + -50, and the dosage is 5 parts; 2, polyether with a functional group, wherein the molecular weight of the polyether is 400, and the using amount of the polyether is 20 parts; polyfunctional polyether, whose molecular weight is 3000 and contains 3 functional groups, or whose molecular weight is 5000 and contains 3 functional groups, and the dosage is 10 parts; 0.5 part of 403 polyether; 3.5 parts of a chain extender; 10 parts of a plasticizer; 35 parts of a filler; 10 parts of tackifying resin; 0.5 part of a coupling agent; 0.01 part of catalyst; 0.75 part of water removal agent; 0.2 part of pigment.
3. The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue with high initial adhesion and easy construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chain extender is 1, 4-Butanediol (BDO), 4 '-diamino-3, 3' dichlorodiphenylmethane (MOCA), Trimethylolpropane (TMP) or any mixture thereof.
4. The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue with high initial adhesion and easy construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is selected from any one of 52# chlorinated paraffin, chlorinated palm oil methyl ester and citrate or any mixture thereof.
5. The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue with high initial adhesion and easy construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is selected from any one of 600 mesh or 800 mesh heavy calcium carbonate, 600 mesh or 800 mesh talcum powder, 1250 mesh calcined kaolin, 2000 mesh precipitated silica or any mixture thereof.

The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue with high initial adhesion and easy construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin is selected from any one of rosin, modified rosin, terpene resin, terpene phenolic resin, C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin or C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin or any mixture thereof.
7. The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue with high initial adhesion and easy construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is KH-560 (gamma-2, 3-glycidoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane).
8. The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue with high initial adhesion and easy construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate.
9. The environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn adhesive with high initial adhesion and easy construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water scavenger is p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate, and the pigment is iron oxide green.
10. The preparation method of the environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn adhesive with high initial adhesion and easy construction according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) b, preparation of a component: firstly, adding polyether, plasticizer, tackifying resin and chain extender according to the formula ratio, then heating to about 60 ℃, adding filling powder and toner, rapidly stirring and uniformly dispersing, heating to 120 ℃, vacuumizing for two hours under the condition of vacuum degree of-0.098 Mpa, then cooling to about 80 ℃, adding the rest coupling agent, catalyst and water removing agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component B;
(2) when the environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue is used, the component B and the component A in the formula amount are uniformly mixed and paved, and the environment-friendly two-component polyurethane lawn glue with high initial adhesion and easy construction is obtained after curing.
