Further, in the step (1), the unreeling machine rotates at the rotating speed of 15-25r/min and transmits the non-woven fabric; the rotating speed is lower, can guarantee that the non-woven fabrics moves with slower speed to guarantee that liquid feeding humidification unit is even sprays the hypochlorous acid antiseptic solution to the non-woven fabrics, make the non-woven fabrics fully saturated.
Further, in the step (2), the liquid adding and humidifying unit comprises a spray header, and the liquid adding and humidifying unit uniformly sprays hypochlorous acid disinfectant on the surface of the slowly passing non-woven fabric through the spray header.
Further, in the step (3), the size of the non-woven fabric paper cut by the cutting unit is 15 × 20cm, the thickness is 210-; convenient packaging, proper thickness, pulling resistance, high water content and difficult extrusion of water.
Further, in the step (4), the detection range includes: the length and width of the disinfection wet tissue, the liquid content of the disinfection wet tissue, the tensile strength of the disinfection wet tissue, the balling degree of the end face of the disinfection wet tissue, and if a defect wet tissue is generated, the disinfection wet tissue is reproduced.
The following is the characteristic contrast of the degradable hypochlorous acid disinfection wet tissue, the alcohol wet tissue and the common wet tissue:
the above controls show that: degradable hypochlorous acid disinfection wet piece of cloth is at the speed of disinfecting, the aspect such as security is obviously superior to alcohol wet piece of cloth and ordinary wet piece of cloth, degradable hypochlorous acid disinfection wet piece of cloth possesses better bactericidal effect and security, and degradable hypochlorous acid disinfection wet piece of cloth and alcohol wet piece of cloth and ordinary wet piece of cloth most main difference lie in degradable hypochlorous acid disinfection wet piece of cloth and can realize explaining, possess better market prospect than alcohol wet piece of cloth and ordinary wet piece of cloth, more be suitable for the popularization, and the germ is killed to the high efficiency, it is mild not have the stimulation, be applicable to women's private parts, oral mucosa and sensitive skin, zero injury, the pH value is subacidity.
The degradable hypochlorous acid disinfection wet tissue can replace most of alcohol wet tissues on the market at present, is safe, efficient, green and environment-friendly, is safe and nonflammable in transportation, and has the sterilization rate as high as 99.99 percent.
Hypochlorous acid decomposes to form nascent oxygen, and the extremely strong oxidizing property of the nascent oxygen deforms substances such as proteins on thalli and viruses, thereby killing pathogenic microorganisms. In the process of sterilization and virus killing, hypochlorous acid can act on cell walls and virus shells, has small molecules and no electric charge, can permeate into the bodies of bacteria (viruses) and can generate oxidation reaction with organic macromolecules such as bacteria (viruses) body protein, nucleic acid, enzyme and the like, thereby killing pathogenic microorganisms.
Hypochlorous acid water is a disinfectant containing stable hypochlorous acid generated by a synthesis or electrolysis mode, mainly contains slightly acidic hypochlorous acid which is consistent with natural defense molecules in human leucocytes and protects human health through oxidation reaction. The pH value of hypochlorous acid water is between 5.0 and 7.0, the effective chlorine concentration can be between 10 and 300mg/L, the hypochlorous acid water is mild, is not irritant, is free of addition and residues, can deodorize and eliminate aldehyde, decompose pesticide residues, and can effectively kill pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of an object, and experiments of the United states national environmental protection agency (USEPA) prove that the sterilizing effect of hypochlorous acid is 80 to 100 times that of the traditional hypochlorite disinfectant.
Hypochlorous acid can damage cell membranes and disable normal biochemical activity of proteases, RNA and DNA within the cells, resulting in microbial death and immediate reduction to normal water (H2O). It has the functions of inhibiting and deactivating influenza A and enterovirus. Its strong oxidizing power can make the lipid bilayer, protein membrane and check oxidation of virus lose activity, so that the virus can not be normally replicated and spread. According to the test report of SGS, hypochlorous acid water has high-efficiency killing efficiency on escherichia coli, salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), listeria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans and the like. The contact time is only 30 seconds, and the sterilizing effect is 99.999 percent. The sterilization rate of the bacterial spore or mould can reach more than 95 percent in only 5 minutes.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
