The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which includes a housing 100, a display screen 200, a deformation driving portion 300, a buffering energy-absorbing device 400, and an auxiliary driving device 500.
The housing 100 provides a mounting base for other components of the electronic device.
The display 200 is disposed in the housing 100, and the display 200 and the housing 100 form an inner cavity of the device, which may be used to arrange other components of the electronic device. The display screen 200 comprises a first area 210 and a second area 220 which are connected, wherein the first area 210 is a plane area, the second area 220 is positioned at the edge of the display screen 200, and at least the part of the display screen 200 positioned at the second area 220 is a flexible screen. Optionally, in an embodiment, the display screen 200 is integrally configured as a flexible screen, that is, the portions of the display screen 200 located in the first area 210 and the second area 220 are both flexible screens; in another embodiment, the portion of the display screen 200 located in the first area 210 is a hard screen, and the portion of the display screen 200 located in the second area 220 is a flexible screen.
The deformation driving part 300 is positioned in the inner cavity of the device and is connected with the second region 220, the deformation driving part 300 can deform and drive the second region 220 to switch between a flattening state and a bending state through deformation, in the flattening state, the second region 220 is in a plane, and the second region 220 and the first region 210 are positioned in the same plane; in the bent state, the second region 220 has a curved surface. Under the action of the deformation driving part 300, the second region 220 can be switched between the flat state and the bent state, so that a user can switch the state of the second region 220 according to the use requirements in different scenes.
The auxiliary driving device 500 is disposed in the inner cavity of the equipment, the auxiliary driving device 500 includes a driving source 510 and a flexible transmission member 520, the driving source 510 may be a driving motor or other component having a driving function, one end of the flexible transmission member 520 is connected to the driving source 510, the deformation driving portion 300 is provided with a through hole, the flexible transmission member 520 is at least partially located in the through hole, and the driving source 510 drives the flexible transmission member 520 to move and rotate so as to drive the deformation driving portion 300 to move or adapt to the movement of the deformation driving portion 300. In other words, the driving source 510 outputs a driving force to drive the deformation driving portion 300 to deform through the flexible transmission member 520, thereby driving the second region 220 to switch between the flat state and the bent state. In addition, when the second region 220 is deformed (e.g., by an external force such as a collision force), the second region 220 will bring the deformation driving portion 300 into deformation, and the deformation driving portion 300 further brings the flexible transmission member 520 into deformation, so as to adapt to the movement of the deformation driving portion 300.
The energy-absorbing buffer 400 is elastically supported between the deformation driving part 300 and the housing 100. The energy absorption device 400 is elastically deformed to be elastically supported between the deformation driving part 300 and the housing 100, and when the energy absorption device 400 receives the acting force from the deformation driving part 300, a reaction force is applied to the deformation driving part 300, thereby achieving an effect of supporting the deformation driving part 300. Alternatively, the energy absorbing means 400 can be a spring.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the second region 220 of the display screen 200 is in the bent state, the edge of the display screen 200 is curved, and this structure may provide visual impact and good grip for the user. When the second area 220 of the display screen 200 is in the flat state, the second area 220 of the display screen 200 is in a plane, and the second area 220 and the first area 210 are in the same plane, so that the display screen 200 does not have white lines due to light reflection, the display effect of the display screen 200 is better, the user can watch videos and play games more favorably, and the user can be prevented from touching the display screen 200 by mistake. In addition, when the second region 220 of the display screen 200 is impacted, the energy absorption buffer 400 can absorb the external force applied to the second region 220, so that the second region 220 can be prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the electronic device can be prolonged.
Alternatively, in order to allow the flexible transmission member 520 to drive the deformation driving part 300 to be deformed by a simpler structure, the penetration hole of the deformation driving part 300 may be provided with an internal thread, and the flexible transmission member 520 may be provided with an external thread which is screw-engaged with the internal thread. When the driving source 510 outputs a driving force, the flexible transmission member 520 moves and rotates, and since the flexible transmission member 520 is connected with the deformation driving portion 300 in a threaded manner, the portion of the deformation driving portion 300 connected with the flexible transmission member 520 has a moving tendency, but the deformation driving portion 300 is connected with the second region 220, so that the second region 220 restricts the movement of the deformation driving portion 300, and the deformation driving portion 300 can be bent and deformed, thereby driving the second region 220 to switch between the flat state and the bent state.
In a further embodiment, the auxiliary driving device 500 further includes a worm wheel 530 and a worm 540, the driving source 510 is connected to the worm wheel 530, the worm wheel 530 is engaged with the worm 540, one end of the worm 540 is connected to one end of the flexible transmission member 520, and the driving source 510 drives the flexible transmission member 520 to move and rotate through the worm wheel 530 and the worm 540. The gear transmission mode has the advantages of high transmission precision, good stability and the like, and the space occupied by the worm wheel 530 and the worm 540 is small, so that the space occupied by the auxiliary driving device 500 in the electronic equipment can be relieved.
In an alternative embodiment, the deformation driving part 300 includes at least two supporting blocks 310, the supporting blocks 310 are distributed in a direction in which the middle of the display screen 200 extends toward the edge, the supporting blocks 310 are sequentially hinged in a direction in which the middle of the display screen 200 extends toward the edge, and optionally, each supporting block 310 may be hinged by a hinge, so that an angle between the connected supporting blocks 310 is defined by the hinge, and the second region 220 is prevented from being tilted upward. One end of the flexible transmission element 520 penetrates through at least part of the supporting blocks 310, the flexible transmission element 520 drives the supporting blocks 310 to rotate and move so as to drive the second area 220 to switch between the flat state and the bent state, and the energy absorption buffer device 400 is hinged with at least one supporting block 310. Thus, the support blocks 310 can rotate relative to each other, so that the deformation driving portion 300 is deformed, and the structure of the deformation driving portion 300 is relatively simple. The shape of the supporting block 310 may be flexibly selected, and optionally, the supporting block 310 may be disposed in a bar structure along the extending direction of the edge of the display screen 200, and the cross-sectional shape may be trapezoidal, one side of the supporting block 310 connected to the second region 220 has a larger size, and the other side has a smaller size, so as to reserve a deformation space for the supporting block 310, and meanwhile, when adjacent supporting blocks 310 are in contact, the contact area is larger, so as to provide a larger supporting force.
Alternatively, flexible drive 520 may be curved in a flattened state; in a curved state, flexible drive 520 may be curved, where the curvature of flexible drive 520 is greater than its curvature in a flattened state. In another embodiment, flexible drive 520 is planar when in a flattened state; in the bent state, the flexible transmission member 520 is curved. In contrast, in the latter embodiment, when second region 220 is flattened, flexible drive element 520 is also in a plane, which may be parallel to second region 220, thereby applying a more uniform supporting force to second region 220, and increasing the effective force applied to second region 220, so that second region 220 is less likely to deform, and the user can more easily manipulate second region 220.
In an alternative embodiment, the aforementioned curved states include a first curved state and a second curved state; in the first curved state, the second region 220 has a first curvature; in the second curved state, the second region 220 has a second curvature; wherein the first curvature is greater than the second curvature. When a user uses the electronic device, the bending state of the second region 220 of the display screen 200 may be switched in different usage scenarios, so that the curvature of the second region 220 is switched between the first curvature and the second curvature, thereby meeting the requirement of the user for better using the electronic device in different scenarios.
Alternatively, in order to simplify the structure of the energy absorption device 400, the energy absorption device 400 may include a base 410 and a telescopic rod 420, the base 410 is hinged to the housing 100, one end of the telescopic rod 420 is slidably connected to the base 410, and the other end of the telescopic rod 420 is hinged to the deformation driving part 300. Alternatively, the base 410 may be filled with a medium, which may be a liquid or a gas, by which the telescopic rod 420 may be pushed to slide relative to the base 410, thereby driving the deformation driving part 300 to deform.
In a further optional embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a controller and a gravity sensor, the controller is connected to the gravity sensor, the telescopic rod 420 has a retracted state, a first extended state and a second extended state, and the telescopic rod 420 is in the first extended state when the second region 220 is in the flattened state; with the second region 220 in the second flexed state, the telescoping rod 420 is in the second extended state; with the second region 220 in the first curved state, the telescoping rod 420 is in a retracted state; under the condition that the acceleration detected by the gravity sensor is greater than the preset threshold value, the controller controls the telescopic rod 420 to be in the second extending state. Specifically, when the electronic device falls, the gravity sensor detects the acceleration of the electronic device, and the controller controls the telescopic rod 420 to be in the second extending state under the condition that the acceleration detected by the gravity sensor is greater than a preset threshold value; when the second area 220 of the display screen 200 is collided, because the telescopic rod 420 is in the second extending state at the moment, the telescopic rod 420 can retract, and meanwhile, the displacement of the second area 220 is changed, so that the acting force generated during collision is offset, the buffering effect is achieved, and the second area 220 is protected from being damaged.
Optionally, at least two buffering energy absorption devices 400 are distributed along the direction extending from the middle part to the edge of the display screen 200. In the process of deforming the energy absorption device 400, a plurality of energy absorption devices 400 are arranged to simultaneously apply an acting force to the deformation driving part 300, so that the supporting effect of the deformation driving part 300 on the second region 220 is improved.
Optionally, at least two buffering and energy absorbing devices 400 are distributed along the edge extension direction of the display screen 200. The second region 220 is in an elongated structure in the extending direction of the edge of the display screen 200, so that at least two buffering and energy absorbing devices 400 are distributed in the extending direction of the edge of the display screen 200, and different positions of the second region 220 can be better supported, so that the supporting effect is optimized, and the second region 220 is better protected.
In an alternative embodiment, the electronic device further includes a folding mechanism 600, the folding mechanism 600 is hermetically connected between the second region 220 and the casing 100; with the second region 220 in the flattened state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the unfolded state; with the second region 220 in the bent state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the folded state. When the second region 220 is in the flattened state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the unfolded state, and the folding mechanism 600 in the unfolded state can prevent impurities in the external environment from entering the internal space of the electronic device. In the case where the second region 220 is in the bent state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the folded state, and the folding mechanism 600 in the folded state may be hidden in the internal space of the electronic apparatus, so as to reduce the volume of the electronic apparatus.
In another alternative embodiment, the electronic device further comprises an elastic connection mechanism, which is hermetically connected between the second region 220 and the housing 100; with the second region 220 in the flattened state, the elastic attachment mechanism is in an extended state; with the second region 220 in the flexed state, the elastic attachment mechanism is in a shortened state. In the case that the second region 220 is in the flattened state, the elastic connection mechanism is in the extended state, and the elastic connection mechanism in the extended state can prevent impurities in the external environment from entering the internal space of the electronic device. In the case that the second region 220 is in the bent state, the elastic connection mechanism is in a shortened state, and the volume of the elastic connection mechanism in the shortened state is reduced and is not exposed to the electronic device, so that the electronic device is miniaturized; in addition, the internal space of the electronic equipment is not occupied, and the layout of other components in the internal space of the electronic equipment is facilitated.
In a further alternative embodiment, the folding mechanism 600 or the elastic connection mechanism is provided with side keys which are exposed in the state where the second region 220 is in the flattened state. At this time, the user can control the electronic device through the side key, for example, perform operations of switching music, increasing or decreasing volume, switching a use mode of the electronic device, and the like. Under the condition that second area 220 is in the curved state, the side key is in the hidden state to reduce the exposed part of electronic equipment, and then promote electronic equipment's aesthetic property and waterproof nature, can protect the side key simultaneously, prevent that the side key from colliding with the object in the external environment and the spurious triggering even inefficacy.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a control method for an electronic device, where the control method is applied to the electronic device described in any of the above embodiments, and the control method includes:
