When asphalt is paved, more garbage, especially larger garbage, may be on the surface of the road, which may prevent the effect of asphalt paving, and although the garbage is cleaned towards two sides, the ground on two sides may be just paved with asphalt or asphalt is to be paved, so that more inconvenience is brought to asphalt paving, and the labor amount is increased.

According to the application, through arranging the auxiliary device, different paving thicknesses are generally selected when paving, but when the thickness is regulated, liquid asphalt is easily influenced by the scrapers, so that the liquid asphalt close to the two sides of the scrapers exceeds the width range of the scrapers, at the moment, the height of the first scrapers is regulated by rotating the second screw rod, so that the paving thickness of asphalt is regulated by the height of the first scrapers, the second scrapers which are in sliding connection with the inside of the connecting plates at the two sides of the first scrapers are always contacted with the ground under the action of the second springs, and the asphalt exceeding the width of the first scrapers is blocked by the second scrapers at the two sides, so that the asphalt does not exceed the width range of the first scrapers, and then is compacted by the compression roller, thereby achieving the purposes of changing the paving thickness of asphalt and preventing the asphalt from exceeding the width range of the scrapers.

In the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1-8, the application provides a portable small asphalt paving device, which comprises a bottom plate 1 and a cleaning device 7, wherein a movable wheel 2 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 1, a stirring box 6 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the bottom plate 1, a pressure pump 3 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the bottom plate 1, the input end of the pressure pump 3 is communicated with the stirring box 6, the output end of the pressure pump 3 is communicated with a discharging pipe 4, the surface of the discharging pipe 4 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 1, the discharging pipe 4 is positioned at the bottom of the bottom plate 1, and a vertical plate 5 is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom plate 1, which is close to the stirring box 6.
The specific arrangement and function of the cleaning device 7, the stirring device 8 and the auxiliary device 9 will be described in detail below.

The whole cleaning device 7 has the advantages that by arranging the cleaning device 7, when asphalt is paved, the first motor 705 is turned on, the first motor 705 drives the second rotary table 706 to rotate, the second rotary table 706 drives the first rotary table 704 to rotate through a belt, the first rotary table 704 drives the cleaning roller 701 to rotate, thereby sweeping garbage into the connecting box 702 through the cleaning roller 701, meanwhile, the second rotary table 706 drives the third rotary table 707 to rotate through the belt, the third rotary table 707 drives the first screw 710 to rotate, the first screw 710 can make the moving block 715 reciprocate when rotating, the moving block 715 can drive the pushing plate 711 to move, when the moving block 715 drives the pushing plate 711 to move towards the direction of the rotating plate 712, the pushing plate 711 passes through the pin block 709, the pushing plate 711 cannot rotate under the action of the limiting rod 714, the pin block 709 presses the first spring 708 under force, so that the pin block 709 is retracted into the square hole, meanwhile, the pushing plate 711 pushes the garbage swept in by the connecting box 702 into the accommodating groove of the connecting box 702, the pushing plate 711 presses the garbage in the accommodating groove, occupied space is reduced, when the moving block 715 drives the pushing plate 711 to move reversely, the pushing plate 711 pushes part of the garbage to move towards the first motor 705, when the moving block 715 moves to the position of the pin block 709, the pin block 709 blocks the pushing plate 711, the pushing plate 711 rotates, the pushed garbage stays on one side of the pin block 709, the pushing plate 711 drives the accommodating groove to be in when the pushing plate 711 returns again, so that the garbage on the ground is directly cleaned into the connecting box 702 for uniform treatment, when the garbage in the accommodating groove is more, the inserting rod 713 is pulled out, and the rotating plate 712 is opened, thereby conveniently clear up the rubbish of holding tank inside, the effect of runner 703 is, when meetting uneven ground, has solved when laying the pitch, and the surface of road probably has more rubbish, especially great rubbish, can hinder the effect after the pitch is laid, and though now there is the equipment that cleans rubbish towards both sides, but the ground on both sides probably just also is just laid the pitch, perhaps is about to lay the pitch, brings more inconvenience for the laying of pitch, increases the problem of manual labor volume.
