Abstract

At present, most of transporting devices adopted in cold chain logistics are transport vehicles, and all-around disinfection and sterilization are needed to be carried out inside a carriage when cold chain food is filled in the carriage, but the ultraviolet disinfection lamps are installed inside the carriage by adopting a conventional disinfection mode, so that dead angles are easily irradiated when goods are piled up, and the incomplete disinfection condition is easily caused.

The second adjusting mechanism 2 comprises a second connecting frame plate 202, a plurality of second limiting plates 203 connected to the lower end of the second connecting frame plate 202, a second adjusting motor 201 connected to the second connecting frame plate 202, a second screw 204 connected to the output shaft of the second adjusting motor 201, and a second limiting rod 206 connected to the second limiting plate 203, wherein a second slider 205 is mounted on the second screw 204, and the second connecting frame plate 202 is detachably connected to the first slider 105. The second adjusting mechanism 2 operates on the same principle as the first adjusting mechanism 1.
The disinfection mechanism 3 comprises a shell, a storage battery and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, wherein the storage battery and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp are arranged in the shell, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the second sliding block 205, and the shell is connected with the second sliding block 205 through connecting bolts. The ultraviolet disinfection lamp can carry out abundant disinfection to the carriage inside.
The control display mechanism comprises a control platform and a display screen, the first adjusting motor 101, the second adjusting motor 201, the camera and the self-shape disinfection lamp are electrically connected with the control platform, and the display screen is connected with the control platform. Image data in the carriage can be collected in real time through the camera and transmitted to the display screen to be watched when workers operate.
The first slider 105 is provided with a plurality of connecting grooves which are matched with the second connecting frame plate 202, and the second connecting frame plate 202 is connected with the first slider 105 through connecting bolts.
The first slider 105 is provided with a limit hole matched with the first limit rod 106, and the first slider 105 is provided with a screw hole matched with the first screw rod 104.
The second slider 205 is provided with a limit hole matched with the second limit rod 206, and the second slider 205 is provided with a screw hole matched with the second screw rod 204.
