sending the intelligence data, wherein the data leading module sends the dynamic intelligence data to the dynamic intelligence database and sends the static intelligence data to the static intelligence database;
fusing information data, wherein a data processing module extracts dynamic information data in a dynamic information database and static information data in a static information database and fuses the dynamic information data and the static information data, the data processing module extracts dynamic characteristic information in the dynamic information data and static characteristic information in the static information data, the data processing module matches a dynamic target object in the dynamic characteristic information with a static target object in the static characteristic information, and when the matching is successful, the dynamic characteristic information is associated with the static characteristic information to obtain real-time dynamic and static fused information data;
and the data publishing module publishes real-time dynamic and static fusion information data or dynamic information data or static information data through a data publishing interface according to an information data request uploaded by an information demand user.

The dynamic and static information fusion method according to claim 7, characterized in that: the method comprises the steps that before the intelligence data are released, an intelligence data obtaining request is further included, and a data processing module obtains the intelligence data request uploaded by a user logging in a second server group.

The dynamic and static information fusion method according to claim 7, characterized in that: setting authority before acquiring the information data, setting the operation authority of a user for operating a menu in the dynamic and static information fusion system, and setting the interface authority of a data issuing interface.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program is executed by a processor to perform a method of dynamic and static intelligence information fusion as claimed in any one of claims 7-9.
