The cover plate 10 in this embodiment is a glass cover plate. In other embodiments, the cover 10 may be made of other transparent materials, so as to be suitable for electronic devices such as mobile phones and the like as a mobile phone screen cover.
The main body portion 11 is a plate-shaped member, i.e., a flat plate structure. The bending portion 12 is disposed at the edge of the main body 11 and is bent toward one side of the main body 11. In the present embodiment, the display module 20 includes a display unit 21 and a driving circuit board 23;
the display unit 21 includes a display panel 201, the display panel 201 includes a first surface 211 and a second surface 212 which are opposite to each other, and the display panel 201 includes a display portion 2011, a flexible portion 22 and a binding portion 2013 which are integrally structured; the flexible portion 22 is connected to the display portion 2011 and the binding portion 2013, respectively, and the binding portion 2013 is used for achieving electrical signal connection between the driving circuit board 23 and the display panel 201.
Further, the first surface 211 of the display portion 2011 is bonded to the side of the main body 11 of the cover plate 10 toward which the bent portion 12 faces, and the driving circuit board 23 is provided on the second surface 212 of the display portion 2011 of the display panel 201.

The flexible portion 22 is disposed on the display portion 2011 and the side of the driving circuit board 23 corresponding to the bending portion 12 of the cover plate 10. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the bending portions 12 are disposed at two opposite sides or the periphery of the cover plate 10, optionally, the flexible portion 22 is disposed at only one of the bending portions 12 corresponding to the cover plate 10, and in other embodiments, the flexible portion 22 may be disposed at a plurality of bending portions 12 corresponding to the cover plate 10.
The curved arc-shaped section of the flexible portion 22 needs to be located inside the groove structure formed by the cover plate 10 and the bent portion 12, so as to prevent the driving circuit board 23 from extending beyond the edge of the cover plate 10 and occupying more space along the first side 111 of the cover plate 10.
In the related art, the cover plate 10 generally has no bent portion 12, and in the embodiment, the cover plate 10 has the bent portion 12, the obtained display assembly 100 can achieve the effect of a hyperbolic screen or a four-curved screen, the expressive force of the screen can be increased, the visual impact is better, and the display assembly 100 has good and reliable functions.
All directional indicators (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear … …) in the embodiments of the present invention are only used to explain the relative positional relationship between the components, the movement, and the like in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicator is changed accordingly.
In this embodiment, the driving circuit board 23 is attached to the second surface 212 of the display part 2011, so that the thickness of the entire display assembly 100 (the thickness along the direction from the cover plate 10 to the display module 20) is smaller, and the thickness of the electronic device using the display assembly 100 is further reduced.

The display portion 2011 of the display panel 201 is bonded to the main body portion 11 of the cover plate 10 by the optical adhesive 30. pre-bending the flexible part towards the direction of the second surface;

bending the flexible part for the second time to enable the driving circuit board to be arranged on one side of the second surface of the display part of the display panel;
