In order to facilitate accurate material taking, assembly and dispensing, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 11 and fig. 13, the assembly and dispensing device in this embodiment further includes a first CCD camera 7 and a second CCD camera 8, the first CCD camera 7 is connected to an output end of the first driving assembly 41, before the first suction nozzle assembly 42 takes the material, the first CC camera photographs to determine the position of the part, so that the first suction nozzle assembly 42 takes the material accurately, and before the second suction nozzle assembly 43 takes the material, the second suction nozzle assembly 43 photographs to position through the first CCD camera 7, so that the second suction nozzle assembly 43 assembles the part and the product accurately. The second CCD camera 8 is connected to the output end of the second driving assembly 51, and before dispensing, the dispensing assembly 52 can be dispensed precisely by taking a picture through the second CCD camera 8.
When the assembling and dispensing device in the embodiment is used, a part and a jig 9 with a product are loaded at a loading position, the adjusting mechanism 3 is conveyed to the assembling position through the Y-axis driving mechanism 2, the first CCD camera 7 shoots and positions, the first suction nozzle assembly 42 sucks the part in the part carrier 6, the first suction nozzle assembly 42 transfers the part to the second suction nozzle assembly 43 under the driving of the first driving assembly 41, the second suction nozzle assembly 43 assembles the part to the product, the softening assembly 54 softens the product after the part assembly is completed, the adjusting assembly Y-axis driving mechanism 2 conveys the adjusting mechanism 3 to a dispensing position, the dispensing assembly 52 dispenses under the driving of the second driving assembly 51, the glue is solidified through the solidifying assembly 53 after the dispensing, the assembling and dispensing of the part are completed, the adjusting mechanism 3 is conveyed to a discharging position through the Y-axis driving mechanism 2, and blanking the jig 9.

the assembly mechanism (4) comprises a first driving assembly (41), a first suction nozzle assembly (42) and a second suction nozzle assembly (43), and the first driving assembly (41) is connected to the rack (1) and arranged above the Y-axis driving mechanism (2); the first suction nozzle assembly (42) is arranged on one side of the Y-axis driving mechanism (2), the second suction nozzle assembly (43) is connected to the output end of the first driving assembly (41), the first driving assembly (41) can drive the second suction nozzle assembly (43) to move along the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, and the first suction nozzle assembly (42) can mount parts on the product in the adjusting mechanism (3) through the second suction nozzle assembly (43); the second suction nozzle assembly (43) comprises a second suction nozzle connecting block (431), a buffer element (432) and a second suction nozzle (433), and the second suction nozzle connecting block (431) is connected to the output end of the first driving assembly (41) in a sliding mode along the Z-axis direction; the buffer element (432) is arranged between the second nozzle connecting block (431) and a limit block (435) connected to the output end of the first driving assembly (41), and the limit block (435) is positioned below the second nozzle connecting block (431); a second suction nozzle (433) connected to the second suction nozzle connection block (431) through a pressure sensor (434); and
the dispensing mechanism (5) comprises a second driving assembly (51) and a dispensing assembly (52), the second driving assembly (51) is connected to the rack (1), the second driving assembly (51) is arranged above the Y-axis driving mechanism (2), and the second driving assembly (51) and the first driving assembly (41) are distributed at intervals along the conveying direction of the Y-axis driving mechanism (2); the dispensing component (52) is connected to the output end of the second driving component (51), and the second driving component (51) can drive the dispensing component (52) to move along the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction.

the first rotary driving component (31) is connected to the output end of the Y-axis driving mechanism (2) through a first connecting seat (34);

the first rotary driving component (31) can drive the second connecting seat (35) to rotate around a first shaft parallel to the Z-axis direction, the second rotary driving component (32) can drive the third connecting seat (36) to rotate around a second shaft perpendicular to the first shaft, and the jig clamping component (33) can drive the jig (9) to rotate around a third shaft perpendicular to the second shaft.
3. The assembling and dispensing device according to claim 2, wherein said jig clamping assembly (33) comprises:
a rotation driving unit (331) connected to the third connecting holder (36);
a jig base (332) connected to an output end of the rotation driving part (331) through a fourth connecting seat (333); and
the clamping part (334) is connected to the jig base (332), and the clamping part (334) is used for fixing the jig (9).

The assembling and dispensing device according to claim 3, wherein the jig (9) comprises a jig body (91), two pressing blocks (92) and two elastic driving members (93), the jig body (91) is provided with a positioning groove (911) for accommodating the product, one pressing block (92) is respectively arranged at two opposite corners of the positioning groove (911), and the pressing blocks (92) are slidably connected to the jig body (91); one end of each elastic driving piece (93) is connected with the pressing block (92), the other end of each elastic driving piece is connected with the jig body (91), each elastic driving piece (93) can drive the pressing block (92) to slide into a groove in the side wall of the product in the positioning groove (911), each jig clamping assembly (33) further comprises a pressing block driving part (335), and each pressing block driving part (335) can drive the pressing block (92) to slide out of the groove.
5. The assembling and dispensing apparatus of claim 4, wherein said press block driving portion (335) comprises:
the air slip ring (3351), an avoidance hole is formed in the fourth connecting seat (333), a connecting hole is formed in the jig base (332), the air slip ring (3351) penetrates through the avoidance hole and is connected to the connecting hole, a plurality of air flow rings (3354) distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the connecting hole are formed on the inner walls of the air slip ring (3351) and the connecting hole, a plurality of air inlet channels (33511) are formed along the axial direction of the air slip ring (3351), and each air flow ring (3354) is at least communicated with one air inlet channel (33511);
a driving cylinder (3352) arranged in the jig base (332), wherein an air inlet of the driving cylinder (3352) is communicated with the air flow ring (3354); and

a nozzle rotation driving part (423) connected to an output end of the second nozzle driving part (422), the second nozzle driving part (422) being capable of driving the nozzle rotation driving part (423) to move in an X-axis direction; and
and a first suction nozzle (424) connected to an output end of the suction nozzle rotation drive unit (423), wherein the suction nozzle rotation drive unit (423) can drive the first suction nozzle (424) to rotate in a horizontal plane.
8. The assembling and dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein said dispensing mechanism (5) further comprises:
a softening assembly (54) connected to an output of the first drive assembly (41), the softening assembly (54) for softening the part; and
and the curing assembly (53) is connected to the output end of the second driving assembly (51), and the curing assembly (53) is used for curing the glue.
9. The assembly, dispensing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
a first CCD camera (7) connected to an output of the first drive assembly (41); and
and the second CCD camera (8) is connected to the output end of the second driving component (51).
