Abstract
The invention discloses a head fixing device for an explosive injury animal, which comprises a fixing frame, a supporting frame, a sliding rod, a sliding block, a driving device and a clamping part, wherein the fixing frame is arranged on the supporting frame; the clamping part comprises a left clamping rod, a right clamping rod, a left sleeve and a right sleeve; the sliding rod is fixedly arranged on the fixing frame, the sliding block is arranged on the sliding rod in a sliding mode along the sliding rod, the driving device is fixedly arranged on the sliding rod and drives the sliding block to move along the sliding rod, the left sleeve is fixedly arranged on the sliding rod, the right sleeve is provided with a sliding groove, a fixing pin capable of sliding along the sliding groove is arranged in the sliding groove, and the fixing pin is fixedly arranged on the sliding block; the fixed frame below is fixed and is provided with the guide bar, and in the guide hole of guide bar inserted support frame, the fixed adjusting screw that is provided with on the support frame, but the mount oscilaltion ground is connected with adjusting screw's upper end. With the continuous outbreak of local wars and the appearance of new weapons, the proportion of blast injury in war injury is continuously increased; the scholars at home and abroad establish various explosion-induced injury models, and observe and research the explosion injury by taking rabbits, dogs, pigs, sheep, cows and the like as test objects.
When explosion tests are carried out, animals often struggle violently, and in order to carry out the tests smoothly, a method of binding the animals is generally adopted; some animal fixing devices also appear, but the devices have the defect of inconvenient use, and large animals such as pigs, sheep, cattle and the like struggle and are difficult to fix on the fixing devices; meanwhile, the height of the existing fixing device is fixed and cannot be adjusted, and the fixing device is difficult to adapt to animals with different sizes.

the clamping part comprises a left clamping rod, a right clamping rod, a left sleeve and a right sleeve, the upper end of the left clamping rod is hinged with the upper end of the right clamping rod, the lower end of the left clamping rod is inserted into the upper end of the left sleeve, and the lower end of the right clamping rod is inserted into the upper end of the right sleeve;

the driving device is arranged to drive the clamping part to clamp or loosen the head of the animal, so that the use is more convenient;
through setting up adjusting screw and guide bar for the mount is fixed on the support frame with can adjusting from top to bottom, thereby makes the relative ground's of clamping part height-adjustable, can fix the animal of multiple size height.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a head fixing device for an explosive injury animal comprises a fixed frame 1, a supporting frame 2, a sliding rod 7, a sliding block 8, a driving device 6 and a clamping part; the clamping part comprises a left clamping rod 92, a right clamping rod 91, a left sleeve pipe 10 and a right sleeve pipe 11, the upper end of the left clamping rod 92 is hinged with the upper end of the right clamping rod 91, and the middle parts of the left clamping rod 92 and the right clamping rod 91 are bent outwards to form the clamping frame 9. When large animals such as pigs, sheep and the like are fixed, the animals are pushed to the position before the fixation and the heads of the animals extend into the clamping frame 9 by very labor because the animals struggle; since the clamping frame 9 can be taken down from the fixing frame 1, the clamping frame 9 is clamped on the head of the animal and then the clamping frame 9 is connected to the fixing frame 1 more conveniently. The lower end of the left clamping rod 92 is inserted into the opening 101 of the upper end of the left sleeve 10, and the lower end of the right clamping rod 91 is inserted into the central hole 111 of the upper end of the right sleeve 11.
As shown in fig. 1, a sliding rod 7 is welded on a fixed frame 1, a sliding block 8 is slidably arranged on the sliding rod 7 along the sliding rod 7, the sliding rod 7 can be generally arranged to be a square section rod, and the sliding block 8 is sleeved on the sliding rod 7 through a square hole, so that the clamping frame 9 is better in stability and is not easy to overturn. As shown in fig. 2, the driving device 6 is fixedly disposed on the sliding rod 7, the driving device 6 drives the sliding block 8 to move along the sliding rod 7, the left sleeve 10 is fixedly disposed on the sliding rod 7, the right sleeve 11 is provided with a sliding groove 113, a fixing pin 112 capable of sliding along the sliding groove 113 is disposed in the sliding groove 113, and the fixing pin 112 is fixed on the sliding block 8. Thus, when the slide block 8 moves left and right, the right clamping rod 91 rotates around the upper end, and the right clamping rod 91 and the right sleeve 11 cannot be blocked.
Two guide rods 3 are fixedly arranged below the fixing frame 1, the two guide rods 3 are inserted into guide holes 22 of the support frame 2, adjusting screws 4 are welded on the support frame 2, and the fixing frame 1 can be connected with the upper ends of the adjusting screws 4 in an up-and-down lifting mode. The guide rod 3 plays a role in guiding up and down movement, and the height of the clamping frame 9 is adjusted by adjusting the height of the fixing frame 1.
Furthermore, two adjusting nuts 5 are arranged at the upper end of the adjusting screw rod 4, the upper end of the adjusting screw rod 4 penetrates through the fixing frame 1, and the fixing frame 1 is clamped and fixed at the upper end of the adjusting screw rod 4 through the two adjusting nuts 5. In this way, the holder 1 can be adjusted to a suitable height by screwing the two adjusting nuts 5.
In order to fix the support frame 2 on the ground or a work bench, the support frame 2 is provided with a fixing hole 21.
In order to prevent the animal from struggling to pull the holder 9 out of the holder 1, the lower end of the left clamping rod 92 is bolted to the upper end of the left sleeve 10.
Generally, the driving device 6 can be an electric cylinder or an air cylinder.

1. A head fixing device for an explosive injury animal is characterized by comprising a fixing frame, a supporting frame, a sliding rod, a sliding block, a driving device and a clamping part;
the clamping part comprises a left clamping rod, a right clamping rod, a left sleeve and a right sleeve, the upper end of the left clamping rod is hinged with the upper end of the right clamping rod, the middle parts of the left clamping rod and the right clamping rod are bent outwards to form a clamping frame, the lower end of the left clamping rod is inserted into the upper end of the left sleeve, and the lower end of the right clamping rod is inserted into the upper end of the right sleeve; the lower end of the left clamping rod is connected with the upper end of the left sleeve through a bolt;
the slide bar is fixedly arranged on the fixed frame, the slide block is arranged on the slide bar in a sliding manner along the slide bar, the driving device is fixedly arranged on the slide bar and drives the slide block to move along the slide bar, the left sleeve is fixedly arranged on the slide bar, the right sleeve is provided with a slide groove, a fixing pin capable of sliding along the slide groove is arranged in the slide groove, and the fixing pin is fixedly arranged on the slide block;
the fixing frame is characterized in that a guide rod is fixedly arranged below the fixing frame and inserted into a guide hole of the support frame, an adjusting screw rod is fixedly arranged on the support frame, and the fixing frame is connected with the upper end of the adjusting screw rod in a vertically lifting mode.
2. The head fixing device for the explosive injury animal according to claim 1, wherein two adjusting nuts are arranged at the upper end of the adjusting screw rod, and the two adjusting nuts clamp and fix the fixing frame at the upper end of the adjusting screw rod.
