Abstract

A crystal nucleus agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the crystal nucleus agent comprises the following raw materials by weight: 15-25 parts of blast furnace slag, 10-20 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 15-35 parts of fly ash, 30-60 parts of needle-shaped wollastonite powder, 1-3 parts of polycarboxylic acid, 0.01-0.03 part of triterpenoid saponin and 1-5 parts of sodium silicate.
3. A crystal nucleator according to claim 1 wherein the crystal nucleator induces the conversion of CSH gel to tobermorite.
4. A method for preparing a crystal nucleus agent as described in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
1) weighing blast furnace slag, nano calcium carbonate, fly ash, polycarboxylic acid and triterpenoid saponin according to a proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
2) and weighing the needle-shaped wollastonite powder and the sodium silicate according to the proportion, adding the needle-shaped wollastonite powder and the sodium silicate into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the nucleating agent.
5. A crystal nucleus agent prepared by the method for preparing a crystal nucleus agent as claimed in claim 4.

The copper tailing autoclaved aerated concrete product is characterized in that the crystal nucleating agent as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 5 is used as a reinforcing agent to induce the conversion of CSH gel into tobermorite during the preparation of the copper tailing autoclaved aerated concrete product.

The copper tailing autoclaved aerated concrete product according to claim 6, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of a crystal nucleating agent, 10-20 parts of ordinary portland cement, 15-20 parts of quicklime powder, 3-4 parts of dihydrate gypsum, 50-60 parts of copper tailings and 10-20 parts of river sand.
8. The copper tailing autoclaved aerated concrete product according to claim 7, wherein the Portland cement is selected from any one of Portland cements with the four strength grades of 42.5, 42.5R, 52.5 and 52.5R.
9. Use of a crystal nucleating agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 5 in the processing of concrete articles.
10. Use of the copper tailings autoclaved aerated concrete product of claim 6, 7 or 8 in building construction.
