The saturated steam is used for preheating the calendering rollers in advance, so that bubbles can be effectively prevented from being generated inside the tabletting, and preferably, the first calendering roller and the second calendering roller are horizontal drying rollers with saturated steam introduced into the drying rollers.
Preferably, the first calender roll rotates clockwise.
Preferably, a pressure sensor is arranged in the adjusting roller.
Preferably, an induction sensor is arranged at the glue supply opening of the glue tube.
For the purpose of rapid adjustment of the calender, the inductive sensor is preferably connected to the drive system of the lifting rod.
In order to improve the rolling smoothness of the rolling mechanism, preferably, a shock absorber is arranged on the bottom surface of the rolling mechanism.
