The rotary driving assembly 2d comprises a rotary driving bracket 2d1, a rotary driver 2d2 and a speed reducer 2d 3; the rotary driving support 2d1 is fixedly mounted on the frame 1, the rotary driver 2d2 is assembled with the speed reducer 2d3, the rotary driver 2d2 and the speed reducer 2d3 are both fixedly mounted on the rotary driving support 2d1, the output end of the speed reducer 2d3 is fixedly connected with the input end of the sprocket feeding component 2e, and the rotary driver 2d2 is electrically connected with the controller.
The rotary driver 2d2 is a servo motor; two feeding grooves 2c are preferably selected and symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the feed box 2a, so that the two sides of the rear part of the metal plate are uniformly stressed when the feeding mechanism 2 feeds materials. The controller controls the starting, stopping and speed of the rotary driver 2d2, the rotary driving bracket 2d1 provides support for the rotary driver 2d2 and the speed reducer 2d3, and the speed reducer 2d3 provides protection for the rotary driver 2d2 and improves the overall mechanical efficiency, so that the stability of the equipment is further ensured, and the economic cost is saved. When the output end of the rotary driving bracket 2d1 rotates, the output end of the speed reducer 2d3 is driven to rotate, and the output end of the speed reducer 2d3 transmits torque to the sprocket feeding assembly 2e so as to drive the sprocket feeding assembly 2e to work.
The chain wheel feeding assembly 2e comprises a first feeding rack 2e1, a second feeding rack 2e2, a driving roller shaft 2e3, a driven roller shaft 2e4, a driving chain wheel 2e5, a driven chain wheel 2e6, a transmission chain 2e7 and a material shifting plate 2e 8; the first feeding rack 2e1 and the second feeding rack 2e2 are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the machine frame 1 symmetrically with respect to the axis of the discharging rail 2b, two ends of a driving roller shaft 2e3 are in clearance fit with two sides of the first feeding rack 2e1, one end of the driving roller shaft 2e3 is further fixedly connected with the output end of the rotary driving component 2d, two ends of a driven roller shaft 2e4 are in clearance fit with two sides of the second feeding rack 2e2, the axes of the driving roller shaft 2e3 and the driven roller shaft 2e4 are parallel to each other, the driving sprocket 2e5 is sleeved on the driving roller shaft 2e3, the driven sprocket 2e6 is sleeved on the driven roller shaft 2e4, the driving sprocket 2e5 and the driven sprocket 2e6 are in transmission connection through a transmission chain 2e7, and the kick-out plate 2e8 is fixedly mounted on the transmission chain 2e7 and passes through the feeding groove 2c when rotating.
The drive sprocket 2e5, the driven sprocket 2e6, the drive chain 2e7, and the switch plate 2e8 are preferably provided in two sets, and the number of the switch plates is matched with the number of the feed chutes 2 c. The first carriage 2e1 and the second carriage 2e2 provide support for the driving roller shaft 2e3 and the driven roller shaft 2e4, respectively. The feed speed is adjusted by adjusting the rotary drive assembly 2d to control the rotational speed of the switch-out plate 2e 8.
The first stamping mechanism 3 comprises a first hydraulic press 3a, a stamping sliding table 3b, a first stamping upper die 3c and a first stamping lower die 3 d; 3a bottom fixed mounting of first hydraulic press is in frame 1, 2 output fixed connection of punching press slip table 3b one end and feed mechanism, mould 3c fixed mounting is in first hydraulic press 3a movable part bottom in the first punching press, first punching press lower mould 3d and frame 1 fixed connection, first punching press lower mould 3d sets up the logical groove department at punching press slip table 3b, first punching press lower mould 3d top surface and punching press slip table 3b up end parallel and level, mould 3c in the first punching press, first punching press lower mould 3d agrees with the shape of fastener.
When the feeding mechanism 2 sends the metal plate into the stamping sliding table 3b and moves the metal plate to the through groove on the stamping sliding table 3b, the controller sends a signal to the first hydraulic machine 3 a. When the blanking induction component 4a induces that the metal formed part at the bottom of the first stamping mechanism 3 falls onto the fixed claw 4d, a signal is sent to the controller. The controller sends a signal to the wide finger cylinder 4c when receiving the signal sent by the blanking induction component 4a, and the wide finger cylinder 4c receives the signal and then two fixing claws 4d at the end part of the controller are mutually far away from each other so as to tension and fix the metal formed part in an open slot of the metal formed part. Meanwhile, the upper end surface of the fixed claw 4d is used as a support surface for the falling of the metal formed part, so that the metal formed part is prevented from inclining. The controller then sends a signal to the linear transport assembly 4b, and the linear transport assembly 4b receives the signal and then drives the wide finger cylinder 4c and the fixed jaw 4d to move towards the second stamping mechanism 5 together. When the second stamping mechanism 5 completes the second stamping of the metal formed part on the elastic sheet part, the controller sends a signal to the linear transportation component 4b again, and the linear transportation component 4b continues to drive the wide finger cylinder 4c and the fixed claw 4d to move in the previous direction to approach the blanking mechanism 6 after receiving the signal. After the controller controls the blanking mechanism 6 to take away the metal formed part, the controller controls the linear transportation assembly 4b to drive the wide finger cylinder 4c and the fixed jaw 4d to reset to the bottom of the first stamping mechanism 3 for second round operation, and the operation is circulated in the way.
The blanking sensing assembly 4a comprises a sensing bracket 4a1, an infrared photoelectric sensor 4a2 and a sensing bolt 4a 3; the induction brackets 4a1 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the bottom of the rack 1, the induction bracket 4a1 is lower than the bottom of the first punching mechanism 3, the infrared photoelectric sensor 4a2 and the induction bolt 4a3 are oppositely arranged on the induction brackets 4a1 on two sides respectively, and the infrared photoelectric sensor 4a2 is electrically connected with the controller.
The induction support 4a1 provides support for the infrared photoelectric sensor 4a2 and the induction bolt 4a3 respectively at the both sides of frame 1, and the infrared ray that the induction bolt 4a3 reflection infrared photoelectric sensor 4a2 sent keeps the signal unblocked, shelters from the infrared ray when there is the metal forming part whereabouts in first punching press mechanism 3 bottom, and infrared photoelectric sensor 4a2 then sends the signal to the controller.
The linear transportation assembly 4b comprises a ball screw sliding table 4b1, a supporting rod 4b2, a sliding track 4b3 and a position feedback sensor 4b 4; ball screw slip table 4b1 and frame 1 fixed connection, ball screw slip table 4b1 axis passes through first punching press mechanism 3 and automatic fortune material mechanism 4 bottom in proper order, bracing piece 4b2, slide rail 4b3 is fixed to be set up the slider that is used for supporting ball screw slip table 4b1 on ball screw slip table 4b1, position feedback sensor 4b4 sets up in ball screw slip table 4b1 one side, ball screw slip table 4b 1's slider and broad finger cylinder 4c fixed connection, ball screw slip table 4b1 is connected with the controller electricity, position feedback sensor 4b4 is connected with ball screw slip table 4b1 electricity.
The position feedback sensor 4b4 is used for accurately controlling the displacement of the ball screw sliding table 4b1 slider, and the supporting rod 4b2 and the sliding track 4b3 jointly support the slider to avoid generating radial force on the screw of the ball screw sliding table 4b1 when the second punching mechanism 5 punches. The ball screw sliding table 4b1 drives the wide finger cylinder 4c and the fixed claw 4d to reciprocate linearly together.

When the automatic material conveying mechanism 4 drives the metal formed part to move to the second stamping mechanism 5, the elastic sheet on the metal formed part is just positioned at the connecting line of the second stamping upper die 5c and the second stamping lower die 5 d. And then the controller sends a signal to the second hydraulic press 5a, the second hydraulic press 5a drives the second upper stamping die 5c to move downwards to be close to the second lower stamping die 5d after receiving the signal, and then the elastic sheet of the metal forming part is extruded and deformed to form a required elastic sheet concave part. Then the controller sends a signal to the second hydraulic press 5a, and the movable part of the second hydraulic press 5a drives the second upper stamping die 5c to move upwards and away from the second lower stamping die 5 d. The controller sends a signal to the automatic material conveying mechanism 4, and the automatic material conveying mechanism 4 drives the workpiece to leave from the second punching mechanism 5 and move to the feeding mechanism 6.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the tail end of the first stamping mechanism 3 of the equipment is also provided with a collecting box for receiving the stamped leftover materials, and the blanking mechanism 6 is an industrial robot. The controller then sends a signal to the automatic material conveying mechanism 4, and the automatic material conveying mechanism 4 continues to move to the stroke end along the previous movement direction after receiving the signal. Then the controller sends a signal to the blanking mechanism 6, the blanking mechanism 6 receives the signal and then clamps and takes out the workpiece which is used for completing twice stamping operation on the automatic conveying mechanism 4 and carries the workpiece to the tooth punching machine for tooth punching operation on the back of the concave part of the elastic sheet, when the blanking mechanism 6 takes the workpiece, the controller also controls the working part of the automatic conveying mechanism 4 to loosen the fixation of the clamping piece, and finally, the dovetail of the workpiece back welding machine is manually protruded, so that the manpower is greatly saved.
