the swinging plate (2) is arranged corresponding to the thigh, and the fixed end of the swinging plate (2) is hinged with the right end of the supporting plate (1);
the swing plate (2) is provided with a binding band (5) bound with the thigh;
a torsion spring is sleeved on a hinge core shaft at the fixed end of the swinging plate (2), two ends of the torsion spring are respectively fixed on the swinging plate (2) and the supporting plate (1), and when no external force is applied, the free end of the swinging plate (2) is obliquely and upwards placed by the torsion spring;
when no external force is applied, the included angle between the swinging plate (2) and the supporting plate (1) is 30-45 degrees;
the free end of the swinging plate (2) is connected with a contact strip (8) in an abutting mode, a spring pin is arranged in the swinging plate (2), and the outer end of the spring pin is led out from the free end of the swinging plate (2) and is connected with the contact strip (8);

the upper surface of the supporting plate (1) is provided with a sliding hole corresponding to the cylindrical cam (20), a sliding pin (9) is in sliding fit in the sliding hole, the lower end of the sliding pin (9) abuts against the side wall of the cylindrical cam (20), and in the rotating process of the cylindrical cam (20), the upper end of the sliding pin (9) enters and exits from the upper port of the sliding hole in a reciprocating mode;
a linkage gear (14) meshed with the linear rack (4) is coaxially arranged on the rotating shaft;
the stiff end of swing board (2) is equipped with the pitch arc rack coaxial with articulated dabber, the pitch arc rack through the transition gear train with sharp rack (4) meshing, swing board (2) wobbling in-process drives sharp rack (4) reciprocating sliding.
