In addition, in this embodiment, the laser detection sensor 3-1 is fixed on the side of the guide post in-place sensor mounting seat 3-2 departing from the guide post 19, so that the laser detection sensor 3-1 can be protected to a certain extent, and impact in the press-fitting process is prevented.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the part-in-position left and right detecting assembly 4 includes:
the left and right part in-place sensor mounting seats 4-2 are oppositely and fixedly arranged on the intelligent press body 1 and have adjustable height;
the two laser correlation sensors 4-1 are oppositely arranged on the left and right part in-place sensor mounting seats 4-2 respectively and are used for detecting whether the pressed parts on the tool bottom plate 9 of the intelligent press body 1 are placed in place or not, and the height adjustment of the two laser correlation sensors 4-1 can be realized by adjusting the left and right part in-place sensor mounting seats 4-2, so that the two laser correlation sensors 4-1 are positioned at the same height.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the two laser correlation sensors 4-1 are disposed on the side of the left and right part in-place sensor mounting seats 4-2 away from the press-fitting object, the light emitting ends of the two laser correlation sensors 4-1 respectively penetrate through the left and right part in-place sensor mounting seats 4-2 and point to the mounting positions of the press-fitted parts on the tool bottom plate 9, and the axes of the light emitting ends are located on the same straight line. In the embodiment, the two laser correlation sensors 4-1 are arranged on the side, away from the press-fitting object, of the left and right part in-place sensor mounting seats 4-2, so that the two laser correlation sensors 4-1 can be protected to a certain extent and prevented from being impacted in the press-fitting process.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, a tracing template 18 for storing the upper pressing head 6, the lower pressing head 7 and the guiding column 19 of various specifications and models is arranged in the tool storage 17, an indicator light 15 corresponding to each of the upper pressing head 6, the lower pressing head 7 and the guiding column 19 is arranged on the tracing template 18, and the indicator light 15 is automatically turned on according to the current press-fitting program to indicate the gripping position.
In this embodiment, on one hand, the tool storage 17 facilitates the operator to place the corresponding upper pressing head 6, lower pressing head 7 and guiding column 19 by setting the tracing template 18, and meanwhile, the indicator lamps 15 are arranged at the positions where the upper pressing head 6, lower pressing head 7 and guiding column 19 of the tracing template 18 are placed, after the current press-fitting program is selected, the controller lights the indicator lamps corresponding to the upper pressing head 6, lower pressing head 7 and guiding column 19 required in the current press-fitting program, so that the operator can identify at a glance which upper pressing heads 6, lower pressing heads 7 and guiding columns 19 need to be taken out from the tool storage 17, prevent the operator from taking wrong materials by visual enhancement, achieve the purpose of storing and grabbing for preventing errors, and light the corresponding indicator lamps 15 according to new requirements after switching new press-fitting programs.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the guiding tool temporary storage detecting assembly 5 includes:
the guide tool temporarily stores the detection sensor mounting seat 5-1, and is arranged at the left front side of the press working platform 11;
and the proximity switch sensor 5-2 is arranged on the guide tool temporary storage detection sensor mounting seat 5-1 and used for sensing whether the guide column 19 is placed or not. The proximity switch sensor 5-2 can perform temporary detection on the guide column 19, and the reason and purpose of the temporary detection are as described in the foregoing embodiments and will not be described herein again.
Another preferred embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent error-proofing press-fitting method, including the steps of:
1) calling a press-fitting program corresponding to the current press-fitting operation through the HMI (human machine interface) 8;
2) pulling the tool storage library 17 open, wherein the tool storage library 17 prompts the grabbing positions of the upper pressing head 6, the lower pressing head 7 and the guide column 19 required by the current press-fitting operation according to the called press-fitting program;
3) taking out the lower pressure head 7 and placing the lower pressure head in the mounting hole of the tool bottom plate 9;
4) detecting whether the lower pressing head 7 arranged on the tooling bottom plate 9 meets the set specification or not through the lower pressing head in-place detection assembly 10;
5) taking out the upper pressure head 6 and installing the upper pressure head on the upper pressure head quick-change connector 16;
6) detecting whether the installed upper pressure head 6 meets the set specification or not through the upper pressure head detection assembly 2;
7) taking out the guide column 19, placing the guide column on the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly 5, and sensing whether the guide column 19 is placed in place through the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly 5;
8) detecting whether the specification of the pressed part is matched with the specified specification of the current pressing program or not by the pressed part identification device 12;
9) the pressed parts are placed on the lower pressing head 7, and whether the pressed parts on the tooling bottom plate 9 of the intelligent pressing machine body 1 are placed in place or not is detected through the part in-place left and right detection assemblies 4;
10) moving the guide post 19 from the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly 5 to the pressed part, wherein the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly 5 cannot sense the guide post 19, and the guide post in-place detection assembly 3 detects that the guide post 19 is placed in place;
11) the controller automatically confirms that the upper pressing head 6, the lower pressing head 7, the guide column 19 and the pressed part are placed in place and meet the set specification, and then allows the called pressing program to be started;
12) executing a press-fitting program through the HMI 8;
13) after the press mounting is finished, taking out the guide column 19 and placing the guide column on the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly 5, and closing the current press mounting program after the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly 5 senses the existence of the guide column 19;
14) and (4) disassembling the press-mounting object, and repeating the steps 1) to 13) to complete batch work.
The error-proof press fitting method of the intelligent error-proof press fitting equipment can perform automatic foolproof and error-proof detection from multiple aspects of tool storage, tool taking out, tool placing, press fitting, tool unloading and the like, so that the trend of aeroengine manufacturing from a manual mode to intelligent assembly is developed, the traceability overall assembly requirements of high efficiency, high reliability and production process are met, the one-time delivery qualification rate, quality stability and assembly efficiency of aeroengine assembly are ensured, the labor intensity of workers and the assembly operation management difficulty are reduced, the method has wide application prospects in the fields of aeroengine digitization and intelligent assembly, particularly has flexible, automatic and digital manufacturing technologies aiming at the production characteristics of multiple types and small batches of engines, and has important significance in upgrading of a large number of unit component assembly technologies of aeroengines.

the tool storage warehouse (17) is arranged in the intelligent press body (1) and used for storing the upper pressing head (6), the lower pressing head (7) and the guide column (19) of various specifications and simultaneously prompting the grabbing positions of the upper pressing head (6), the lower pressing head (7) and the guide column (19) required by the current press-fitting operation;
the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly (5) is arranged at the left front side position of a press working platform (11) of the intelligent press body (1) and is used for sensing whether a guide column (19) is placed or not;
the controller is further respectively in circuit connection with the upper pressure head detection assembly (2), the guide column in-place detection assembly (3), the part in-place left and right detection assembly (4), the lower pressure head in-place detection assembly (10), the pressed part identification device (12), the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly (5) and the tool storage library (17), and is used for executing a press-fitting program to drive the intelligent press body (1) to perform press-fitting operation when detection results of the upper pressure head detection assembly (2), the guide column in-place detection assembly (3), the part in-place left and right detection assembly (4), the lower pressure head in-place detection assembly (10), the pressed part identification device (12) and the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly (5) all meet set requirements;
the guide post in-position detection assembly (3) comprises:
the guide post in-place sensor mounting seat (3-2) is fixedly arranged on the intelligent press body (1) and corresponds to the mounting position of the guide post (19);
the laser detection sensors (3-1) are fixed on the guide post in-place sensor mounting seats (3-2) at intervals from top to bottom along the vertical direction and are used for detecting whether the guide posts (19) on the pressed parts are placed in place or not;
the guide post sensor mounting base (3-2) that targets in place is vertically provided with a slotted hole, the laser detection sensor (3-1) is fixed on one side of the guide post sensor mounting base (3-2) that targets in place and deviates from the guide post (19), the light-emitting ends of the laser detection sensors (3-1) penetrate through the slotted hole and point to the guide post (19), and the axes of the light-emitting ends are parallel to each other and are located on the same vertical plane.

the upper pressure head recognizer mounting frame (2-1) is arranged on an upper pressure head quick-change interface (16) of the intelligent press body (1);

7) taking out the guide column (19), placing the guide column on the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly (5), and sensing whether the guide column (19) is placed in place through the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly (5);
8) detecting whether the specification of the pressed part is matched with the specified specification of the current pressing program or not by a pressed part identification device (12);
9) the pressed parts are placed on a lower pressing head (7), and whether the pressed parts on a tooling bottom plate (9) of the intelligent pressing machine body (1) are placed in place or not is detected through a part in-place left and right detection assembly (4);
10) moving the guide post (19) from the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly (5) to a pressed part, wherein the guide tool temporary storage detection assembly (5) cannot sense the guide post (19), and the guide post in-place detection assembly (3) detects that the guide post (19) is placed in place;
11) the controller automatically confirms that the upper pressure head (6), the lower pressure head (7), the guide post (19) and the pressed part are placed in place and meet the set specification, and then the called pressing program is allowed to be started;
