the signal interpolation device is connected with the dot matrix capturing mechanism and used for carrying out bilinear interpolation processing on the received vehicle body imaging image to obtain an interpolation processing image, and the definition of the interpolation processing image is higher than that of the vehicle body imaging image;
the device comprises a signal interpolation device, a component extraction mechanism, a signal processing mechanism and a control mechanism, wherein the signal interpolation device is connected with the signal interpolation device and used for identifying a vehicle body sub-image from the interpolation processing image based on the vehicle body outline, and analyzing cyan components, magenta components, yellow components and black components of each pixel point in the vehicle body sub-image;
the content identification equipment is used and is respectively connected with the color selection equipment and the component extraction mechanism and used for carrying out mean value calculation on each cyan component of each pixel point in the vehicle body subimage to obtain a reference cyan component, carrying out mean value calculation on each magenta component of each pixel point in the vehicle body subimage to obtain a reference magenta component, carrying out mean value calculation on each yellow component of each pixel point in the vehicle body subimage to obtain a reference yellow component, and carrying out mean value calculation on each black component of each pixel point in the vehicle body subimage to obtain a reference black component;
wherein the content recognition device is further configured to send a reference cyan component, a reference magenta component, a reference yellow component, and a reference black component to the color selection mechanism;
and the on-site spraying mechanism is also used for stopping executing the paint spraying action on the automobile body below the on-site spraying mechanism when receiving the spraying termination instruction.
7. The method for automatically customizing the color of a spray paint material according to claim 6, further comprising:
and each paint body material storage tank is hung in an automobile paint spraying workshop and is used for storing paint body materials with various colors respectively.
8. The method for automatically customizing the color of a spray paint material according to claim 7, further comprising:
and each weight detection mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the corresponding paint body material storage tank and is used for detecting the weight of the corresponding paint body material storage tank in real time.
9. The paint spraying material color automatic customizing method according to claim 8, characterized in that:
the weight detection mechanism sends out a material exhaustion instruction when the detected weight of the load is lower than a preset weight threshold;
and the weight detection mechanism sends a material filling instruction when the detected weight of the load is higher than or equal to the preset weight threshold.
10. The method for automatically customizing the color of a spray paint material according to claim 9, further comprising:
the real-time display screen is positioned in an automobile paint spraying workshop, is respectively connected with each weight detection mechanism and is used for displaying the weight of the load detected by each weight detection mechanism in real time;
the real-time display equipment is further used for displaying a material exhaustion instruction or a material filling instruction sent by each weight detection mechanism;
the real-time display device is also connected with the content identification device and is used for displaying specific numerical values respectively corresponding to the reference cyan component, the reference magenta component, the reference yellow component and the reference black component in real time.
