Abstract
本发明公开了一种洗衣液,包括:有效量的阴离子表面活性剂,有效量的非离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂,以及有效量的聚季铵盐和水。还公开了一种制备本发明所述洗衣液的方法,包括水中加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子和/或两性离子表面活性剂,混合杀菌剂、聚季铵盐和除螨剂后调节pH值,再加入防腐剂和香精,搅拌混合制得洗液。本发明的洗衣液洗涤柔顺二合一,同时兼具杀菌除螨功效,成本低廉、起泡性好、使用方便、去污能力高特点,且洗后衣物柔软蓬松不影响织物的吸湿性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,特别涉及一种洗衣液。
背景技术
现有技术中,由于阴离子表面活性剂具有去污能力强、起泡好且稳定、成本低等优点,市售洗衣液中绝大多数都是以阴离子表面活性剂体系为主。随着洗衣机的使用频率和使用率逐年增加,织物受到强机械力的作用,表面纤维因磨损而产生卷曲、黏结,使用阴离子表面活性剂后产生粗糙手感更为明显。
为了使洗后衣物有更舒适的穿着感,人们开始逐渐使用柔软剂对织物进行护理。但市面上常见的柔软成分有双酯基季铵盐、酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子瓜尔胶等,跟阴离子表面活性剂的兼容性较差,无法加入到阴离子表面活性剂体系里面;并且由于长碳链的阳离子表面活性剂虽然能给织物带来柔顺效果,但是会极大的降低织物的亲水性能,影响再润湿性能。因此市售柔软剂多需要在漂洗最后一步加入,使用不方便。
为了提升消费者的使用便利性,市场上逐渐出现一种洗涤柔软二合一功效的洗衣液产品,但大多采用非离子表面活性剂体系,如CN101812381A 中的非离子表面活性剂体系添加酯基季铵盐。也存在一些类似硬脂酰基丙基二甲胺结构的柔软成分可以加入到阴离子表面活性剂体系,但洗后的织物柔软程度不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂混合复配的洗涤柔顺二合一的洗衣液,成本低廉、起泡性好、使用方便、去污能力高特点,且洗后衣物柔软蓬松不影响织物的吸湿性能。
定义:
本文所用术语“烷基”描述脂族烃,包括直链和支链基团。烷基可以是取代的或未取代的。如果取代,取代基可以是,如:烷基,链烯基,炔基,环烷基,芳基,杂芳基,卤化物,羟基,烷氧基和羟基烷基。本文所用的术语“烷基”还包括饱和或不饱和烃,因此该术语进一步包括链烯基和炔基。
术语“链烯基”描述本文所定义的具有至少两个碳原子和至少一个碳-碳双键的不饱和烷基。链烯基可被一个或多个在上文描述的取代基取代或未取代。
聚季铵盐-22:为INCI(国际化妆品原料)命名名称,cas号为53694-17-0,结构如下:

产品剂型:本发明产品的剂型可为透明液体、不透明乳液、喷雾液、凝胶、粉剂或块状固体。优选为透明液体或乳液。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种洗衣液,包括:
有效量的阴离子表面活性剂,选自烷基磺酸盐、α-烯基磺酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐中的至少一种;
有效量的非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的至少一种,其中:非离子表面活性剂,选自烷基糖苷型和聚乙二醇型非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种;两性表面活性剂,选自甜菜碱类和氨基酸型中的至少一种;
有效量的聚季铵盐,选自聚季铵盐-22、聚季铵盐-7和聚季铵盐-39中的至少一种,以及水。
大多数纤维表面携带负电荷,经过多次洗涤之后,纤维之间会形成一簇簇,但纤维之间微弱的电荷排斥力不足以把一簇簇的纤维分开,摸上去会很粗糙。而聚季铵盐由于电荷吸引和熵增原理会吸附到织物表面,电荷排斥力会分开纤维,给衣物带来蓬松柔软的舒适感。因此所述洗衣液洗涤柔顺二合一,成本低廉、起泡性好、使用方便、去污能力,且洗后衣物柔软蓬松不影响织物的吸湿性能。
在一些实施方式中,所述阴离子表面活性剂为重量计5-25%,所述非离子表面活性剂为重量计3-20%和/或所述两性表面活性剂为重量计 1.5-15%。
在一些实施方式中,所述烷基磺酸盐为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;所述聚乙二醇型非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO9,和/或所述甜菜碱类和所述氨基酸型分别为月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰谷氨酸二钠。
在一些实施方式中,所述聚季铵盐浓度为重量计0.1-1%。
在一些实施方式中,还包括辅助清洁添加剂,所述辅助清洁添加剂选自以下各项组份的至少一种:助洗剂、杀菌剂、除螨剂、有机聚合物化合物、酶、酶稳定剂、漂白体系、增白剂、调色剂、螯合剂、调节剂、湿润剂、香料、填充剂或载体、碱度体系、pH控制体系,和缓冲剂。
在一些实施方式中,所述辅助清洁添加剂为重量计的甘油1-5%,酶 0.1-1%,杀菌剂0.1-1%,除螨剂0.1-1%,防腐剂0.05-0.9%,香精0.1-0.5%,一水柠檬酸0-1%和氢氧化钠0-1%。该实施方式得到的洗衣液具有良好的除菌除螨功能。
在一些实施方式中,所述杀菌剂为二氯生、三氯生、乳酸、PCMX、 OCT中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,所述酶是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、过氧化物酶、甘露聚糖酶的至少一种,或蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶的复合酶;所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯并异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种;所述除螨剂为植物提取液 R301。
植物提取液R301和杀菌剂二氯生的添加,跟洗衣液其余成分比如阴离子表面活性剂、生物酶等有着良好配伍性能。有助于洗衣液长期存放稳定性好,洗后衣物柔软性能并且杀菌、驱螨效果优异。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供制备本发明所述洗衣液的方法,包括以下步骤:水中加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和/或两性离子表面活性剂、杀菌剂、聚季铵盐和除螨剂;调节pH值;加入防腐剂和香精;搅拌混合。该制备方法简单方便,混合搅拌即可溶解成稳定体系。
在一些实施方式中,所述聚季铵盐为与水1:1稀释预配后加入。
有益效果:
本发明的洗衣液以阴离子表面活性剂为主,复配非离子和/或两性表面活性剂,有效避免了带正电荷的聚季铵盐柔顺剂与阴离子的表面活性剂的直接反应,兼容性、稳定性得到显著提升且成本低廉,实现洗涤柔顺二合一、使用方便,且起泡性好、去污能力强,洗后衣物柔软蓬松不影响织物的吸湿性能。
在一些实施例中,由于还添加有除螨剂如植物提取液R301,洗衣液具有良好的除菌除螨功能。
在一些实施例中,还添加有防腐剂如苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯并异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种,以及杀菌剂如二氯生、三氯生、乳酸、PCMX、OCT中的至少一种,洗衣液能够长期存放稳定性好,洗后衣物柔软并且杀菌、驱螨效果优异。
采用本发明的制备方法,简单方便,混合搅拌即可溶解成稳定体系。

结论:在以上实验中,观察到对比例4和对比例5中,洗衣液出现明显分层,无法形成均一稳定溶液。其他配比组分的洗衣液澄清无沉淀,未出现分层现象。
实施例2、洗衣液的制备

制备本发明所述洗衣液的方法:
采用10L反应釜加入水3kg,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(厂家:中轻日化)1.25kg,C12C16烷基糖苷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO3各500g,搅拌混合形成混合液。同时预配与水1:1稀释的聚季铵盐-7:将25g聚季铵盐-7加入到25g水中搅拌混合后倒入上述混合液,搅拌均匀,加入氢氧化钠调节pH到7-7.5,并补足水分到5kg。
pH值测定采用25℃下Mettler Toledo Fivego pH计直接测量。
实施例3、洗衣液的制备

制备本发明所述洗衣液的方法:
采用10L反应釜加入水3kg,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(厂家:中轻日化)275g、C8C16烷基糖苷(厂家:巴斯夫)250g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO9(厂家:巴斯夫)500g、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(厂家:优尔稀)50g、椰油酰谷氨酸二钠(厂家:中狮)25g,搅拌混合形成混合液。同时预配与水1:1稀释的聚季铵盐-22:将5g聚季铵盐-22加入到5g水中搅拌混合后倒入上述混合液,搅拌均匀,加入氢氧化钠调节pH到7-7.5,并依次加入剩余甘油(厂家:江苏华滨)150g、酶(厂家:诺维信)25g、二氯生(厂家:巴斯夫)5g、R301(厂家:上海轻工业研究所)25g、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮(厂家:帝化)5g、香精(厂家:高砂)150g 并补足水分到5kg。

实施例6:洗衣液的使用和效果测试
以棉质毛巾为例说明使用方法和效果:
(1)从市场买回500g毛巾(厂家:萃众、品牌:414)13条,对买回的毛巾进行预处理:使用波轮洗衣机和不含柔软成分的洗涤剂清洗毛巾,过洗彻底,确保毛巾上的柔软涂层被洗掉。预处理之后的毛巾才作为本次实验的测试毛巾。
(2)本测试中毛巾为500g,用20克表1中配比实例中的洗衣液去洗,采用波轮洗衣机,中等水位,模式为洗一次过洗三次,然后自然晾干。
采用12人一组的成对比较方法,每个成员对一对毛巾触摸之后进行选择,1为柔软,0为不柔软,累计得分。

结论:添加了少量聚季铵盐成分洗衣液洗涤后的毛巾相比未添加任何柔软成分的洗衣液洗涤后的毛巾明显表现出极佳的柔软度,同时相比对比例3中添加硬脂酰基丙基二甲胺洗衣液洗涤后的毛巾也更柔软。
实施例7:去污力测试
采用QB/T 1224-2012进行洗衣液去污力测试,测试样品配成0.2%水溶液,硬度为250ppm,洗涤温度30℃,立式去污机,搅拌速度为120rpm,洗涤20分钟。

注:JB01\JB02\JB03是GB/T13174规定的三种试验污布,JB01是碳黑油污布,JB02是蛋白污布,JB03是皮脂污布。
结论:添加了少量聚季铵盐成分洗衣液仍保持良好的去污力。
实施例8:抑菌测试
依照GB/T 20944.2-2007开展抑菌测试,取市场购买棉布(厂家:日化所JB00棉布,重量:20g)3条,用洗衣机洗涤15min,并漂洗2min,其中一条作为空白对照组。称取表1配比实例7、8的样品8g溶于2L 250ppm 硬水中。

结论:实施例7和实施例8有良好的抑菌性能。
实施例9:织物亲水性测试
亲水性一般指纤维吸收水分的能力,在湿热条件下,为了改善织物的舒适性,需要相对减少织物与皮肤之间的相对湿度,这就要求纤维材料对水蒸气的吸收量大,吸收速度快,尤其是在大量出汗的情况下,更需要纤维具有比较高的吸湿性,并能快速向外界释放汗水,使人体没有闷热感。
参考标准QB/T 4309进行衣物柔顺剂再润湿性能的测定。通过测定水沿毛细管上升两厘米所需的时间,对再润湿性能进行测试。
测试浓度为1克/升,水硬度为250ppm,用立式去污机清洗JB00棉白布,转速为120rpm,30℃下洗十分钟,取出,放在漂洗器内桶中,手工脱水约15秒。在室温下晾干,把晾好的棉白布剪成四块,每块尺寸为15 厘米长3厘米宽,在一端上标记1厘米和3厘米,把剪好的布条放入恒温恒湿箱(20±2℃,湿度65±4%)24小时,恒温加了一滴墨水的水溶液在 20±2℃;将试片没有作标记的一端固定在横梁架上,在试片下端装一个小张力夹,使试片保持垂直,浸入测试的棉布条,记录液面从1厘米上升到3 厘米时的时间,重复三次。
使用表1中配比实例4、6、9、10开展亲水性测试。

其中,市售柔软剂是联合利华金纺柔软剂。
结论:实施例3、5、8、9均添加聚季铵盐,但毛细效应时间与对比例2(未添加聚季铵盐)无区别,同时远远低于市售柔软剂的毛细效应时间,因此该实施例展现出良好的亲水性。
实施例10、除螨效果
参照NY/T 1151.2-2006“农药登记卫生用杀虫剂-室内药效试验方法及评价-第2部分:灭螨和驱螨剂”对表1中配比实例7、8进行除螨效果测试。

结论:实施例7和实施例8有良好的除螨效果。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种洗衣液,其特征在于:包含:
有效量的阴离子表面活性剂,选自烷基磺酸盐、α-烯基磺酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐中的至少一种;
有效量的非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的至少一种,其中:
非离子表面活性剂,选自烷基糖苷型和聚乙二醇型非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种;
两性表面活性剂,选自甜菜碱类和氨基酸型中的至少一种;
有效量的聚季铵盐,选自聚季铵盐-22、聚季铵盐-7和聚季铵盐-39中的至少一种;
水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为重量计5-25%,所述非离子表面活性剂为重量计3-20%和/或所述两性表面活性剂为重量计1.5-15%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述烷基磺酸盐为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;所述聚乙二醇型非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO9,和/或所述甜菜碱类和所述氨基酸型分别为月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰谷氨酸二钠。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述聚季铵盐为重量计0.1-1%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗衣液,其特征在于:还包括辅助清洁添加剂,所述辅助清洁添加剂选自以下各项组份的至少一种:助洗剂、除螨剂、有机聚合物、酶、酶稳定剂、漂白体系、增白剂、调色剂、螯合剂、调节剂、湿润剂、香料、填充剂或载体、碱度体系、pH控制体系,和缓冲剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述辅助清洁添加剂为重量计的甘油1-5%,酶0.1-1%,杀菌剂0.1-1%,除螨剂0.1-1%,防腐剂0.05-0.9%,香精0.1-0.5%,一水柠檬酸0-1%和氢氧化钠0-1%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为二氯生、三氯生、乳酸、PCMX、OCT中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述酶是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、过氧化物酶、甘露聚糖酶的至少一种,或蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶的复合酶;所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、甲基(氯)异噻唑啉酮、苯并异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种;所述除螨剂为植物提取液R301。
9.制备权利要求1-8所述洗衣液的方法,其特征在于:
水中加入所述阴离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂和/或所述两性离子表面活性剂,以及杀菌剂、所述聚季铵盐和除螨剂;
调节pH值;
加入防腐剂和香精;
搅拌混合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于:所述聚季铵盐为与水1:1稀释预配后加入。
