The PVC pipe slitting device as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the contact block (c 4) comprises an upper connecting plate (c 41), an opening and closing frame (c 42), a lower pressing block (c 43) and a lower connecting plate (c 44), one end of the opening and closing frame (c 42) is hinged to the bottom of the upper connecting plate (c 41), the other end of the opening and closing frame (c 42) is movably clamped with a lower pressing block (c 43), the upper surface of the lower pressing block (c 43) is in clearance fit with the opening and closing frame (c 42), the bottom of the lower pressing block (c 43) is attached to the upper surface of the lower connecting plate (c 44), and the lower connecting plate (c 44) and the upper connecting plate (c 41) are of an integrated structure.
