Abstract
The invention provides a method for forming patterns, a bathroom product and a shielding film, which comprises the following steps: prefabricating a shielding film with a double-layer film structure, wherein the shielding film with the double-layer film structure is provided with a preset hollow pattern; pasting a shielding film of a double-layer film structure with a prefabricated pattern on a mold; the double-layer film structure is used for spraying gel coats with required colors in the mold and on the shielding film; leveling the sprayed gel coat; removing the first layer film of the shielding film of the prefabricated double-layer film structure; and removing the prefabricated shielding film in a semi-cured state of the gel coat with the required color, spraying the gel coat of the product body in the mold after the gel coat with the required color is cured, casting the filler in the mold after the gel coat of the product body is completely cured, and demolding after the filler is cured. The method for forming the pattern ensures that the pattern lines are clear, the vision and the touch sense of the surface of the pattern are consistent with those of a product, the surface of the pattern has no concave-convex sense, the performance is also consistent with that of the product, and no extra redundant pollutants exist in the production process.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for forming a pattern, a sanitary product formed by using the method, and a film applied to the method, and more particularly, to a method for forming a pattern, a sanitary product formed by using the method, and a shielding film applied to the method.
Background
With the development of social urbanization, science and technology and humanization, the pace of life of people is accelerated, more and more people are busy in work, rest after work is more and more emphasized by people, and bathing is a way for relaxing the people.
An artificial stone bathtub is one of bathtubs, is a new pet in the bathroom industry and is another bathroom luxury after a steam room. Artificial stone bathtubs, originated in italy, are called casting or manual tubs for reasons of their manufacturing process. The artificial stone bathtub integrates various advantages, is the latest bathtub which is in place due to various defects of a screen acrylic bathtub, a ceramic bathtub and a cast iron bathtub, and is a representative of trend and high quality. The artificial stone bathtub is formed by stirring, casting, splicing and meticulously polishing environment-friendly transparent resin, glass beads, aluminum powder and other materials. Meanwhile, different colors can be prepared in the manufacturing process, so that different attractive appearances can be obtained. The artificial stone bathtub has the advantages of concise appearance, elegance, high surface smoothness, small heat transfer coefficient, good heat preservation performance, high strength, good toughness, engraving resistance, compression resistance, strong wear resistance, mildew resistance, antibiosis, high temperature resistance, difficult contamination, easy cleaning, no aging and easy repair.
The prior bathtub is usually required to form some patterns on the surface of the bathtub for the purpose of beauty. Currently, there are two different methods for surface patterning of conventional gel coat artificial stone:
the first is spraying/printing on the surface of the product in the later period, the surface quality of the product depends on the quality of the spraying paint, the performance of the product is inferior to that of the artificial gel-coat stone, the visual sense and the tactile sense are inconsistent with those of the artificial stone, the pattern is slightly higher than the surface of the product, the tactile sense has height difference, the later period surface spraying/printing needs additional processing, and the spraying/printing process inevitably has additional pollution.
In another mode, in the processing process of the product, pattern non-woven fabric or glass fiber cloth is attached to the back of the gel coat layer, and the pattern finally formed by the product can only be a large-area disordered pattern.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for forming a pattern, so that the lines of the pattern are clear, the vision and touch of the surface of the pattern are consistent with the product, the performance is also consistent with the product, and no extra pollutants are generated in the production process.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a method of forming a pattern, comprising the steps of: prefabricating a shielding film with a double-layer film structure, wherein the shielding film with the double-layer film structure is provided with a preset hollow pattern; pasting a shielding film of a double-layer film structure with a prefabricated pattern on a mold; spraying gel coat with required color on the shielding film; leveling the sprayed gel coat, and removing a first layer of shielding film of the shielding film with the double-layer film structure; semi-curing the gel coat with the required color, and removing the prefabricated shielding film; spraying the gel coat of the product body; and after the gel coat is cured, casting the filler in a mould, and demolding after the filler is cured.
The method for forming the pattern has the advantages that: the lines of the pattern are clear, the vision and touch of the surface of the pattern are consistent with those of the product, the surface of the pattern has no concave-convex feeling, the performance is also consistent with that of the product, and no extra redundant pollutants exist in the production process.
Preferably, the filler is artificial stone resin and/or acrylic resin; the shielding film is a flexible shielding film with a double-layer film structure.
Preferably, a scraper is used for leveling the sprayed gel coat, the first shielding film of the shielding film with the double-layer film structure is removed, and the gel coat is waited for semi-solidification.
Preferably, the flexible shielding film of the prefabricated two-layer film structure comprises: cutting decorative patterns on a flexible shielding film of a double-layer film structure in advance, wherein the thickness of the flexible shielding film of the double-layer film structure is within 2 mm; the back of the flexible shielding film of the double-layer film structure is coated with back glue.
The invention also provides a sanitary product, wherein the surface of the sanitary product is provided with a pattern, and the pattern is manufactured by the method.
The bathroom product has the beneficial effects that: the lines of the pattern are clear, the vision and touch of the surface of the pattern are consistent with those of the product, the surface of the pattern has no concave-convex feeling, the performance is also consistent with that of the product, and no extra redundant pollutants exist in the production process.
Preferably, the sanitary product is a bathtub or a toilet or a basin.
The invention also provides a shielding film which is provided with a double-layer film structure with an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the shielding film is provided with a preset hollow pattern, and the shielding film is applied to the method.
Preferably, the shielding film is a flexible shielding film; the back of the flexible shielding film is coated with back glue.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment,
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a method for forming a pattern according to an embodiment of the invention. Wherein the method comprises the following steps:
s101, prefabricating a shielding film of a double-layer film structure, wherein the shielding film of the double-layer film structure is provided with a preset hollow pattern.
And prefabricating a shielding film, wherein the shielding film is provided with a preset hollow pattern. The preset hollow pattern can be various patterns and lines with aesthetic feeling, and the hollow pattern corresponds to the pattern finally formed on the product. The prefabricated masking film includes: the shielding film is of a double-layer film structure, the pattern is cut on the shielding film in advance, and the thickness of the shielding film is within 2 mm. The shielding film is preferably a flexible shielding film, and can better fit the surface curve of a product. Of course, the film may be a flat film, and is used in the case where a pattern is to be formed on a flat surface. Preferably, the back surface of the flexible shielding film is coated with a back adhesive. Therefore, the shielding film can be a complete product, the shielding film is provided with the preset hollow pattern, the back of the shielding film is covered with the back glue, the prefabricated adhesive film is formed, and the adhesive film can be suitable for forming patterns on the surfaces of various bathroom products.

The shielding film can be adhered to the product mold through the back glue on the back surface of the shielding film, and the mold and the shielding film can be adhered by spraying glue. Because the shielding film is provided with the preset hollow pattern, after the shielding film is adhered to the mold, the mold part needing to be formed with the pattern is exposed, and the part needing not to be formed with the pattern is shielded.
And S103, spraying gel coat with the required color on the shielding film.
The gel coat is a special resin for manufacturing a gel coat layer of a glass fiber reinforced plastic product, is unsaturated polyester, is mainly used on the surface of a resin product, is a continuous covering thin layer and has the thickness of about 0.8 mm generally. The gel coat resins can be roughly classified into phthalic acid type gel coat resins, isophthalic acid type gel coat resins, bisphenol A type gel coat resins, and vinyl ester type gel coat resins. The common color gel coat is prepared by adding a proper amount of color paste (also called pigment paste) into a natural color gel coat and matching colors.
S104, smoothing the sprayed gel coat; and tearing off the first layer film on the surface of the prefabricated flexible pattern shielding film.
And (4) using a scraper to trowel the sprayed gel coat, tearing off the first layer of film on the surface, and waiting for the gel coat to be slowly solidified. The shielding film of the double-layer film structure is provided with an upper film and a lower film, and after the first film on the surface is torn off in the step, a layer of shielding film is adhered to the die.
And S105, semi-curing the gel coat with the required color, and removing the prefabricated shielding film.
And tearing off the residual layer of the prefabricated flexible pattern shielding film when the gel coat is in a semi-cured state, and waiting for the complete curing of the gel coat. The semi-cured state is a state in which the gel coat is in a state between a liquid state and a solid state for a period of time. The semi-solid state can be continuously set for a set time according to the process requirement
And S106, spraying gel coat of the product body.
After the gel coat with the color required by the pattern is sprayed, the gel coat with other colors can be continuously sprayed on the mould, and after the first sprayed gel coat is completely cured, the gel coat with other colors is sprayed on the product mould.
And S107, casting the filler after the gel coat is cured, and demolding after the filler is cured.

The lines of the patterns are clear, the visual sense and the tactile sense of the surface of the patterns are consistent with the product, the surface of the patterns has no concave-convex sense, the performance is also consistent with the product,
the filler is artificial stone resin and/or acrylic resin. The artificial stone of the invention is generally referred to as artificial stone solid face material, artificial stone quartz stone, artificial stone granite, and the like. The artificial stone is different in type and composition. The components mainly comprise resin, aluminum powder, pigment and curing agent. The practical building material with high molecular weight is one chemical material reaction process, and is one kind of environment friendly composite material produced with the progress of human society and scientific technology. Compared with traditional building materials such as stainless steel, ceramic and the like, the artificial stone has various functions, rich color and wider application range. The artificial stone has no toxicity, radioactivity, flame retardance, no oil adhesion, no dirt seepage, antibiosis, mildew resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, easy maintenance, seamless splicing and changeable shape.
The artificial stone of the present invention comprises: 1. the artificial resin stone is produced with unsaturated polyester resin as cementing agent, crushed natural marble stone, quartz sand, calcite, stone powder or other inorganic stuffing in certain proportion, and through mixing, curing, demolding, stoving, surface polishing and other steps. The product using the unsaturated polyester has good luster, bright and rich color, strong processability and good decorative effect; the resin has low viscosity, is easy to form and can be cured at normal temperature. The molding method includes vibration molding, compression molding and extrusion molding. The artificial stone used in the interior decoration engineering is mainly of resin type. 2. The composite artificial stone adopts a binding agent which is made of an inorganic material and an organic polymer material. The production process includes the first preparation of cement mortar blank with cement, stone powder, etc. and the subsequent soaking in organic monomer for polymerization under certain condition. For the plate, the bottom layer is made of inorganic material with stable performance and low cost, and the surface layer is made of polyester and marble powder. The inorganic cementing material can be quick-hardening cement, ordinary portland cement, aluminate cement, fly ash cement, slag cement, plaster of paris and the like. The organic monomer can be styrene, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, acrylonitrile, butadiene, etc., and these monomers can be used alone or in combination.

The invention also provides a sanitary product, wherein the surface of the sanitary product is provided with a pattern, and the pattern is manufactured by the method of the embodiment. The bathroom product has the beneficial effects that: the lines of the pattern are clear, the vision and the touch of the surface of the pattern are consistent with the product, the performance is also consistent with the product, and no extra redundant pollutants exist in the production process. The invention also provides a shielding film which is provided with an upper layer structure and a lower layer structure, wherein the shielding film is provided with a preset hollow pattern, and the shielding film is applied to the method. Preferably, the shielding film is a flexible shielding film; the back of the flexible shielding film is coated with back glue. Therefore, the shielding film can be a complete product and a prefabricated adhesive film, and can be suitable for forming patterns on the surfaces of various bathroom products. Of course, the adhesive can be not used, and the adhesive is bonded on the mold through glue when in use. Other parts identical to those in the first embodiment will not be described again.
The method for forming the pattern and the shielding film can be suitable for forming the preset pattern on various occasions; can be applied to various products, in particular to various sanitary products, such as toilets, bathtubs, shower rooms, basins and the like.

Claims (6)
1. A method of forming a pattern, comprising the steps of:
prefabricating a shielding film with a double-layer film structure, wherein the shielding film with the double-layer film structure is provided with a preset hollow pattern;
pasting a shielding film of a double-layer film structure with a prefabricated pattern on a mold;
spraying gel coat with required color on the shielding film;
leveling the sprayed gel coat, and removing a first layer of shielding film of the shielding film with the double-layer film structure;
semi-curing the gel coat with the required color, and removing the residual layer of the prefabricated shielding film;
spraying the gel coat of the product body;
and after the gel coat is cured, casting the filler in a mould, and demolding after the filler is cured.
2. The method of forming a pattern according to claim 1, wherein the filler is an artificial stone resin and/or an acryl resin;
the shielding film is a flexible shielding film with a double-layer film structure.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the sprayed gel coat is smoothed by a doctor blade, and a first masking film of the masking films of the two-layer film structure is removed, and waiting for the gel coat to be semi-cured.
4. The method of forming a pattern according to claim 3,
the flexible masking film of the prefabricated two-layer film structure includes:
cutting decorative patterns on a flexible shielding film of a double-layer film structure in advance, wherein the thickness of the flexible shielding film of the double-layer film structure is within 2 mm;
the back of the flexible shielding film of the double-layer film structure is coated with back glue.
5. A sanitary product having a surface with a pattern, characterized in that the pattern is made by the method according to any of claims 1-4.
