Referring to fig. 1-3, a stamping device for hardware mold processing for preventing dislocation of a workpiece comprises an electric push rod 1, a mounting plate 2, a driving support rod 3, a stamping plate 4, a stamping mold 5, a workpiece 6, a limiting plate 7, a limiting outer plate 8, a spring 9, a stamping base 10, an equipment base 11, a supporting column 12 and a limiting bolt 13, wherein the mounting plate 2 is fixed on the side surface of the electric push rod 1, the driving support rod 3 is connected with the upper end surface of the electric push rod 1, the stamping plate 4 is arranged on the left side of the mounting plate 2, the stamping mold 5 is attached to the side end surface of the stamping plate 4, the workpiece 6 is arranged on the left side of the stamping mold 5, the limiting plate 7 is attached to the upper surface of the workpiece 6, the stamping base 10 is attached to the left end surface of the limiting plate 7, the spring 9 is arranged on the left end surface of the limiting outer plate 8, the supporting column 12 is arranged in front of the limiting plate 7, and the limiting bolt 13 penetrates the inside the supporting column 12.
According to the invention, the telescopic end face of the mounting plate 2 is movably connected with the driving support rod 3, the driving support rod 3 and the stamping plate 4 are respectively provided with 2 groups, and two groups of workpieces 6 can be stamped through one group of electric push rods 1 at the same time, so that the stamping device has strong applicability.

The spring 9 forms an elastic structure through between the limiting plate 7 and the equipment base 11, and the left end face of the limiting outer plate 8 is in threaded connection with the equipment base 11, the movable connection between the limiting plate 7 and the limiting outer plate 8 can be realized through the expansion and contraction of the spring 9, the limiting plate 7 is kept stable in the vertical direction and transversely contracted, and the whole stamping process of the workpiece 6 is limited.
The side surfaces of the stamping base 10 and the equipment base 11 form a detachable structure through clamping, and the stamping base 10 is tightly attached to the left end face of the machined part 6, so that the machined part 6 with different installation and replacement can be conveniently installed through the detachable structure with threads, and the universality is strong.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, the proper punching base 10 of a machined piece 6 needing to be punched is arranged on the side wall of the equipment base 11 to be clamped, then the left end faces of two groups of limiting outer plates 8 are attached to the surface of the equipment base 11, then the machined piece 6 needing to be punched is arranged between the two groups of limiting plates 7, finally, the positions of the upper limiting plates 7 and the lower limiting plates 7 can be fixed through rotating limiting bolts 13, meanwhile, the limiting plates 8 and the equipment base 11 are fixed through the bolts, then, the corresponding punching die 5 and the corresponding punching plates 4 are in threaded connection, the device adopts a symmetrical structural design, the machined piece 6 on the right side and the limiting plates 7 are installed in the same installation step, different hardware processing can be carried out by installing the machined piece 6 with different structures according to requirements, the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 1 moves downwards, the two groups of driving support rods 3 rotate inwards, the two groups of the punching plates 4 move towards two sides, the punched workpiece 6 can be punched by utilizing the punching die 5, meanwhile, the limiting plates 7 are pressed against the limiting plates 7, and the workpiece 6 can be prevented from being limited to be contracted inwards by the moving structure between the limiting plates 7 and the limiting plates 8, and the workpiece 6 can be prevented from being misplaced.
