Abstract
An antibacterial chopping block is prepared from the mixture of nitrile-butadiene rubber, phenolic resin and plant fibres, inorganic filler and organic additive. The manufacturing method of the antibacterial chopping block comprises the steps of mixing and stirring, tabletting and mixing, heating, compression molding and forming and face polishing processing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a chopping block manufacturing method and a product, in particular to an antibacterial chopping block and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The chopping block made of plastic on the market has rough surface and poor wear resistance, scratches are easy to be left when the chopping block cuts food materials, and scraps falling from the chopping block can be attached to the knife and then contact with food cut faces when the knife cuts the vegetables, and finally the chopping block is eaten into a human body. In addition, bacteria are easy to breed in the scratches on the chopping board, and the bred bacteria pollute food and also cause harm to human health.
Therefore, the inventor actively searches for alternative materials and processing methods by means of accumulated experiences in decades of the industry, and finally finds out alternative materials and manufacturing methods after numerous tests and improvements for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an antibacterial chopping block and a manufacturing method thereof, which can effectively overcome the defects of the prior art, and the manufactured antibacterial chopping block is non-toxic and environment-friendly and is integrally formed without clamping scraps.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention discloses a manufacturing method of an antibacterial chopping board, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. mixing and stirring: mixing and stirring 90 weight percent of a main material, 5 weight percent of an inorganic filler and 5 weight percent of an organic additive to form an antibacterial mixed material, wherein the main material is a mixture of nitrile rubber, phenolic resin and plant fiber, the mixture of the nitrile rubber and the phenolic resin is 70 weight percent, the plant fiber is 20 weight percent, the inorganic filler is a mixture of aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate and silicate minerals, and the organic additive is a mixture of hexadecanoic acid, benzothiazole, 2-methylthiobenzothiazole, stearic acid and diisononyl adipate;
B. tabletting and mixing: stirring the antibacterial mixed material into a molten state again to form an antibacterial mixed material, and pressing the antibacterial mixed material into a long structure with the same thickness by using a machine;
C. heating and compression molding: cutting the long structure into a plurality of cut structures with preset lengths by using a machine, then placing each cut structure into a preheated mold, and pressurizing and curing at the temperature of 150-200 ℃ to form an integrally formed antibacterial chopping board;
D. and (3) polishing: the surface of the antibacterial chopping board is smooth after the antibacterial chopping board is polished by an automatic machine.
Wherein the plant fiber is wood powder, rice powder or sugarcane fiber.
Wherein the antibacterial chopping block made of the material bears the temperature of-50 to 180 ℃.
The antibacterial chopping board is characterized in that the front side and the back side of the antibacterial chopping board are of a planar plate structure.
Wherein, a groove is processed on the surface of the antibacterial chopping block.
Wherein, a scale groove is processed on the surface of the antibacterial chopping block, and a plurality of scale points are arranged in each scale groove at equal intervals.
Wherein, a hanging hole is arranged on one side of the antibacterial chopping block.
Wherein, the temperature born by the antibacterial chopping block is between-50 and 180 ℃.

No toxicity and no smell: the antibacterial chopping board is made of 100% of nontoxic synthetic resin and integrally formed by a die at high temperature and high pressure, does not use formaldehyde or heavy metal materials, does not release harmful substances, and enables a user not to worry about mixing the harmful substances in the process of cutting food materials and is not easy to attach dirt, color and smell.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a method for manufacturing an antibacterial chopping board, comprising the following steps:
A. mixing and stirring: mixing and stirring 90 weight percent of a main material 10, 5 weight percent of an inorganic filler 11 and 5 weight percent of an organic additive 12 to form an antibacterial mixed material 13, wherein the main material 10 is a mixture of nitrile rubber, phenolic resin and plant fiber, the mixture of the nitrile rubber and the phenolic resin is 70 weight percent, the plant fiber is 20 weight percent, the plant fiber is wood powder, rice powder or sugarcane fiber, the inorganic filler 11 is a mixture of aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate and silicate minerals, and the organic additive 12 is a mixture of hexadecanoic acid, benzothiazole, 2-methylthiobenzothiazole, stearic acid and diisononyl adipate.
B. Tabletting and mixing: the antibacterial mixture 13 is stirred into a molten state again to form an antibacterial mixed material 14, and the antibacterial mixed material 14 is pressed into an elongated structure 20 with the same thickness by using a machine.
C. Heating and compression molding: the long structure 20 is cut into a plurality of cut structures 21 with a predetermined length by a machine, and then each cut structure 21 is placed in a preheated mold, and is pressurized and cured at a temperature of 150 ℃ to 200 ℃ to form an integrally formed antibacterial anvil 30.
D. And (3) polishing: the surface of the antibacterial chopping board 30 is smoothed after the antibacterial chopping board 30 is polished by an automatic machine.
Referring to fig. 2A to fig. 2C in combination with fig. 1, the present invention further discloses an antibacterial chopping board, which is characterized in that: an antibacterial chopping block 30 is composed of a main material 10, an inorganic filler 11 and an organic additive 12; the main material 10 is nitrile rubber and phenolic resin which are combined by 70 weight percent and 20 weight percent of plant fiber, and the plant fiber uses wood powder, rice powder or sugarcane fiber; the inorganic filler 11 is 5 weight percent of aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate and silicate minerals; and the organic additive 12 is 5 weight percent of hexadecanoic acid, benzothiazole, 2-methylthiobenzothiazole, stearic acid and diisononyl adipate.
Referring next to fig. 2A-2C, the structural appearance of the antimicrobial chopping board 30 is disclosed.
As shown in fig. 2A, the front and back surfaces of the antibacterial chopping board 30 are both planar plate structures, the antibacterial chopping board 30 can bear a temperature of-50 to 180 ℃, is not cracked when in cold, is not deformed when in heat, has a flat surface, and is more convenient for chopping food materials.
Or as shown in fig. 2B, a groove 31 is formed on the surface of the antibacterial chopping board 30, the groove 31 can prevent water from splashing on the kitchen table, and a hanging hole 33 can be formed on the side of the antibacterial chopping board 30 for facilitating the holding or hanging of the antibacterial chopping board 30 for drying.
As shown in fig. 2C, a scale groove 32 is formed on the surface of the antibacterial chopping board 30, and a plurality of scale points 321 are equidistantly disposed in the scale groove 32, so that a user can cut the food material by aligning the scale points 321, and a hanging hole 33 is formed through the side of the antibacterial chopping board 30, thereby facilitating to hold the antibacterial chopping board 30 by hand or hang the antibacterial chopping board 30 for drying.
Claims (8)
1. The manufacturing method of the antibacterial chopping board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. mixing and stirring: mixing and stirring 90 weight percent of a main material, 5 weight percent of an inorganic filler and 5 weight percent of an organic additive to form an antibacterial mixed material, wherein the main material is a mixture of nitrile rubber, phenolic resin and plant fiber, the mixture of the nitrile rubber and the phenolic resin is 70 weight percent, the plant fiber is 20 weight percent, the inorganic filler is a mixture of aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate and silicate minerals, and the organic additive is a mixture of hexadecanoic acid, benzothiazole, 2-methylthiobenzothiazole, stearic acid and diisononyl adipate;
B. tabletting and mixing: stirring the antibacterial mixed material into a molten state again to form an antibacterial mixed material, and pressing the antibacterial mixed material into a long structure with the same thickness by using a machine;
C. heating and compression molding: cutting the long structure into a plurality of cut structures with preset lengths by using a machine, then placing each cut structure into a preheated mold, and pressurizing and curing at the temperature of 150-200 ℃ to form an integrally formed antibacterial chopping board;
D. and (3) polishing: the surface of the antibacterial chopping board is smooth after the antibacterial chopping board is polished by an automatic machine.
2. The method for manufacturing an antibacterial chopping board according to claim 1, wherein the plant fiber is wood powder, rice powder or sugarcane fiber.
3. An antibacterial chopping board according to claim 1, characterized in that the antibacterial chopping board made of said material withstands temperatures of-50 to 180 ℃.
4. An antibacterial chopping board manufactured by the manufacturing method of the antibacterial chopping board according to claim 1, characterized in that the antibacterial chopping board is a plate body structure with the front and back surfaces being flat.
5. The antibacterial chopping board according to claim 4, wherein a groove is formed on the surface of the antibacterial chopping board.
6. The antibacterial chopping board according to claim 4, wherein a calibration groove is formed on the surface of the antibacterial chopping board, and a plurality of calibration points are equidistantly arranged in each calibration groove.
7. The manufacturing method of the antibacterial chopping board according to claim 5 or 6, wherein a hanging hole is formed through one side of the antibacterial chopping board.
8. An antibacterial chopping board according to claim 4, characterized in that it withstands temperatures of-50 to 180 ℃.
