Background
With the continuous development of the shipbuilding industry in China, the demand of special chemical ships is gradually increased, the cargo hold of the special chemical ship for transporting liquid chemicals needs constant high temperature to keep the chemicals in a liquid state, and if the temperature of liquid sulfur of a sulfur transport ship is kept at about 140 ℃, the viscosity of the liquid sulfur is lowest, so that the ship transportation is most facilitated. In order to keep the chemicals in the cargo hold in a high temperature liquid state, liquid sulfur is heated by a heating oil pipe arranged in the cargo hold, but the above method cannot be kept working for a long time in view of the operation cost. The adoption of the insulation structure (used for retarding the cooling rate of the liquid high-temperature chemical) and the laying of the insulation structure outside the cargo hold ensure the constant temperature and the minimum cooling of the high-temperature liquid chemical, which is a big problem in the design and construction of special chemical ships.
