Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 6, the anti-clogging automatic water cut-off integrated water purifier of the present invention includes a base 10, a filter cartridge 20, and a filter cartridge assembly 30. The filter cartridge 20 is a cylindrical structure, the top of the filter cartridge is closed, the bottom of the filter cartridge is opened and installed on the base 10, and the filter core assembly 30 is installed inside the filter cartridge 20.
The base 10 is made of plastic material and has a flow control function, and includes a base body 100, a waterway cover plate 200 and a control valve 300. The housing body 100 is composed of a cavity portion 110 at an upper portion and a runner portion 120 at a lower portion.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10 in conjunction with fig. 8, the channel portion 120 further includes a raw water inlet channel 131, a pure water outlet channel 132, a waste water outlet channel 133, and a pure water outlet channel 134 extending in the transverse direction. In the present embodiment, the raw water inlet channel 131, the pure water outlet channel 132, and the waste water outlet channel 133 are parallel to each other, and the purified water outlet channel 134 and the waste water outlet channel 133 are aligned on the same straight line. The pure water outlet flow passage 132 is located at a middle position of the base, the raw water inlet flow passage 131 is located at one side of the pure water outlet flow passage 132, and the waste water outlet flow passage 133 and the pure water outlet flow passage 134 are located at the other side of the pure water outlet flow passage 132.
The raw water inlet channel 131 has one end communicating with the outside to form a raw water inlet 121 and the other end terminating inside the channel part 120. The pure water outlet channel 132 transversely penetrates the whole base, and both ends of the pure water outlet channel are communicated with the outside to form a pure water outlet 122. The waste water outlet channel 133 has one end communicating with the outside to form a waste water outlet 123 and the other end terminating inside the channel part 120. One end of the purified water outlet flow passage 134 communicates with the outside to form the purified water outlet 124, and the other end terminates inside the flow passage part 120, and the purified water outlet 124 is opposite to the waste water outlet 123 at a position on the housing 100.
The raw water inlet 121, the waste water outlet 123, and one pure water outlet 122 thereof are located on the same side of the housing 100 (i.e., the front side as viewed in fig. 2), the purified water outlet 124 and the other pure water outlet 122 are located on the other side of the housing 100 (i.e., the back side as viewed in fig. 3), and the purified water outlet 124 is opposite to the waste water outlet 123 (as viewed in fig. 8). The raw water inlet 121, the pure water outlet 122, the waste water outlet 123, and the pure water outlet 124 are connected to an external water pipe.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first check valve cavity 111 is disposed at the bottom of the cavity 110 at the center and above the pure water outlet channel 132, and the first check valve cavity 111 is communicated with the pure water outlet channel 132. The bottom of the chamber body 110 is located on both sides of the first check valve chamber 111 and above the pure water outlet flow passage 132, and is provided with a second check valve chamber 112 and a lower half chamber 301, respectively. The second check valve cavity 112 and the lower half cavity 301 are also respectively communicated with the pure water outlet flow passage 132. In addition, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a third check valve cavity 114 and a first plug cavity 115 are further respectively disposed at the bottom of the cavity portion 110 above the purified water outlet flow channel 134, wherein the third check valve cavity 114 is disposed above the end of the purified water outlet flow channel 134, and the third check valve cavity 114 and the first plug cavity 115 are both communicated with the purified water outlet flow channel 134. A second plug cavity 116 is further provided at the bottom of the cavity portion 110 above the end of the waste water outlet channel 133, and the second plug cavity 116 is communicated with the waste water outlet channel 133. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the bottom of the chamber 110 is provided with a raw water plugging chamber 117 above the end of the raw water inlet channel 131.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the waterway cover plate 200 is fixed in the cavity 110 by screws, and includes a plate body 210 and a water collection chamber 220 formed on the plate body 210. A pure water through cavity 221 and a waste water cavity 222 of the pure water through cavity 221 are arranged at the center of the bottom of the water collecting cavity 220. The lower end of the pure water through cavity 221 is provided with a pure water outlet center pipe 201 extending downwards. The pure water outlet central tube 201 is inserted into the first check valve cavity 111, and a sealing ring is arranged between the pure water outlet central tube and the first check valve cavity. A first check valve 401 is provided in the pure water outlet center pipe 201, and the first check valve 401 allows water to flow only from the pure water passage chamber 221 to the pure water outlet flow passage 132 and prevents water from flowing from the pure water outlet flow passage 132 to the pure water passage chamber 221.
The pure water outlet 122, the pure water outlet flow passage 132, the first check valve chamber 111 and the pure water outlet central tube 201 which are communicated in sequence form a pure water flow passage.
As shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, the bottom of the waterway cover plate 200 is provided with a pure water inlet pipe 202 and a pure water outlet pipe 203 which are respectively protruded downwards, and the inside of the waterway cover plate 200 is further provided with a pure water inner passage 204 which is communicated with the pure water inlet pipe 202 and the pure water outlet pipe 203. The pure water inlet pipe 202 is inserted into the second check valve cavity 112, and a sealing ring is sealed between the pure water inlet pipe and the second check valve cavity. A second check valve 402 is provided in the pure water inlet pipe 202, and the second check valve 402 prevents water from flowing from the pure water inner passage 204 to the pure water outlet passage 132, while allowing water to flow only from the pure water outlet passage 132 to the pure water inner passage 204 in the water path cover 200. The pure water outlet pipe 203 is inserted into the first inserting cavity 115, and a sealing ring is arranged between the pure water outlet pipe and the first inserting cavity 115 for sealing. The second check valve cavity 112, the pure water inlet pipe 202, the pure water internal passage 204, the pure water outlet pipe 203 and the first plug cavity 115 which are communicated in sequence form a pure water branch flow passage.
As shown in fig. 9, the bottom of the waste water chamber 222 has two waste water outlets, a first waste water outlet pipe 206 extends below the first waste water outlet 205, the first waste water outlet pipe 206 is inserted into the third check valve chamber 114, and a sealing ring is sealed between the two. A third check valve 403 is disposed in the first waste water outlet pipe 203, and the third check valve 403 makes water only flow from the waste water chamber 222 to the purified water outlet flow passage 134, but makes water not flow from the purified water outlet flow passage 134 to the waste water chamber 222. The first waste water outlet 205, the first waste water outlet pipe 206 and the third check valve chamber 114 which are communicated in sequence form a waste water bypass channel.
A second waste water outlet pipe 208 extends from the lower part of the second waste water outlet 207, and the second waste water outlet pipe 218 is inserted into the second plug cavity 116, and a sealing ring is sealed between the two. As shown in fig. 7, the bottom of the waterway cover plate 200 further has an upper half cavity 302 protruding downward, and the upper half cavity 302 and a lower half cavity 301 at the bottom of the cavity portion 110 are combined to form a control valve cavity in which the control valve 300 is disposed. The control valve 300 is placed in the control valve chamber with the active valve membrane 311 in the lower chamber half 301 and the passive valve membrane 312 in the upper chamber half 302. The control valve 300 is sealed with the inner walls of the lower cavity half 301 and the upper cavity half 302 through the annular ribs around the active valve membrane 311 and the passive valve membrane 312.
The top of the upper half cavity 302 is provided with a boss 501 protruding downwards, the center of the boss 501 is provided with a water inlet hole 502, and the water inlet hole 502 is communicated with the raw water inlet pipe 209 through a raw water inner passage 503 inside the waterway cover plate 200. As shown in fig. 5, the top of the upper half cavity 302 is provided with a water outlet hole 504 at the outside of the boss 501, and the water outlet hole 504 is communicated with the upper surface of the cover 210 of the water channel cover plate 200 at the outside of the water collecting cavity 220. The water inlet 502, the gap between the passive valve film 312 and the end surface of the boss 501, and the water outlet 504 are communicated in sequence to form a water control flow passage section. Between the active valve film 311 and the passive valve film 312, there is a piston 313, and the piston 313 is located directly below the boss 501. When the piston 313 moves upwards, the driven valve membrane 312 is pressed to move upwards to block the water inlet 502, the control flow passage section is blocked, and raw water is blocked from entering the upper half cavity 302 and flowing into the barrel through the water outlet 504, so that the purpose of water cut-off is achieved. On the contrary, when the piston 313 does not press the driven valve membrane 312, the water inlet 502 and the water outlet 504 are communicated with the upper half cavity 302 through the gap between the driven valve membrane and the end surface of the boss, the water control flow passage section is smooth, and raw water can enter the cylinder through the water control flow passage section through the water inlet 502.
The raw water inlet 121, the raw water inlet channel 131, the raw water inlet plugging cavity 117, the raw water inlet pipe 209, the raw water inner channel 503 and the water control channel section which are sequentially communicated form a raw water channel.
As further shown in fig. 6, the cartridge assembly 30 includes a primary filter assembly 31 and a reverse osmosis cartridge 32. The water-proof convex ring 905 of the primary filter device 31 is inserted into the water collecting cavity 220, and a sealing ring is arranged between the two.
The primary filter device 31 is composed of a primary filter element 901, an upper end plate 902, and a lower end plate 903. The primary filter element 902 is a cylindrical structure having a central cavity 904 in the middle. As shown in fig. 6 and 12, a gap is formed between the circumferential surface of the primary filter element 901 and the wall 21 of the filter cartridge 20 to form a filter element inlet 41.
The primary filter element 901 and the reverse osmosis filter element 32 are both of the prior art. The primary filter element 901 is composed of PP cotton and a carbon rod, wherein the PP cotton can filter out silt, oxidation substances and suspended solids in water, and the carbon rod can remove chlorine and peculiar smell in water. The reverse osmosis filter element 32 can further filter out bacteria, viruses and heavy metals in the water, and finally pure water is obtained.
As shown in fig. 9, a waste water control valve 900 (see fig. 5) is further added to adjust the waste water ratio. Specifically, the bottom of the flow channel portion 120 is located below the second plug cavity 116, and the adjusting valve cavity 910 is a stepped hole with a thin upper section and a thick lower end, and the upper section of the adjusting valve cavity 910 is communicated with the wastewater outlet flow channel 133. An adjusting valve core 911 is arranged in the adjusting valve cavity 910, an annular flange 912 is arranged on the lower section of the adjusting valve core 911, an annular cover plate 913 which surrounds the lower end head of the adjusting valve core 911 and covers the annular flange 912 is fixed at the lower opening part of the adjusting valve cavity 910 and is used for preventing the adjusting valve core 911 from falling off from the adjusting valve cavity 910, and a sealing ring is arranged between the adjusting valve cavity 910 and the adjusting valve core 911 for sealing. The lower end face of the regulating valve core 911 is provided with a wrench counter bore 916. By using a wrench which can be inserted into the wrench counter bore 916, the adjusting valve core 911 rotates in the adjusting valve cavity 910, so that the valve port 915 faces or deviates the wastewater outlet channel 133 to realize the adjustment of the unit discharge amount of wastewater, and further adjust the wastewater ratio: the valve port 915 faces the wastewater outlet channel 133, so that the unit discharge amount of wastewater is the largest, and the more the deviation, the smaller the unit discharge amount of wastewater is.

A lower relief valve cavity 51 is further disposed at the bottom of the cavity 110 beside the first check valve cavity 111, and an upper relief valve cavity 52 inserted into the lower relief valve cavity 51 is disposed on the lower surface of the plate 210 of the waterway cover plate 200. The lower relief valve cavity 51 is internally provided with a valve seat 53, the valve seat 53 is internally provided with a valve seat through hole 5301, and the valve seat through hole 5301 is communicated with the water gap 1001. The upper pressure relief valve cavity 52 is communicated with a waste water cavity 222 of the waterway cover plate 200.
The upper pressure relief valve cavity 52 is inserted into the lower pressure relief valve cavity 51 and is sleeved on the valve seat 53, and a valve sealing ring 54 is arranged between the valve seat end surface of the valve seat 53 and the upper pressure relief valve cavity 52. The upper pressure relief valve cavity 52 is internally provided with a valve plug 54, a first spring 55 and a pressure plate 56, the top of the upper pressure relief valve cavity 52 is provided with a first adjusting hole, and a first adjusting bolt 57 is arranged in the first adjusting hole.
The valve plug 54 comprises an upper thick section and a lower thin section, wherein the upper thick section is positioned in the upper pressure relief valve cavity 52, the lower thin section is inserted in the valve seat through hole 5301, the combination position of the upper thick section and the lower thin section is provided with a stepped sealing surface 5403, and the water flow is cut off and opened through the combination and separation of the sealing surface 5403 and the valve sealing ring 54. The pressure plate 56 is located above the first spring 55 in the upper pressure relief valve cavity 52, the lower end of the first spring 55 abuts against the upper thick section of the valve plug 54, the upper end of the first spring 55 abuts against the pressure plate 56, and the lower end of the pressure plate 56 is abutted against the lower end of the first adjusting bolt 57. The pretightening force of the first spring 55 can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the first adjusting bolt 57 extending into the upper pressure relief valve cavity 52, so that the pressure relief threshold of the pressure relief valve 50 is adjusted. Pressure plate 56 is disposed within upper pressure relief valve cavity 52 and pressure plate 56 is shaped and dimensioned so as not to interfere with the communication of upper pressure relief valve cavity 52 with waste water cavity 222.
In the present invention, the water gap 1001, the valve seat passage 5301, the upper relief valve chamber 52 and the waste water chamber 222 constitute the relief flow passage 42 of the present invention. Under the condition that primary filter element 901 has not been blocked by impurity, the raw water that gets into in straining a section 20 can follow filter core water inlet portion 41 and smoothly go on primary filter element 901, then reentrant reverse osmosis filter core 32 normal filtration system water, and water pressure can be less than the pressure release threshold value in the pressure release runner 42 at this moment, because valve plug 54 is under the effect of spring 55 pretension, pressure release runner 42 can be blocked up all the time to valve plug 54, cuts off the raw water and flows into waste water cavity 222 from pressure release runner 42. However, if the primary filter element 901 is blocked by impurities in the raw water, so that the primary filter element 901 loses the water filtering function, then as the raw water enters the filter cartridge 20, the water pressure of the pressure relief flow channel 42 communicated with the filter element water inlet portion 41 increases, when the pressure relief threshold of the pressure relief valve 50 is exceeded, the water pressure pushes the valve plug 54 upwards, so that the pressure relief flow channel 42 is conducted, the raw water directly flows into the waste water cavity 222 through the pressure relief channel 42, and then a part of the raw water flows into the reverse osmosis filter element 32 from the waste water end surface of the reverse osmosis filter element 32 located in the waste water cavity 222, and the other part of the raw water is directly discharged from the waste water flow channel, so that the water pressure in. The raw water flowing into the reverse osmosis filter element 32 is filtered by the reverse osmosis filter element 32, and then flows into the pure water flow passage from the pure water production pipe 907, and when the water storage tank is filled with water, the water pressure of the pure water flow passage rises until the control valve 300 is driven to cut off the raw water flow passage, so that the water inflow of the raw water stops. Therefore, the invention has the advantages that the continuous rising of the water pressure in the filter cylinder can be avoided and the automatic water cut-off can be realized under the condition that the primary filter element is blocked by impurities in the raw water.
The pressure relief valve 50 may be a commercially available pressure relief valve or another pressure relief valve having a function of closing below a pressure threshold and automatically opening above the pressure threshold.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to adjust the water cut-off sensitivity of the control valve 300, a control valve adjusting structure 60 (see fig. 5) is further added in the present invention, the control valve adjusting structure 60 is disposed in the base below the control valve 300, specifically, a second adjusting hole 61 is opened in the base 10 below the control valve 300, the second adjusting hole 61 is communicated from the lower surface of the flow passage portion 120 to the lower half cavity 301, a nut 62 is embedded in the lower section of the second adjusting hole 61, a second adjusting bolt 63 is disposed in the second adjusting hole 61, the second adjusting bolt 63 is divided into a smooth section at the upper part and a threaded section at the lower part, two sealing rings are disposed between the smooth section and the upper section of the second adjusting hole 61, the threaded section is engaged in the nut 62, the top end of the second adjusting bolt 63 extends into the lower half cavity 301, and a top plate 64 is supported on the top end thereof, the top plate 64 is located below the active valve membrane 311. The shape and size of the top plate 64, the second adjusting bolt 63, and the second adjusting hole 61 in the pure water flow passage should not cause clogging of the pure water flow passage in which pure water can flow through the lower half chamber 301.

As shown in fig. 9, a fourth check valve 70 is further disposed in the waste water flow path 133 above the waste water regulating valve, specifically in the second waste water outlet pipe 208, and the fourth check valve 70 is disposed to help prevent harmful substances such as waste water, exhaust gas, etc. from being returned to the polluted water purifier.
In order to discharge the air in the water purifier, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, an air release structure 80 (see fig. 5) is further provided on the base 10. The air release structure 80 includes an air vent 81 located on the seat body 100 and communicating the cavity portion 110 with the outside, a hole plug 82 disposed in the air vent 81, a gasket 83, and a second spring 84. The hole plug 82 is provided with a button column 8201 and a blocking head 8202 which is integrated with the button column 8201 and is thicker than the exhaust hole 81, and the joint of the blocking head 8202 and the button column 8201 surrounds the end face of the button column 8201 to form a blocking end face 8203. The plug 8202 is located in the cavity portion 110, the button post 8201 is located in the air vent 81, and the end of the button post is exposed out of the seat body 10. The sealing gasket 83 is made of elastic material, such as rubber, and is fixed on the blocking end surface 8203 around the button post 8201. The end face of the blocking head 8202 facing the inside of the cylinder is provided with a spring mounting cavity 8204, the lower surface of the waterway cover plate 200 is provided with a spring top post 85 extending to the blocking head 8202, the lower end of the second spring 84 is fixed in the spring mounting cavity 8204, and the upper end of the second spring is arranged on the spring top post 85. The vent hole 81 is blocked by pressing the blocking head 8202 by the elastic action of the second spring 84. If the air in the cylinder needs to be released, the button post 83 is pressed, and the vent hole 81 is opened. When the air vent is opened, the water purifier needs to be turned upside down, namely, when air is released, the base 10 is positioned above, so that water cannot leak out. Of course, the air release structure 80 can also be a manual air release valve directly installed at the bottom of the seat body 100, as long as the manual opening function is provided to achieve air release. When the water purifier is used for the first time, the water purifier needs to be firstly inverted, the base 10 is positioned above, the button column 83 is firstly pressed, so that the vent hole 81 is opened, then raw water is injected into the water purifier through the raw water flow channel until water in the vent hole 81 overflows, at this time, the air in the cylinder can be confirmed to be completely discharged, the button column 83 is not pressed, and the vent hole 81 is blocked again. Finally, the water purifier is turned over and is placed right (namely, the bottom 10 is positioned below), so that the water purifier can normally carry out water production.
The anti-blocking automatic water-cut-off integrated water purifier has the working mode as follows:
the raw water inlet 121 is connected to a tap water pipe, and as shown in fig. 16, the two pure water outlets 122 of the pure water outlet channel 132 are connected to the pure water pipe 21 of the water storage tank and the double water faucet 20, respectively, the waste water outlet 123 is connected to a waste water pipe, and the pure water outlet 124 is connected to the pure water pipe 22 of the double water faucet 20.
In the case where both the pure water valve 23 and the pure water valve 24 of the double outlet faucet 20 are closed. Firstly, raw water (i.e. tap water or other water which is not filtered) enters from a raw water inlet 121, flows into the filter cartridge through a raw water inlet flow channel 131, a raw water splicing chamber 117, a raw water inlet pipe 209, a raw water internal channel 503, a water inlet hole 502, an upper half chamber and a water outlet hole 504 in sequence, enters the primary filter element from the side surface through a gap between the cylinder wall 21 and the primary filter element 901, enters the central cavity after primary filtration, then enters the reverse osmosis filter element 32 from the upper end surface (i.e. the water inlet end surface) of the reverse osmosis filter element 32, after filtration, a part of the filtered pure water enters a pure water production pipe 907, enters the water storage barrel through a pure water through chamber 221, a first check valve chamber 111, a pure water outlet flow channel 132 and a pure water outlet 122, the waste water is discharged into a waste water chamber 222, and a part of the waste water flows into a pure water outlet flow channel 134 through a first waste water outlet 205, a, the other part of the wastewater is discharged to a sewer through the second wastewater outlet 207, the second wastewater outlet pipe 208, the second plugging cavity 116, the wastewater outlet runner 133 and the wastewater outlet 123. Because the pure water valve and the pure water valve of two taps are all closed, when the pure water in the water storage bucket has stored up, the water pressure in pure water outlet runner 132 can rise, make the initiative valve membrane 311 pressurized drive piston 313 upward movement of control valve 300, and then piston 313 oppresses driven valve membrane 313, make driven valve membrane 312 press and block up inlet opening 502 on the terminal surface of boss 501, with inlet opening 502 and apopore 504 isolated, prevent the inflow of raw water, play the automatic purpose of cutting off the water supply.
Of course, if the reverse osmosis filter element adopts a large-flow reverse osmosis filter element, such as a 1000 gallon large-flow reverse osmosis filter element, the water storage barrel can be omitted, and only the water outlet 122 connected with the water storage barrel needs to be blocked.
When a user selects to use pure water, the pure water valve 23 in the double-outlet faucet 20 is opened (at this time, the pure water valve 24 is closed), along with the outflow of the pure water, the water pressure in the pure water outlet flow channel 132 is reduced, the pressing force on the driving valve membrane 311 is reduced, the piston 313 moves downwards, the driven valve membrane 312 is released, the water inlet hole 502 is opened, the water inlet hole 502 is communicated with the water outlet hole 504 through the upper half cavity, the raw water can be smoothly filtered in the filter cartridge, and the pure water is continuously produced. When the pure water valves of the dual outlet faucets are closed again, the control valve 300 cuts off the raw water from entering and stops the pure water production as the water pressure in the pure water outlet passage 132 rises.
When a user selects to use purified water, the purified water valve 24 in the double-outlet water faucet 20 is opened (at this time, the purified water valve 23 is closed), because the purified water outlet flow passage 134 is communicated with the purified water outlet flow passage 132, the purified water valve 24 in the double-outlet water faucet 20 is opened, the pressure in the purified water outlet flow passage 132 is also reduced, the control valve also opens the water inlet hole 502 as described above to restore to pure water production, and at this time, a part of generated wastewater flows into the purified water outlet flow passage 134 through the first wastewater outlet 205, the first wastewater outlet pipe 206, the third check valve 403 and the third check valve cavity 114, and flows out of the double-outlet water faucet after being mixed with the purified water flowing into the purified water outlet flow passage 134, so that large-flow purified water is formed, and the requirement of non-diet of people. Of course, after the clean water valve 24 of the double faucet 20 is closed again, the control valve 300 cuts off the intake of raw water and stops the water production as the water pressure in the clean water outflow passage 132 increases as described above.
As can be seen from the above detailed description, the present invention has the following advantages:
1. the water pressure in the filter cartridge can be prevented from continuously rising under the condition that impurities in raw water block the primary filter element, and automatic water cut-off can be realized;
2. the water cut-off sensitivity of the control valve can be adjusted;
3. can prevent harmful substances such as waste water, waste gas and the like from returning to pollute the water purifier;
4. the air remaining in the water purifier can be released.
