Abstract
The invention relates to a simple water heating PTC system which comprises an air conditioner host assembly, an expansion kettle and an electric water heating heater, wherein the air conditioner host assembly, the expansion kettle and the electric water heating heater are communicated through a warm air water pipe, and the electric water heating heater comprises a water pump and a heating mechanism; the heating mechanism comprises a shell, a water flow channel arranged in the shell, a water inlet arranged at one end of the water flow channel, a water outlet arranged at the other end of the water flow channel and a plurality of PTC heaters arranged in the water flow channel; the PTC heater comprises a heat conduction isolation pipe and a helical blade connected to the outer wall of the heat conduction isolation pipe, and a PTC heating core is arranged in the heat conduction isolation pipe; the PTC heater is arranged in the water flow channel and close to the water inlet. This simple and easy hot-water heating PTC system has solved the not enough problem of air PTC heat transfer volume in the past, carries out the incremental type heating to rivers, has shortened the heat time of heater to rivers, and heating efficiency is higher.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of air conditioner heating systems, and particularly relates to a simple water heating PTC system.
Background
The PTC heater is also called as PTC heater, and is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and aluminum tube. The PTC heating element has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency, and is an automatic constant-temperature and electricity-saving electric heater. The safety device is characterized in that the surface of an electric heating tube heater does not turn red under any application condition on the safety performance, so that potential safety hazards such as scalding and fire hazards are caused.
The PTC heating body product adopts the U-shaped corrugated radiating fins, so that the heat dissipation rate is improved, the advantages of adhesion and mechanical type are integrated, various thermal and electrical phenomena of the PTC heating element during working are fully considered, the bonding force is strong, the heat conduction and the heat dissipation performance are excellent, the efficiency is high, and the PTC heating body product is safe and reliable. The PTC heater has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency, and is an automatic constant-temperature and electricity-saving electric heater. The PTC heater has the prominent characteristic of safety performance, namely, when the fan stops due to failure, the PTC heater can automatically and rapidly reduce the power because the PTC heater cannot fully dissipate heat, and the surface temperature of the heater is maintained at about the Curie temperature (generally about 250 ℃), so that the surface of the heater such as an electric heating tube heater cannot be red.
It is mainly used in air conditioner, hot air curtain machine, dehumidifier, drier, clothes dryer, warm air blower, bath heater, automobile and other equipment needing warm air supply.
The air PTC heater used in the vehicle-mounted air conditioner at present has the problems of uncomfortable wind feeling, insufficient heat exchange quantity and the like.

The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
a simple water heating PTC system comprises an air conditioner host assembly, an expansion kettle and an electric water heating heater, wherein the air conditioner host assembly, the expansion kettle and the electric water heating heater are communicated through a warm air water pipe, and the electric water heating heater comprises a water pump and a heating mechanism;
the heating mechanism comprises a shell, a water flow channel arranged in the shell, a water inlet arranged at one end of the water flow channel, a water outlet arranged at the other end of the water flow channel and a plurality of PTC heaters arranged in the water flow channel;
the PTC heater comprises a heat conduction isolation pipe and a helical blade connected to the outer wall of the heat conduction isolation pipe, and a PTC heating core is arranged in the heat conduction isolation pipe.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, the PTC heater is arranged at a position close to the water inlet in the water flow channel, and a temperature sensor is arranged at a position close to the water outlet in the water flow channel.
As a further optimized scheme of the invention, the output end of the expansion kettle is connected with the input end of the water pump through the warm air water pipe, and the output end of the water pump is connected with the water inlet of the heating mechanism.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, the input end of the expansion kettle is connected with the output end of the air-conditioning main unit assembly through a warm air water pipe, and the water outlet of the heating mechanism is connected with the input end of the air-conditioning main unit assembly through the warm air water pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the water heating PTC system is adopted to replace the conventional air PTC system, when heat exchange is carried out, water in the expansion kettle is conveyed into the heating mechanism through the water pump, enters the water flow channel in the shell from the water inlet, reaches the required temperature under the incremental continuous heating of the PTC heater, and is output into the air conditioner host assembly from the water outlet for heat exchange, the heat exchange efficiency is high, the water flow output is stable, and the problems of low heat exchange rate and unstable output heat of the air heat exchange system are solved;
2) the PTC heater comprises a heat conduction isolation pipe, a helical blade connected to the outer wall of the heat conduction isolation pipe and a PTC heating core arranged in the heat conduction isolation pipe, wherein a water flow channel is distributed in a bending and folding manner, the flow path of water flow is increased in a small space, when the water flow contacts the PTC heater, the temperature of the water flow is gradually increased in the circulation process under the action of the helical blade until the water flow reaches the required temperature at a water outlet, and the subsequent circulating water flow can be kept at the required temperature all the time, so that the PTC heater can stably output water at the specified temperature for heat exchange, and the heat exchange efficiency is high and stable;
3) the invention has simple structure, high stability, reasonable design and convenient realization.

As mentioned in the background art, the conventional air PTC heaters used in the vehicle air conditioners have the problems of uncomfortable wind feeling and insufficient heat exchange amount, and some of the conventional air conditioners use the water heating PTC heaters to replace the air PTC heaters, but most of the water heating PTC heaters heat water in a heating cavity of the heater for a certain time, and output the heated water to the outside until the water temperature meets the requirement, so that the air conditioners have a certain hollow time period during heating and can exchange heat after waiting for a certain time, and therefore, the invention provides a simple water heating PTC system with high heating rate and stable output efficiency.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a simple water heating PTC system comprises a main air conditioner assembly 1, an expansion kettle 2 and an electric water heating heater 3, wherein the main air conditioner assembly 1, the expansion kettle 2 and the electric water heating heater 3 are communicated with each other through a warm air water pipe;
the electric water heating heater 3 comprises a water pump and a heating mechanism 4; the heating mechanism 4 comprises a shell 401, a water flow channel 402 arranged in the shell 401, a water inlet 403 arranged at one end of the water flow channel 402, a water outlet 406 arranged at the other end of the water flow channel 402 and a plurality of PTC heaters 404 arranged in the water flow channel 402; the PTC heater 404 includes a heat conduction isolation tube 4040 and a helical blade 4041 connected to the outer wall of the heat conduction isolation tube 4040, and a PTC heating core is disposed in the heat conduction isolation tube 4040; the output end of the expansion kettle 2 is connected with the input end of the water pump through a warm air water pipe, and the output end of the water pump is connected with the water inlet 403 of the heating mechanism 4; the input end of the expansion kettle 2 is connected with the output end of the air-conditioning main unit assembly 1 through a warm air water pipe, and the water outlet 406 of the heating mechanism 4 is connected with the input end of the air-conditioning main unit assembly 1 through the warm air water pipe;
when the heat exchange is carried out, water in the expansion kettle 2 is conveyed into the heating mechanism 4 through the water pump, the water enters the water flow channel 402 in the shell 401 from the water inlet 403, and reaches a required temperature under the incremental continuous heating of the PTC heater 404, the PTC heater 404 in the invention consists of the heat conduction isolation pipe 4040, the spiral blade 4041 connected on the outer wall of the heat conduction isolation pipe 4040 and the PTC heating core arranged in the heat conduction isolation pipe 4040, the water flow channel 402 is distributed in a bending and folding way, the flow path of the water flow is increased in a small space, when the water flow contacts the PTC heater 404, the temperature of the water flow is gradually increased in the circulation process under the action of the spiral blade 4041 until the water flow reaches the required temperature when the water flow reaches the water outlet 406, and the subsequent circulating water flow can be kept at the required temperature, so that the PTC heater 404 can stably output water with a specified temperature for heat exchange, the heat exchange efficiency is high and stable, water reaching the specified temperature is output from the water outlet 406 to the air conditioner main unit assembly 1 for heat exchange, the heat exchange efficiency is high, the water flow output is stable, and the problems of low heat exchange rate and unstable output heat of an air heat exchange system are effectively solved;
it should be noted that the PTC heater 404 is disposed in the water flow channel 402 near the water inlet 403, the temperature sensor 405 is disposed in the water flow channel 402 near the water outlet 406, and the temperature sensor 405 and the PTC heating core are all in the prior art, and the power of the PTC heater 404 in the present invention is controlled by referring to the control manner in the conventional PTC heater 404, which is the prior art and will not be described herein again.
