the method comprises the following steps: mounting the defoaming device (2) in the groove (10);
step two: the coating device (6) is arranged at the right side of the scraper seat (9);
step three: the starting device is used for enabling liquid to enter the circulating tank (3) through the liquid storage tank (1) under the pumping of the liquid supply pump (5), then enter the liquid feeding tank (7), then enter the groove (10) in the scraper seat (9), when the liquid is full, the overflowed liquid enters the backflow tank (8) under the pumping of the peristaltic liquid pump (15), then enters the filter assembly (4), and finally enters the circulating tank (3) again, so that the circulation of the liquid is realized;
step four: a handle close to the wire feeding sliding table (14) is adjusted, and the distance between a coating mechanism in the scraper seat (9) and the ceramic groove anilox roller (11) is adjusted;
step five: the effect of the liquid scraped out of each position of the ceramic groove anilox roller (11) is observed, when the use requirement is met, the edge lifting wheel device (13) is lifted, the speed of the ceramic groove anilox roller (11) is increased, the speed of the ceramic groove anilox roller is enabled to be the same as the production speed, after the speed is adjusted, the whole machine film lifting roller is lowered, the film (12) is in contact with the ceramic groove anilox roller (11), the chemical liquid can be transferred to the film surface of the film (12), and the reverse coating method is realized.
