As shown in fig. 1, the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 3 includes a conveying speed-regulating motor 31, a double-sided adhesive tape unwinding wheel 32 and a double-sided adhesive tape running wheel 33, which are mounted on the adhesive tape mounting base 2, a first end of the double-sided adhesive tape unwinding wheel 32 is connected to an output shaft of the conveying speed-regulating motor 31 through a transmission belt, a double-sided adhesive tape is sleeved on a second end of the double-sided adhesive tape unwinding wheel 32, and the rotation speed of the double-sided adhesive tape unwinding wheel 32 is adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the output shaft of the conveying speed-regulating motor 31, so as to adjust the speed at which the double-sided adhesive tape unwinding wheel 32 releases the double-sided adhesive tape; the double-sided adhesive tape running wheels 33 are arranged on the adhesive tape mounting base 2 along the conveying path of the double-sided adhesive tape and connected with the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel 32 through the double-sided adhesive tape, so that the double-sided adhesive tape is conveyed to the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 5 to be stripped; the molded paper collecting mechanism 4 comprises a collecting speed regulating motor 41, a molded paper collecting wheel 42 and a molded paper feeding wheel 43 which are arranged on the rubberizing mounting seat 2, wherein the first end of the molded paper feeding wheel 43 is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the collecting speed regulating motor 41 through a transmission belt, a molded paper collecting cylinder is sleeved on the second end of the molded paper collecting wheel 42, and the rotating speed of the molded paper collecting cylinder 42 is adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the output shaft of the collecting speed regulating motor 41, so that the speed of the molded paper collected by the molded paper collecting cylinder is adjusted; the plurality of form paper feeding wheels 43 are arranged on the adhesive mounting base 2 along the conveying path of the form paper and are in transmission connection with the form paper collecting wheel 42 through the form paper, so that the form paper stripped by the double-sided adhesive stripping mechanism 5 is collected on the form paper collecting cylinder.
As shown in fig. 1, the tape mounting base 2 is provided with a first tensioning and balancing device 34 for tensioning the double-sided tape downward by gravity and a second tensioning and balancing device 44 for tensioning the profile paper downward by gravity, the first tensioning and balancing device 34 comprises a first slide bar vertically mounted on the tape mounting base 2, a balancing weight slidably connected with the first slide bar and first tensioning wheels respectively mounted on two sides of the first balancing weight, the first tensioning wheel is hung on the double-sided tape, the second tensioning device 44 comprises a second slide bar vertically mounted on the tape mounting base 2, a balancing weight slidably connected with the second slide bar and second tensioning wheels respectively mounted on two sides of the second balancing weight, the second tensioning wheels are hung on the profile paper, the first balancing weight slides downward on the first slide bar by its own gravity to make the two first tensioning wheels tension the double-sided tape downward, the second balancing weight slides downwards on the second sliding rod by utilizing the gravity of the second balancing weight, so that the two second tensioning wheels tension the paper downwards, and the double-faced adhesive tapes and the paper are conveyed forwards along with the rotation of the corresponding double-faced adhesive tape running wheel 33 and the corresponding paper collecting wheel 42 respectively. The adhesive tape mounting base 2 is also provided with a photoelectric sensor for detecting the tightness degree of the double-sided adhesive tape, and the rotation speed of the conveying speed regulating motor 31 and the rotation speed of the collecting speed regulating motor 41 are controlled according to the detection signal of the photoelectric sensor.
As shown in fig. 1, the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 3, the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 5 and the molded paper collecting mechanism 4 are connected through transmission of double-sided adhesive tape and molded paper with the adhesive tape stripped off and form a conveying route of the double-sided adhesive tape, the adhesive tape and the molded paper, a first needle type cylinder 35 and a second needle type cylinder 45 are arranged on the adhesive tape mounting seat 2, the first needle type cylinder 35 is located at the conveying tail end of the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 3, the second needle type cylinder 45 is located at the conveying starting end of the molded paper collecting mechanism 4, the double-sided adhesive tape is clamped or loosened through the first needle type cylinder 35, the molded paper is clamped through the second needle type cylinder 45, and linkage operation of the conveying route is controlled. After the gluing of one paper tube is finished, before the rewinding machine moves the other paper tube to the position below the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 5, the conveying speed regulating motor 31 and the collecting speed regulating motor 41 are controlled to stop rotating, and meanwhile, the first needle type air cylinder 35 is controlled to clamp the double-sided adhesive tape and the second needle type air cylinder 45 is controlled to clamp the paper, so that the operation of a conveying route is stopped. After the paper tube moves to the lower part of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 5, the starting end of the adhesive tape of the double-sided adhesive tape is attached to the paper tube through the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 5, the first needle type cylinder 35 is controlled to loosen the double-sided adhesive tape and the second needle type cylinder 45 is controlled to loosen the paper, and then the conveying speed regulating motor 31 and the collecting speed regulating motor 41 are restarted to start rotating for adhesive tape attachment.
As shown in fig. 1, the adhesive mounting base 2 includes an adhesive fixing plate 21 for being mounted on the frame 1 and an adhesive mounting plate 22 slidably connected to the adhesive fixing plate 21, the double-sided adhesive conveying mechanism 3, the double-sided adhesive cutting mechanism and the form paper collecting mechanism 4 are mounted on the adhesive mounting plate 22, the double-sided adhesive peeling mechanism 5 includes a lifting cylinder with a fixed end mounted on the adhesive fixing plate 21 and a double-sided adhesive peeling plate 51 mounted on the adhesive mounting plate 22, the double-sided adhesive conveyed by the double-sided adhesive conveying mechanism 3 is connected to the form paper collecting mechanism 4 in a transmission manner after bypassing below the double-sided adhesive peeling plate 51, the movable end of the lifting cylinder drives the adhesive mounting plate 22 to descend, so that the double-sided adhesive stripping plate 51 presses the double-sided adhesive onto the paper tube, the adhesive of the double-sided adhesive is adhered onto the paper tube, meanwhile, the molded paper is collected by the molded paper collecting mechanism 4, so that the adhesive tape of the double-sided adhesive tape is peeled off from the molded paper. The rubberizing fixing plate 21 is provided with a lifting rubberizing slide rail 61. In this embodiment, be equipped with spacing cardboard on the rubberizing mounting panel 22, be equipped with on the rubberizing fixed plate 21 that the lift cylinder is soft spacing and the lift cylinder is hard spacing, the soft spacing below that all is located spacing cardboard of lift cylinder and the hard spacing of lift cylinder, and the height that highly is higher than the hard spacing top of lift cylinder on the soft spacing top of lift cylinder. The soft spacing of lift cylinder is equipped with the elastic buffer unit along the direction of height, consequently drives rubberizing mounting panel 22 downstream when the lift cylinder, makes spacing cardboard push down to the soft spacing of lift cylinder on to play the effect of buffering, drives rubberizing mounting panel 22 when the lift cylinder and continues the downstream, makes spacing cardboard push down to the hard spacing of lift cylinder on and can't continue to push down, thereby has restricted the lift stroke of lift cylinder.
As shown in fig. 2, the double-sided tape stripping mechanism 5 further includes a double-sided tape pulling cylinder 52 having a fixed end mounted on the tape mounting plate 22 and a mounting block 53 mounted on a movable end of the double-sided tape pulling cylinder 52, wherein the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 is mounted on the mounting block 53, and the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 is driven to descend by the double-sided tape pulling cylinder 52 to tension the double-sided tape wound on the double-sided tape stripping plate 51, thereby ensuring that the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 presses the double-sided tape onto the paper tube. The included angle between the lower end face and the upper end face of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 51 is 20-25 degrees, the included angle between the upper end face and the horizontal direction is 30-35 degrees, and the mounting block 53 is provided with a limiting wheel 54 for limiting the conveying direction of the double-sided adhesive tape and a limiting pressing plate 55 for limiting and pressing the double-sided adhesive tape on the upper end face of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate, so as to ensure that the double-sided adhesive tape conveyed by the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 3 is wound from the lower part of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 51 according to the arrangement angle of the lower end face of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 51 and then is in transmission connection with the conveying-to-type paper collecting mechanism 4 according to the arrangement angle of the upper end face of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 51. The double-faced adhesive tape is adhered to and fixed on the paper tube by limiting the angle of the double-faced adhesive tape cloth on the double-faced adhesive tape stripping plate 51, and the molded paper is collected by the molded paper collecting mechanism 4, so that the adhesive tape is successfully separated from the molded paper, and the adhesive tape on the paper tube is prevented from being taken away by the molded paper when the molded paper collecting mechanism 4 collects the molded paper. The double-sided tape stripping plate 51 is hinged to the mounting block 53 by a return spring.
As shown in fig. 1, the double-sided tape gluing mechanism 6 includes a gluing slide rail 61 disposed on the rack 1 along a designated path and slidably connected to the gluing mount 2, and a driving device mounted on the rack 1 for driving the gluing mount 2 to slide on the gluing slide rail 61; the driving device comprises a screw rod which is arranged on the frame 1 and is in threaded matching connection with the rubberizing mounting seat 2, and a rubberizing driving motor 62 which is arranged on the frame 1 and is in belt transmission connection with a rubberizing screw rod 63; the main body of the adhesive tape sticking machine further comprises a double-sided adhesive tape rolling mechanism for pressing the adhesive tape paved on the paper tube, the double-sided adhesive tape rolling mechanism comprises a double-sided adhesive tape rolling cylinder 64 with a fixed end installed on the adhesive tape installation seat 2 and a double-sided adhesive tape rolling wheel 65 installed on the movable end of the double-sided adhesive tape rolling cylinder 64, the adhesive tape driving motor 62 drives the adhesive tape lead screw 63 to rotate and enables the adhesive tape installation seat 2 to slide on the adhesive tape sliding rail 61 through thread transmission, so that the adhesive tape peeled off by the double-sided adhesive tape peeling mechanism 5 is paved on the paper tube along a specified path, the double-sided adhesive tape rolling wheel 65 is lowered to the adhesive tape position on the paper tube through the movable end of the double-sided adhesive tape rolling cylinder 64 to roll, and the adhesive tape is pressed and adhered on the paper tube. In this embodiment, the drag chain is laid on the rubberizing slide rail 61, and one end of the drag chain is fixed on the rubberizing slide rail 61, and the other end of the drag chain is fixed on the rubberizing mount pad 2, thereby controlling the sliding stroke of the rubberizing mount pad 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the double-sided tape cutting mechanism includes a double-sided tape cutting cylinder 7 installed on the tape mounting seat 2 and a cutting knife installed on the movable end of the double-sided tape cutting cylinder 7, the cutting edge of the cutting knife is located above the double-sided tape peeling position of the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 5, and the movable end of the double-sided tape cutting cylinder 7 drives the cutting knife to descend to the double-sided tape peeling position of the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 5 and cut the tape. In this embodiment, the double-sided tape is conveyed along the lower end face of the double-sided tape stripping plate 51, so that the tape of the double-sided tape is adhered to the paper tube, the molding paper is conveyed along the upper end face of the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 by bypassing the double-sided tape stripping plate 51, the blade of the cutting knife is located above the top end of the double-sided tape stripping plate 51, and the cutting knife is driven by the double-sided tape cutting cylinder 7 to descend to the tape at the top end of the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 for cutting. In the present embodiment, the double-sided tape rolling wheel 65, the double-sided tape cutting knife, and the double-sided tape peeling plate 51 are arranged along the tape applying direction of the paper tube.
In this embodiment, first, the paper tube is placed under the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 by the full-automatic rewinding machine 100, the tape drive motor 62 drives the tape mounting base 2 to slide on the tape slide rail 61 until the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 is located right above the starting point of the tape path of the paper tube, then the lift cylinder drives the tape mounting plate 22 to descend, so that the top end of the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 is pressed down to the starting point of the tape path of the paper tube, so that the starting end of the tape at the top end of the double-sided tape stripping plate 51 is attached to the starting point of the tape path of the paper tube, the first needle cylinder 35 and the second needle cylinder 45 are controlled to release the double-sided tape and the paper respectively, and meanwhile, the delivery speed regulation motor 31, the collection speed regulation motor 41 and the tape drive motor 62 are started to rotate, and the movable end of the double-sided tape rolling cylinder 64 is controlled to drive the rolling wheel to descend to the tape position on the paper tube for rolling, thereby make the double faced adhesive tape constantly carry to double faced adhesive tape stripping plate 51 department, the rubberizing is then according to appointed route paste tightly on the fiber container, and the movable end of control double faced adhesive tape cutting cylinder 7 drives the cutting edge of cutting knife and descends to double faced adhesive tape stripping plate 51's top department at last to cut off the rubberizing, the rubberizing is accomplished.
As shown in fig. 3, the fully automatic rewinding machine 100 of the present embodiment is configured to re-divide and roll an original film roll on a paper roll to be rolled into a plurality of new film rolls, and the fully automatic rewinding machine 100 includes a frame 1, a double-sided tape dispenser 101 mounted on the frame 1 for dispensing and removing double-sided tape from the paper roll, a film rewinding module 102 configured to adhere a start end of the film to the paper roll and roll the film on the paper roll, a film cutting module 103 configured to cut the film having a specified length, a label peeling module 104 configured to peel a label from the label paper, a labeling module 105 configured to adhere the peeled label to an end of the new film roll, a transfer device configured to transfer the paper roll and the new film roll, and a control circuit configured to control an operating state of the fully automatic rewinding machine 100. The full-automatic rewinding machine 100 of the invention controls the operation state of the transfer device, the double-sided adhesive tape sticking machine 101, the film rewinding module 102, the film cutting module 103, the label peeling module 104 and the labeling module 105 through the control circuit, firstly transfers a paper tube which is not stuck with adhesive to the double-sided adhesive tape sticking machine 101 through the control transfer device, thereby sticking the adhesive of the double-sided adhesive tape on the paper tube and removing formed paper through controlling the double-sided adhesive tape sticking machine 101, then transfers the paper tube stuck with adhesive to the film rewinding module 102 through the control transfer device for rewinding, thereby sticking the starting end of the original film roll on the paper tube and rolling on the paper tube through controlling the film rewinding module 102, then cutting off the film which has been rewound by the appointed length through controlling the film cutting module 103, peeling off the label from the label paper through controlling the label peeling module 104, thereby sticking the peeled label to the tail end of a new film roll through controlling the labeling module 105, and finally, outputting the new film roll by controlling the transfer device, so that all the procedures of rewinding the film are automatically completed without the assistance of operators, and the operation is simple, thereby improving the rewinding efficiency of the film.
As shown in fig. 3, the film rewinding module 102 includes a rewinding mounting seat mounted on the frame 1, a raw film roll releasing mechanism mounted on the rewinding mounting seat and used for driving a raw film roll to rotate so as to release a film, a first rewinding shaft used for driving a paper roll to rotate so as to rewind the film, a second rewinding shaft used for driving the paper roll to rotate so as to rewind the film, a first rewinding driving mechanism mounted on the rewinding mounting seat and used for driving the first rewinding shaft to rotate so as to wind the film on the paper roll, a second rewinding driving mechanism mounted on the rewinding mounting seat and used for driving the second rewinding shaft to rotate so as to wind the film on the paper roll, a rotating plate used for mounting the first rewinding shaft and the second rewinding shaft, and a rotating plate driving mechanism mounted on the rewinding mounting seat and used for driving the rotating plate to rotate; the first rewinding shaft and the second rewinding shaft are rotatably connected to the rotating plate, the rotating plate is driven to rotate through the rotating plate driving mechanism to change the positions of the first rewinding shaft and the second rewinding shaft, the paper tube on the first rewinding shaft is close to the original film roll releasing mechanism to rewind the films, the new film roll rewound on the second rewinding shaft is close to the labeling module 105 to label and seal the edges, or the paper tube on the second rewinding shaft is close to the original film roll releasing mechanism to rewind the films, and the new film roll rewound on the first rewinding shaft is close to the labeling module 105 to label and seal the edges. In this embodiment, the first rewinding shaft and the second rewinding shaft are both provided with the inflatable shafts, and the paper tube is fixed by controlling inflation of the inflatable shafts, so that the paper tube is driven to synchronously rotate to rewind the film. In this embodiment, the film releasing mechanism and the labeling module 105 are respectively located at two sides of the rewinding mounting seat, the first rewinding shaft and the second rewinding shaft are oppositely arranged on the rotating plate, and the positions of the first rewinding shaft and the second rewinding shaft are alternated by rotating the rotating plate by 180 degrees.
As shown in fig. 3, the transferring device comprises a paper tube conveying mechanism 108 for conveying paper tubes, a film roll conveying mechanism 109 for conveying a new film roll, an upper grabbing module 106 for grabbing the paper tubes and the new film roll from the upper side, and a lower grabbing module 107 for grabbing the paper tubes and the new film roll from the lower side, which are mounted on the frame 1, the paper tubes which are not glued are conveyed to the double-sided glue gluing mechanism 6 by the paper tube conveying mechanism 108 for gluing and the glued paper tubes are conveyed to the lower side of the upper grabbing module 106, the glued paper tubes are grabbed by the upper grabbing module 106 and sleeved at the front end of the rewinding shaft, the glued paper tubes are adjusted to correspond to the film release position of the original film roll releasing mechanism by the lower grabbing module 107, and the new film roll grabbed by the labels is transferred to the start end of the film roll conveying mechanism 109 by the lower grabbing module 107 and the upper grabbing module 106, a new roll of film with labels applied is output by the film roll feed mechanism 109.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper grabbing module 106 includes a transverse moving cylinder disposed on the frame along the length direction of the frame 1, a transverse slide rail disposed on the frame 1 along the length direction of the frame, a transverse slide frame slidably connected to the transverse slide rail, a motor slide rail disposed on the transverse slide frame along the width direction of the frame 1, a longitudinal slide seat slidably connected to the motor slide rail, a vertical driving motor disposed on the slide seat along the vertical direction, a vertical lead screw connected to an output shaft of the vertical driving motor, a vertical slide rail disposed on the slide seat along the vertical direction, a vertical slide seat slidably connected to the vertical slide rail and in threaded matching connection with the vertical lead screw, a first claw driving motor mounted on the vertical slide seat, and a first U-shaped claw connected to the first claw driving motor for grabbing the paper tube and the new film roll; the lower grabbing module 107 comprises a longitudinal rodless cylinder arranged on the rack 1 along the width direction of the rack 1, a longitudinal sliding frame arranged on the movable end of the longitudinal rodless cylinder, a vertical rodless cylinder arranged on the longitudinal sliding frame along the vertical direction, a second claw driving motor arranged on the movable end of the vertical rodless cylinder, and a second U-shaped claw connected with the first claw driving motor and used for grabbing a paper tube and a new film roll.
As shown in fig. 3, the film cutting mechanism includes a cutting mounting seat installed on the frame 1, a lifting slide rail cylinder installed on the cutting mounting seat along a height direction, a horizontal rodless cylinder installed on a movable end of the lifting slide rail cylinder along a width direction of the film, a film cutting knife installed on the movable end of the horizontal rodless cylinder, and a film rolling wheel installed on the movable end of the horizontal rodless cylinder, wherein the film rolling wheel is located in front of the film cutting knife, the horizontal rodless cylinder is driven to descend by the movable end of the lifting slide rail cylinder, so that the film rolling wheel and the film cutting knife are pressed on the film, and then the film rolling wheel and the film cutting knife are driven to move along the width direction of the film by the movable end of the horizontal rodless cylinder, thereby the film is pressed by the film rolling wheel, and then the film is cut off by the film cutting knife.
As shown in fig. 3, the label peeling module 104 includes a label mounting base mounted on the frame 1, a label storage shaft mounted on the label mounting base for covering a label paper ring, a label peeling plate mounted on the label mounting base, a label paper collecting shaft mounted on the label mounting base, a label driving shaft mounted on the label mounting base, and a label driving motor for driving the label driving shaft to rotate, wherein the upper surface of the label peeling plate is connected with the lower surface through an inclined surface, the label storage shaft, the label driving shaft, and the label paper collecting shaft are in transmission connection through label paper, and label paper is conveyed from the upper surface of the label peeling plate to the label paper collecting shaft by bypassing the inclined surface of the label peeling plate, and the label driving shaft is driven to rotate by the label driving motor and drives the label storage shaft and the label collecting shaft to rotate synchronously, so that when a label sticker is moved to the connection between the upper surface of the label peeling plate and the inclined surface, the label on the label sticker stays on the upper surface of the label peeling plate, and the label paper winds onto the inclined surface of the label peeling plate, so that the label is peeled from the label paper. In this embodiment, the angle between the upper surface of the label peeling plate and the inclined surface is 45 degrees.
As shown in fig. 3, the label peeling module 104 further includes a label leveling cylinder installed on the mounting seat and a label rolling wheel installed on the movable end of the label leveling cylinder, the label rolling wheel is located above the label peeling plate, and the movable end of the label leveling cylinder drives the label rolling wheel to descend, so as to flatten the label sticker on the upper surface of the label peeling plate.
As shown in fig. 3, the labeling module 105 includes a suction cup for absorbing the label peeled by the label peeling mechanism and transferring the label to the end of the new film roll, a suction cup control mechanism for controlling the suction cup to tightly and loosely suck, a suction cup translation mechanism mounted on the frame 1 for driving the suction cup to move in the horizontal direction, and a suction cup lifting mechanism mounted on the frame 1 for driving the suction cup to move in the height direction; the sucking disc is installed on sucking disc control mechanism's movable end, and sucking disc control mechanism's stiff end is installed on sucking disc elevating system's movable end, and sucking disc elevating system's stiff end is installed on sucking disc translation mechanism's movable end, and sucking disc translation mechanism's stiff end is installed in frame 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the fully automatic rewinding machine 100 further includes a bottom plate installed at the bottom of the rack 1, a weight plate installed on the rack 1 and located above the bottom plate, a circuit control cabinet installed on the bottom plate for installing a control circuit, and a rewinding machine housing for enclosing the rack 1. The frame 1 is also provided with a paper silo for storing the paper tube which is not pasted with glue. The inner bottom surface of the paper silo is downwards inclined, and a vibrator is arranged below the paper silo. The discharge port of the paper silo is connected with the starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 108 through a rolling frame which inclines downwards. A stepping motor with a baffle is arranged at the discharge port of the paper silo. The starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 108 is provided with a first photoelectric sensor for detecting whether the paper tube rolls to the starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 108. The stepping motor is controlled by a detection signal of the first photosensor to control opening and closing of the shutter and control conveyance and stop of the paper tube conveying mechanism 108. The baffle is opened by controlling the stepping motor, the vibrator is started to vibrate the paper silo, the stepping motor is controlled to close the baffle after one paper tube in the paper silo rolls out from the discharge port, so that the paper tubes roll to the starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 108 through the rolling frame one by one, and then the paper tubes are conveyed to the lower part of the double-sided adhesive tape gluing machine 101 one by one through the paper tube conveying mechanism 108 to be glued. A paper tube clamping cylinder for clamping and fixing the paper tube on the paper tube conveying mechanism 108 and a second photoelectric sensor for detecting whether the paper tube reaches the position of the paper tube clamping cylinder are arranged below the double-sided adhesive tape gluing machine 101. In this embodiment, the inclination angles of the inner ground of the paper silo and the rolling frame are both 15 degrees. In the embodiment, the control circuit adopts a general division layout method, and comprises a GUC-X00-TPX series controller, a driver, an expansion module, a terminal board and a power supply. The operation of the fully automatic rewinding machine 100 is controlled by the servo driver and the stepping motor driver.

And a third photoelectric sensor for detecting whether a connection part of the upper surface of the label peeling plate and the inclined surface is provided with a peeled label or not is arranged below the inclined surface, and the rotation of the label driving motor is controlled according to a detection signal of the third photoelectric sensor. The sucking disc is moved to the stripped label position by controlling the sucking disc translation mechanism and the sucking disc lifting mechanism of the labeling module 105, the sucking disc control mechanism is controlled to enable the sucking disc to tightly suck the label, the label on the sucking disc is moved to the tail end of the new film roll on the first rewinding shaft to be fixedly attached by controlling the sucking disc translation mechanism and the sucking disc lifting mechanism of the labeling module 105, and the sucking disc control mechanism is controlled to enable the sucking disc to loosen the label. the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism (3) comprises a conveying speed regulating motor (31), a double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel (32) and a double-sided adhesive tape running wheel (33), wherein the conveying speed regulating motor (31), the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel (32) and the double-sided adhesive tape running wheel (33) are arranged on the adhesive tape mounting base (2), the first end of the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel (32) is connected with an output shaft of the conveying speed regulating motor (31) through a transmission belt, a double-sided adhesive tape film is sleeved on the second end of the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel (32), the rotating speed of the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel (32) is adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the output shaft of the conveying speed regulating motor (31), and then the speed of releasing the double-sided adhesive tape by the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel (32) is adjusted;
a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape running wheels (33) are arranged on the adhesive tape mounting base (2) along the conveying path of the double-sided adhesive tape and are connected with the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheels (32) through the double-sided adhesive tape, so that the double-sided adhesive tape is conveyed to the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism (5) to be stripped;
the molded paper collecting mechanism (4) comprises a collecting speed regulating motor (41), a molded paper collecting wheel (42) and a molded paper feeding wheel (43), the collecting speed regulating motor (41), the molded paper collecting wheel (42) and the molded paper feeding wheel (43) are arranged on the rubberizing mounting seat (2), the first end of the molded paper feeding wheel (43) is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the collecting speed regulating motor (41) through a transmission belt, the molded paper collecting cylinder is sleeved on the second end of the molded paper collecting wheel (42), the rotating speed of the molded paper collecting wheel (42) is adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the output shaft of the collecting speed regulating motor (41), and the speed of the molded paper collected by the molded paper collecting cylinder is further adjusted;
and a plurality of molded paper feeding wheels (43) are arranged on the adhesive mounting base (2) along the conveying path of the molded paper and are in transmission connection with the molded paper collecting wheel (42) through the molded paper, so that the molded paper stripped of the adhesive by the double-sided adhesive stripping mechanism (5) is collected on the molded paper collecting cylinder.

the second tensioning counterweight device comprises a second sliding rod arranged on the rubberizing installation seat (2) along the vertical direction, a counterweight block connected with the second sliding rod in a sliding way, and second tensioning wheels respectively arranged on two sides of the second counterweight block, the second tensioning wheels are hung on the profile paper,
the first balancing weight slides downwards on the first sliding rod by utilizing the gravity of the first balancing weight, so that the two first tensioning wheels tension the double-faced adhesive tape downwards, and the second balancing weight slides downwards on the second sliding rod by utilizing the gravity of the second balancing weight, so that the two second tensioning wheels tension the paper downwards, and the double-faced adhesive tape and the paper are conveyed forwards along with the rotation of the corresponding double-faced adhesive tape running rubber wheel (33) and the corresponding paper collecting wheel (42) respectively.
4. The full-automatic adhesive tape sticking machine according to claim 2,
the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism (3), the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism (5) and the molded paper collecting mechanism (4) are in transmission connection through double-sided adhesive tapes and molded paper with adhesive tapes stripped off to form a conveying route of the double-sided adhesive tapes, the adhesive tapes and the molded paper,
