Abstract
The invention discloses application of plant micromolecules in the aspects of improving skin elasticity and preparing beauty skin care products. Dermal fibroblasts are the most prominent cells in the dermis layer and constitute the main body of the dermis together with self-secreted collagen, elastin and other extracellular matrix components. Numerous studies have demonstrated that fibroblasts, due to their characteristic biological changes, play an important role in the process of skin aging. If the proliferation activity of dermal fibroblasts is reduced, the skin is slowly renewed, the repair capability is poor, and the skin is gradually aged; if the elastin content in dermal fibroblasts is reduced, a reduction in skin elasticity results. The research of the invention finds that the 16-carbonyl-24-acetyl alisol A can promote the proliferation of dermal fibroblasts, promote the renewal of skin and improve the skin repair capacity; increasing elastin content and improving skin elasticity.

Numerous studies have demonstrated that fibroblasts, due to their characteristic biological changes, play an important role in the process of skin aging.
The concrete expression is as follows: the proliferation activity of dermal fibroblasts is reduced, so that the skin is slowly renewed, the skin repair capacity is poor, and the skin is gradually aged; a decrease in the amount of elastin in dermal fibroblasts, a decrease in skin elasticity; and so on.
Chendi and the like have studied the anti-aging effect of glacier water and snow tea extracts on normal human dermal fibroblasts and potential mechanisms thereof, and as a result, found that glacier water and snow tea extracts can improve the proliferation activity and energy metabolism level of human dermal fibroblasts, promote the expression effect of hyaluronic acid and elastin, and improve skin elasticity (experimental research on the delay of human dermal fibroblast aging by glacier water and snow tea extracts, natural product research and development, vol. 30 of 2018).
