The invention relates to a spraying device, in particular to a boiler spraying device.
Background
The running boiler often has hard scale, the thermal resistance is increased, fuel is wasted, the output of the boiler is influenced, and the boiler is stopped due to pipe explosion in serious cases. The large and medium boilers are usually treated by water outside the boiler to prevent scaling, while the small and low-pressure boilers are usually not provided with water outside the boiler, and are preferably treated by water inside the boiler, namely, the boiler is added with an antiscale agent and is also called as a water softener. The anti-scaling agent is added into the furnace to soften the water to reduce scaling. The 3-reducing substance in the antiscaling agent enables calcium and magnesium salts in the boiler water to form water slag, and the water slag is removed through pollution discharge. This removes the calcium and magnesium ions and prevents them from forming hard scale. The organic matter in the antiscaling agent can increase the fluidity of the water slag to facilitate the water slag to be discharged, and simultaneously, the organic matter can form a stopping layer on the metal surface to prevent the scale from being formed on the metal surface. This series of chemical and physical actions prevents the formation of scale. The existing boiler scale inhibitor is inconvenient to pump and deliver, has low efficiency of spraying the boiler scale inhibitor, and is inconvenient to descale and scale-control the boiler through the boiler scale inhibitor.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for spraying the boiler scale inhibitor and descaling and preventing the boiler; boiler spray set that descaling and scale control treatment efficiency improves greatly.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the boiler spraying device comprises a base, wherein a spraying frame is arranged on the base, a spraying box is arranged at the top of the spraying frame, a spraying main pipe is arranged at the lower part of the spraying box, a spraying pump is arranged between the upper end of the spraying main pipe and the lower part of the spraying box, a spraying shell is arranged at the lower end of the spraying main pipe, and a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the lower part of the spraying shell; the lower part of the spray box is provided with a conveying branch pipe, one end of the conveying branch pipe is provided with a fixed spray mechanism, the other end of the conveying branch pipe is provided with an adjusting spray mechanism, the fixed spray mechanism is arranged on one side of the spray shell, and the adjusting spray mechanism is arranged on the other side of the spray shell; the fixed spraying mechanism comprises a first spraying ball, a first liquid descending pipe is arranged on one side of the bottom of the first spraying ball, a spraying bin is arranged between the lower ends of the first liquid descending pipes, a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the lower portion of the spraying bin, and a first spraying branch pipe is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the first spraying ball; the adjusting spray mechanism comprises a second spray ball, one side of the lower part of the second spray ball is provided with a second spray branch pipe, and the other side of the lower part of the second spray ball is provided with a spray nozzle; the base is provided with a boiler scale inhibitor tank, the top of the boiler scale inhibitor tank is provided with a feed inlet, the top of the boiler scale inhibitor tank is connected with the side part of the spraying box through a liquid pumping pipe, a delivery pump is arranged between one end of the liquid pumping pipe and the side part of the spraying box, and the end part of the other end of the liquid pumping pipe is arranged at the inner bottom of the boiler scale inhibitor tank.
Preferably, the inner bottom of the spraying frame is provided with a lock cavity, two sides of the bottom of the spraying frame are respectively provided with a hydraulic cylinder, the front part of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a piston rod, the front end of the piston rod is provided with a lock plate, and the lock plates are arranged on two sides of the lock cavity.
Preferably, both sides of the bottom of the spray frame are provided with positioning plates, and the front part of the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the positioning plates.
Preferably, the base is provided with a positioning seat, the hydraulic cylinder is installed in the positioning seat, the top surface of the positioning seat is provided with a protection seat, and the protection seat is installed at the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder; the boiler antiscaling agent tank is installed on the protective seat.
Preferably, a stirring motor is arranged at the top of the boiler scale inhibitor tank, a stirring shaft is arranged at the lower part of the stirring motor, and a stirring mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the stirring shaft and is installed inside the boiler scale inhibitor tank.
Preferably, the stirring mechanism comprises a first stirring blade and a second stirring blade, the first stirring blade and the second stirring blade are both in a spiral shape, and the first stirring blade and the second stirring blade are sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the stirring shaft.
Preferably, a sewage pump is arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the boiler scale inhibitor tank, a sewage pipe is externally connected with the sewage pump, one end of the sewage pipe is connected with the sewage pump, and the other end of the sewage pipe is a free end.
Preferably, the inner bottom of the spraying frame is provided with a lifting rod, the lower part of the lifting rod is provided with a sleeve, and the sleeve is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the conveying branch pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: an operator places a boiler to be treated at the inner bottom position of the spray frame, a boiler antiscaling agent is poured into a boiler antiscaling agent tank through a feeding hole, a liquid pumping pipe pumps the boiler antiscaling agent in the boiler antiscaling agent tank into a spray box through a delivery pump, the spray box delivers the boiler antiscaling agent to a spray main pipe through the spray pump, the boiler antiscaling agent is provided to a spray shell through the spray main pipe, and the spray shell sprays the boiler antiscaling agent into the boiler through spray holes, so that descaling and antiscaling treatment is performed on the boiler; the boiler scale inhibitor is conveyed into the fixed spraying mechanism and the adjusting spraying mechanism by the spraying box through the conveying branch pipes, the boiler scale inhibitor is conveyed into the first spraying balls by the spraying box through the conveying branch pipes, the boiler scale inhibitor is conveyed into the spraying bin by the first spraying balls through the first liquid discharging pipes, the boiler scale inhibitor is sprayed into the boiler through the spraying holes in the spraying bin, and the boiler scale inhibitor is directly sprayed into the boiler through the first spraying branch pipes; the spraying box conveys the boiler scale inhibitor into a second spraying ball through a conveying branch pipe, the second spraying ball sprays the boiler scale inhibitor into the boiler through the second spraying branch pipe, and the second spraying ball sprays the boiler scale inhibitor into the boiler through a spraying nozzle to perform descaling and scale prevention treatment on the boiler; the descaling and antiscaling treatment efficiency is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, and the scope of the present invention will be more clearly and clearly defined.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the boiler spray device comprises a base 1, a spray rack 2 is arranged on the base 1, a spray box 9 is arranged at the top of the spray rack 2, a spray main pipe 10 is arranged at the lower part of the spray box 9, a spray pump 11 is arranged between the upper end of the spray main pipe 10 and the lower part of the spray box 9, a spray shell 12 is arranged at the lower end of the spray main pipe 10, and a plurality of spray holes 13 are arranged at the lower part of the spray shell 12; a conveying branch pipe 14 is arranged at the lower part of the spraying box 9, a fixed spraying mechanism 15 is arranged at one end of the conveying branch pipe 14, an adjusting spraying mechanism 16 is arranged at the other end of the conveying branch pipe 14, the fixed spraying mechanism 15 is arranged at one side of the spraying shell 12, and the adjusting spraying mechanism 16 is arranged at the other side of the spraying shell 12; the fixed spraying mechanism 15 comprises a first spraying ball 30, a first lower liquid pipe 31 is arranged on one side of the bottom of the first spraying ball 30, a spraying bin 32 is arranged between the lower ends of the first lower liquid pipes 31, a plurality of spraying holes 33 are arranged on the lower part of the spraying bin 32, and a first spraying branch pipe 34 is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the first spraying ball 30; the adjusting spraying mechanism 16 comprises a second spraying ball 35, one side of the lower part of the second spraying ball 35 is provided with a second spraying branch pipe 36, and the other side of the lower part of the second spraying ball 35 is provided with a spraying nozzle 37; the base 1 is provided with a boiler scale inhibitor tank 19, the top of the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19 is provided with a feed inlet 22, the top of the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19 is connected with the side of the spray box 9 through a liquid pumping pipe 20, a delivery pump 21 is arranged between one end of the liquid pumping pipe 20 and the side of the spray box 9, and the other end of the liquid pumping pipe 20 is arranged at the inner bottom of the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19.
According to the boiler spraying device, an operator places a boiler to be treated at the inner bottom position of a spraying frame 2, a boiler antiscaling agent is poured into a boiler antiscaling agent tank 19 through a feeding hole 22, a boiler antiscaling agent in the boiler antiscaling agent tank 19 is pumped into a spraying box 9 through a liquid pumping pipe 20 by a conveying pump 21, the boiler antiscaling agent is conveyed to a spraying main pipe 10 by the spraying box 9 through a spraying pump 11, the boiler antiscaling agent is provided to a spraying shell 12 through the spraying main pipe 10, and the boiler antiscaling agent is sprayed into the boiler by the spraying shell 12 through a spraying hole 13, so that the boiler is descaled and antiscaling treatment is carried; the boiler scale inhibitor is conveyed to the fixed spraying mechanism 15 and the adjusting spraying mechanism 16 by the spraying box 9 through the conveying branch pipes 14, the boiler scale inhibitor is conveyed to the first spraying balls 30 by the spraying box 9 through the conveying branch pipes 14, the boiler scale inhibitor is conveyed to the spraying bin 32 by the first spraying balls 30 through the first downpipes 31, the boiler scale inhibitor is sprayed into the boiler through the spraying holes 33 by the spraying bin 32, and the boiler scale inhibitor is directly sprayed into the boiler through the first spraying branch pipes 34; the spraying box 9 conveys the boiler scale inhibitor into a second spraying ball 35 through a conveying branch pipe 14, the second spraying ball 35 sprays the boiler scale inhibitor into the boiler through a second spraying branch pipe 36, and the second spraying ball 35 sprays the boiler scale inhibitor into the boiler through a spraying nozzle 37 to perform scale removal and scale prevention treatment on the boiler; the descaling and antiscaling treatment efficiency is greatly improved.
Preferably, a lock cavity 8 is arranged at the inner bottom of the spray frame 2, hydraulic cylinders 5 are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the spray frame 2, a piston rod 6 is arranged at the front part of each hydraulic cylinder 5, a lock plate 7 is arranged at the front end of each piston rod 6, and the lock plates 7 are arranged on two sides of the lock cavity 8; positioning plates 4 are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the spray frame 2, and the front part of a hydraulic cylinder 5 is arranged on the positioning plates 4; through 8 location installations of lock chamber to the boiler of treating, pneumatic cylinder 5 realizes the horizontal migration through 6 control jam plates 7 of piston rod and adjusts, carries out firm halving through jam plate 7 to the bottom both sides of boiler, fixes a position the installation more firm to the boiler.
Preferably, the base 1 is provided with a positioning seat 3, the hydraulic cylinder 5 is installed in the positioning seat 3, the top surface of the positioning seat 3 is provided with a protection seat 27, and the protection seat 27 is installed at the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder 5; the boiler antiscaling agent tank 19 is mounted on the protective seat 27; the hydraulic cylinder 5 is protected by the positioning seat 3 and the protective seat 27, and the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19 is positioned and installed by the protective seat 27.
Preferably, a stirring motor 23 is arranged at the top of the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19, a stirring shaft 24 is arranged at the lower part of the stirring motor 23, and a stirring mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the stirring shaft 24 and is installed inside the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19; the stirring mechanism comprises a first stirring blade 25 and a second stirring blade 26, the first stirring blade 25 and the second stirring blade 26 are both in a spiral shape, and the first stirring blade 25 and the second stirring blade 26 are sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the stirring shaft 24; the stirring motor 23 controls the first stirring blade 25 and the second stirring blade 26 to rotate through the stirring shaft 24, and the boiler scale inhibitor in the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19 is uniformly stirred through the first stirring blade 25 and the second stirring blade 26.
Preferably, a sewage pump 29 is arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the boiler scale inhibitor tank 19, a sewage pipe 28 is externally connected with the sewage pump 29, one end of the sewage pipe 28 is connected with the sewage pump 29, and the other end of the sewage pipe 28 is a free end; the sewage pump 29 can facilitate the outward discharge of the dirt in the boiler scale preventive agent tank 19 through the sewage pipe 28.
Preferably, a ceiling rod 17 is arranged at the inner bottom of the spray rack 2, a sleeve 18 is arranged at the lower part of the ceiling rod 17, and the sleeve 18 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the conveying branch pipe 14; the ceiling pole 17 is sleeved by the sleeve 18, so that the ceiling installation of the ceiling pole 17 can be conveniently carried out.
Preferably, a hydraulic cylinder 39 is arranged at the side position of the spray frame 2, a piston rod 40 is arranged at the front part of the hydraulic cylinder 39, an adjusting ball 38 is arranged at the inner end of the spray nozzle 37, the surface of the adjusting ball 38 is of a net structure, the adjusting ball 38 is arranged inside the second spray ball 35, and the front end of the piston rod 40 is connected with the outer end of the spray nozzle 37; the outer end of the spray nozzle 37 is adjusted in a movable mode through the piston rod 40 by the hydraulic cylinder 39, the inner end of the spray nozzle 37 is adjusted in a rotatable mode around the inside of the second spray ball 35 through the adjusting ball 38, therefore, the inclination of the spray nozzle 37 is adjusted, and the flexibility of the adjustment of the spray nozzle 37 is better.
