the to-be-done message synchronization center monitors the scheduling queue in real time, connects the service information system subscribed by the user according to the subscription relation of the service information system in the scheduling queue, acquires the to-be-done task information of the user in the subscribed service information system, and sends the to-be-done task information to the to-be-done message management center;
and the to-do message management center receives and stores the to-do task information sent by the to-do message synchronization center and sends the to-do task information to the integrated desktop.
