Abstract
The present invention provides a hinge with an integrated stepless limiter, comprising: the hinge seat is fixedly connected with the vehicle body; the hinge arm is fixedly connected with the vehicle door; a pin shaft which rotates synchronously with the hinge arm; the limiting box is cylindrical; a synchronizing ring having two protrusions on an outer circumferential surface thereof and rotating in synchronization with the pin shaft; the two gaskets are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the limiting box; and the limiting spring leaf is in the form of an opening circular spring leaf, two ends of an opening of the limiting spring leaf are respectively buckled on the two protruding parts of the synchronizing ring, and the outer surface of the limiting spring leaf is in frictional engagement with the cylindrical inner surface of the limiting box so as to provide stepless limiting. The hinge realizes the compact and miniaturized integration of the hinge and the limiter.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of door hinges and stoppers in passenger cars, in particular to a hinge with an integrated stepless stopper.
Background
Currently, in the automotive field, the door hinge and the check arm are typically two separate components. The door check (for short, check) is a device for limiting the rotation of the door under the action of a certain force. The vehicle door limiter is used for limiting the vehicle door to open or close under the condition that the vehicle body inclines; the maximum opening degree of the vehicle door is limited, and meanwhile, the buffer effect is achieved, so that the phenomenon that metal collides with each other to generate harsh sound is prevented. The maximum opening of the door is determined according to the convenience of getting on and off the vehicle, the convenience of closing the door after getting on the vehicle, the condition that the door is not interfered with the vehicle body and the like, and is generally 65-70 degrees. The device is divided into a stamping stopper, a plastic-coated stopper and stoppers with other structures according to different types of the limiting arms. The stamping limiter is a limiter of which the limiting arm realizes a limiting structure by a stamping process. The plastic-coated limiter is a limiter with a limiting arm using a steel skeleton as a body and realizing a limiting structure by using a plastic-coated process. The limiters with other structures refer to car door limiters except stamping limiters and plastic-coated limiters.
As shown in fig. 1, it mainly consists of a mounting bracket, a limit arm, a limit box, a rubber buffer block and the like. The mounting bracket and the limiting arm are connected through a hinge and can rotate stably and freely.
The problems of the prior art stopper are as follows: needs an independent arrangement space and has great influence on the car door arrangement and the sheet metal structure design.
Therefore, how to provide a device capable of satisfying the pivoting and limiting the position of the vehicle door is a strong demand of the current passenger vehicle design.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to realize the function integration of the vehicle door hinge and the limiter through the integrated structural design. Another object of the invention is that the mechanism allows for stepless limiting of the door opening.
To this end, the present invention provides a hinge with an integrated infinite stopper, comprising:
the U-shaped hinge seat is configured to be fixedly connected with a vehicle body, and two vertical walls of the U-shaped shape of the hinge seat are provided with mounting holes which are arranged concentrically;
a hinge arm of a inverted V-shape configured to be fixedly connectable with a vehicle door, two upright walls of the inverted V-shape having mounting holes concentric with the mounting hole of the hinge base;
a pin shaft extending through the mounting holes of the hinge base and the hinge arm and configured to be rotatable in synchronization with the hinge arm;
the cylindrical limiting box is arranged between the hinge seat and the two vertical walls of the hinge arms around the pin shaft;
a synchronizing ring having two protrusions on an outer circumferential surface thereof and configured to be nested on the pin shaft within the stopper box and to rotate in synchronization with the pin shaft;
the two gaskets are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the limiting box;
and the limiting spring leaf is in the form of an opening circular spring leaf, two opened ends of the limiting spring leaf are respectively buckled on the two protruding parts of the synchronizing ring, and the outer surface of the limiting spring leaf is in frictional engagement with the cylindrical inner surface of the limiting box so as to provide stepless limiting.
Preferably, the pin shaft is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves along the longitudinal direction of the pin shaft.
Preferably, the synchronizer ring is provided with a plurality of limiting ribs on the inner circumferential surface thereof, and the limiting ribs of the synchronizer ring are matched in the limiting grooves of the pin shaft, so that the synchronizer ring can synchronously rotate with the pin shaft.
Preferably, the hinge further comprises two stoppers, each having a central through hole, and disposed to be able to be disposed in the stopper box around the pin shaft adjacent to the upper end and the lower end of the stopper box, respectively.
Preferably, the hinge further comprises a rivet, and the stopper box is fixed to the two upright walls of the hinge base by the rivet.
Preferably, the hinge further comprises a bushing disposed in the mounting hole of the hinge base around the pin shaft so as to reduce friction at the pin shaft when the pin shaft rotates.
Preferably, the two ends of the limiting box are provided with blocking covers.

Preferably, the pin is configured with splines.
Preferably, the synchronizer ring has a spline groove on an inner circumferential surface thereof, and the spline of the pin shaft is fitted with the spline groove of the synchronizer ring, so that the synchronizer ring can rotate synchronously with the pin shaft.
Preferably, the limit spring is configured as a compression spring.
Preferably, the limit spring is configured as a limit rubber.
Preferably, the hinge further includes two spacers respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of the synchronizer ring and respectively contacting the stopper to limit an axial position of the synchronizer ring.
Compared with the traditional stopper and the hinge, the stopper and the hinge realize miniaturized high integration, and the door is limited within the opening range by the preset door limiting opening degree through the interaction of the synchronizing ring, the sliding block, the limiting box and the limiting reed in the mechanism on the premise of not occupying the space size of the hinge of the traditional vehicle type, so that the reliability is high.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. What has been described herein is merely a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention and other ways of practicing the invention will occur to those skilled in the art and are within the scope of the invention. In the following detailed description, directional terms, such as "left", "right", "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", and the like, are used with reference to the orientation as illustrated in the drawings. Components of embodiments of the present invention can be positioned in a number of different orientations and the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a stopper in the prior art, which mainly comprises a mounting bracket, a stopper arm, a stopper box, a rubber buffer block and the like. The mounting bracket and the limiting arm are connected through a hinge and can rotate stably and freely.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a hinge according to the invention with an integrated stepless stop, wherein the hinge according to the invention has a stop integrated in the hinge pivot.
Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a hinge with an integrated stepless stopper according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, a hinge 11 according to the present invention includes a hinge base 1. The hinge base 1 is configured to be fixedly connected with a vehicle body, and the hinge base 1 is in a U shape, and two vertical walls of the U shape are provided with concentric mounting holes. The hinge base 1 is a punch-formed part and is a carrier which is riveted and fixed with the pin shaft 2, the hinge arm 3 and a limit box 9 (described below).
As shown in fig. 3, the hinge 11 according to the present invention further comprises a hinge arm 3, the hinge arm 3 being configured to be fixedly connected to a vehicle door, the hinge arm 3 having a shape of a little letter, two upright walls of the shape of a little letter having mounting holes concentric with the mounting hole of the hinge base 1. The hinge arms 3 are stamped and formed parts. According to an alternative form of the invention, the hinge base 1 and the hinge arms 3 can also be machined structures.
As shown in fig. 3, the hinge 11 according to the present invention further includes a pin shaft 2, the pin shaft 2 extending through the mounting holes of the hinge base 1 and the hinge arm 3 to be riveted with the hinge base 1 and the hinge arm 3 and configured to be rotatable in synchronization with the hinge arm 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the hinge 11 according to the invention further comprises a restraining box 9, the restraining box 9 being cylindrical in shape and being arranged around the pin 2 between the hinge block 1 and the two upright walls of the hinge arm 3.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the hinge 11 according to the present invention further includes a synchronizer ring 6, the synchronizer ring 6 having two protrusions on an outer circumferential surface thereof and being configured to be nested on the pin 2 inside the stopper box 9 and to rotate in synchronization with the pin 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the hinge 11 according to the invention also comprises a limit spring 7, the limit spring 7 being in the form of an open limit spring. Both ends of the opening of the limit spring 7 are respectively snapped on the two projections of the synchronizing ring 6, and the outer circumferential surface of the limit spring 7 is configured to be in frictional contact with the inner surface of the limit case 9. The limiting reed 7 can be a pressure spring, and the rigidity of the limiting reed is 3000-5000N/mm. According to an alternative form of the invention, the limit spring 7 can be configured as a limit rubber.
As shown in fig. 3, the hinge 11 according to the present invention further includes two washers 5, the two washers 5 being provided on the upper and lower sides of the restraining box 9, respectively. The main function of the gasket 5 is to provide lubrication for the limit box 9 when the pin shaft 2 rotates.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, after the limit reed 7 is tightly assembled inside the limit box 9, due to the tension of the limit reed 7, when the synchronizing ring 6 drives the limit reed 7 to move, the limit reed 7 and the limit box 9 can form friction force during initial relative movement, and after starting, because the limit reed 7 is in a compressed state, the friction force is reduced during continuous movement, so that a stepless limit function with small movement resistance is formed, and the friction force is reduced during starting and limiting.
As shown in fig. 3, two stoppers, each having a central through hole, are disposed in the stopper box around the pin shaft adjacent to the upper and lower ends of the stopper box, respectively. Realize coaxial spacing through with round pin axle 2 clearance fit, stopper 4's main function prevents that the inside part of spacing box 9 from rocking to the axial.
As shown in fig. 3, the hinge 11 according to the present invention further includes rivets 8, and the restraining box 9 is fixed to both upright walls of the hinge base 1 by the rivets 8, preventing the restraining box 9 from rotating in synchronization with the pin shaft 2.
In addition, the hinge 11 according to the present invention further includes a bushing 10, the bushing 10 is a bushing for lubrication, and is disposed in the mounting hole of the hinge base 1 around the pin 2, and after the hinge base 1, the pin 2 and the hinge arm 3 are riveted and fixed, the bushing 10 plays a role in reducing friction and noise when the hinge arm 3 and the pin 2 rotate synchronously.
As shown in fig. 4, the pin 2 has a plurality of stopper grooves (the number is 3 or more, for example, 4 is shown) along the longitudinal direction thereof, and the synchronizer ring 6 has a plurality of stopper ribs on the inner circumferential surface thereof, the plurality of stopper ribs of the synchronizer ring 6 being fitted in the plurality of stopper grooves of the pin so that the synchronizer ring 6 is rotated in synchronization with the rotation of the pin 2. According to an alternative form of the invention, the pin 2 is configured with splines, and the synchronizer ring 6 has spline grooves on its inner circumferential surface, the splines of the pin 2 mating with the spline grooves of the synchronizer ring 6 so that the synchronizer ring 6 rotates synchronously with the pin 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the hinge 11 further includes two spacers 5, and the two spacers 5 are respectively disposed on the upper side and the lower side of the synchronizing ring 6 and respectively contact the stopper 4 to limit the axial position of the synchronizing ring 6.
According to the invention, the synchronous fit between the synchronizing ring 6 and the limit spring 7 is not limited by angle.
The assembling process of the hinge with integrated stepless stopper 11 according to the present invention is described below, in which the bush 10, the stopper box 9, the synchronizing ring 6, the spacer 5, the stopper 4 and the pin shaft 2 are coaxially fitted and then assembled together. The limit spring 7 is assembled into the limit box 9 by pressing and forms a matching relation with the synchronizing ring 6. Then the hinge base 1 and the hinge arm 3 are riveted together by the pin shaft 2. And the rivet 8 is used for riveting and fixing the hinge base 1 and the limiting box 9.
Compared with the traditional stopper and the hinge, the hinge 11 with the integrated stepless stopper realizes miniaturization and high integration, realizes the fixed-gear limiting of the vehicle door within the opening range by the preset vehicle door limiting opening degree through the interaction of the synchronizing ring, the sliding block, the limiting box and the limiting reed in the mechanism on the premise of not occupying the space size of the hinge of the traditional vehicle model, and has high reliability.
Particularly, the peak value change of the static friction force of the initial movement of the vehicle door can be realized by adjusting the reed rigidity of the limiting reed 7 and the friction coefficient of the limiting box 9, after the synchronous ring 6 drives the limiting reed 7 to synchronously move, the limiting reed 7 is pressed and deformed, the limiting reed 7 and the limiting box 9 are in a small tension compression state, and the friction force is less than 10N, so that the torque is 0-50 Nm, the door opening torque is 30-50N, and the maximum opening angle is 0-80 degrees (for example, 0-65 degrees) in the opening range of the vehicle door can be realized.

Claims (14)
1. A hinge with an integrated infinite stop comprising:
the U-shaped hinge seat is configured to be fixedly connected with a vehicle body, and two vertical walls of the U-shaped shape of the hinge seat are provided with mounting holes which are arranged concentrically;
a hinge arm of a inverted V-shape configured to be fixedly connectable with a vehicle door, two upright walls of the inverted V-shape having mounting holes concentric with the mounting hole of the hinge base;
a pin shaft extending through the mounting holes of the hinge base and the hinge arm and configured to be rotatable in synchronization with the hinge arm;
the cylindrical limiting box is arranged between the hinge seat and the two vertical walls of the hinge arms around the pin shaft;
a synchronizing ring having two protrusions on an outer circumferential surface thereof and configured to be nested on the pin shaft within the stopper box and to rotate in synchronization with the pin shaft;
and the limiting spring leaf is in the form of an opening circular spring leaf, two opened ends of the limiting spring leaf are respectively buckled on the two protruding parts of the synchronizing ring, and the outer surface of the limiting spring leaf is in frictional engagement with the cylindrical inner surface of the limiting box so as to provide stepless limiting.
2. The hinge with integrated stepless limiter of claim 1, characterized in that the pin shaft has a plurality of limiting grooves along its longitudinal direction.

7. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 1, wherein both ends of the limiting box have caps.
8. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 1, wherein the hinge base and the hinge arms are stamped and formed structures.
9. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 1, wherein the hinge base and the hinge arm are machined structures.
10. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 1, wherein the pin is configured with splines.
11. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 10, wherein the synchronizer ring has a spline groove on an inner circumferential surface thereof, and the spline of the pin shaft is engaged with the spline groove of the synchronizer ring such that the synchronizer ring can rotate synchronously with the pin shaft.
12. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 1, wherein the limiting spring is configured as a compression spring.
13. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 1, wherein the limit reed is configured as a limit rubber.
14. The hinge with integrated infinite limiter of claim 4, further comprising two washers disposed on the upper and lower sides of the synchronizing ring, respectively, and contacting the limit stoppers, respectively, to limit the axial position of the synchronizing ring.
