Abstract

The present invention provides a display device including: the display panel comprises a supporting layer, a first adhesive layer, a display panel, a fourth adhesive layer and cover glass. Through being the sandwich structure with the supporting layer design, the supporting layer includes at least two-layer sheetmetal and presss from both sides and establishes second glue film between the two-layer sheetmetal, simultaneously two-layer sheetmetal all digs the hole and fills the third glue film for the supporting layer has higher bond strength when having better curling performance, and then effectively prevents to buckle in-process glue film and drops. Meanwhile, the display panel has better supporting performance and integrates flexibility and rigidity.

The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display device.
Background
In the prior art, an Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode (AMOLED) is expected to replace liquid crystal as the mainstream choice of next generation displays due to the characteristics of high contrast, wide viewing angle, fast response speed, flexibility and the like.
At present, the problem of glue peeling of the bendable flexible panel in the bending test process is solved, namely, the back plate and the metal sheet of the panel are separated, so that the poor screen separation is caused after the mobile phone is made into a finished product, and the requirements of customers cannot be met. As shown in fig. 1, the reason for the failure is that, on one hand, the adhesive force between the panel 11 and the supporting layer 12 (metal sheet) is insufficient, and on the other hand, the metal sheet is bent to form a wavy shape, the material of the metal sheet needs a certain hardness, and the cover glass attached to the panel 11 has a relatively large hardness in order to satisfy the surface abrasion resistance. The whole hardness of the back panel attached with the cover plate glass is also higher, the back panel is curled after being attached with a metal sheet, the longitudinal and transverse pulling forces applied to the middle glue layer are both higher, and the glue is easy to peel off after being bent for many times.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a display device which can solve the problem that glue is peeled off in the bending test process of a bendable flexible panel.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display device including: a support layer; the first adhesive layer is arranged on one side of the supporting layer; the display panel is arranged on one side, far away from the supporting layer, of the first adhesive layer; the supporting layer comprises at least two layers of metal sheets, a second adhesive layer is arranged between the two layers of metal sheets, each metal sheet is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the through holes correspond to the bending areas of the display device.
Furthermore, a third glue layer is arranged in the through hole.
Further, the cross-sectional shape of the through-hole includes a circle, a trapezoid, or a rectangle.
Furthermore, the through holes of the two layers of metal sheets are distributed in a staggered mode.
Further, the display panel includes an OLED display panel or an AMOLED display panel.
Further, the material of the metal sheet includes copper, molybdenum or silver.
Further, the display device further includes: the fourth adhesive layer is arranged on one side, far away from the first adhesive layer, of the display panel; and the cover plate glass is arranged on one side, far away from the display panel, of the fourth adhesive layer.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a display device, wherein a supporting layer is designed to be of a sandwich structure, the supporting layer comprises at least two layers of metal sheets and a second adhesive layer clamped between the two layers of metal sheets, and holes are dug in the two layers of metal sheets and filled with a third adhesive layer, so that the supporting layer has better curling performance and high bonding strength, and the adhesive layer is effectively prevented from falling off in the bending process. Meanwhile, the display panel has better supporting performance and integrates flexibility and rigidity.

As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a display device 100, comprising: the display panel comprises a support layer 101, a first glue layer 105, a display panel 102, a fourth glue layer 103 and a cover glass 104.
The first glue layer 105 is disposed on one side of the support layer 101. In this embodiment, the material of the first adhesive layer 105 includes a cured adhesive or a photoresist.
The support layer 101 includes at least two metal sheets 1011a and 1011b, a second adhesive layer 1012 is disposed between the two metal sheets 1011a and 1011b, and in this embodiment, the material of the second adhesive layer 1012 includes a curable adhesive or a photoresist. The metal sheets 1011a and 1011b are provided with a plurality of through holes 106, and the through holes 106 correspond to the bending regions 110 of the display device 100, that is, the support layer 101 of the present invention is configured as a metal sandwich structure.
The structure of the through holes 106 arranged at intervals can reduce stress during bending and avoid film peeling after bending.
The material of the metal pieces 1011a, 1011b includes copper, molybdenum, or silver. The metal sheet has a high hardness because it functions as a support.
The through hole 106 is provided with a third glue layer 1013. The material of the third glue layer 1013 includes a curing glue or a photoresist. The third glue layer 1013 is connected to the second glue layer 1012 to increase the adhesion between the metal sheets 1011a and 1011b of the support layer 101, and the third glue layer 1013 of the upper metal sheet 1011a is connected to the first glue layer 105 to increase the adhesion between the support layer 101 and the first glue layer 105.
The cross-sectional shape of the through hole 106 includes a trapezoidal hole or a rectangular hole, and the cross section of the trapezoidal hole is a right trapezoid. The shape of the through hole 106 on each of the metal sheets 1011a, 1011b is not limited in the present invention, and different embodiments of the metal sheets 1011a, 1011b may be matched with through holes 106 with different shapes.
As shown in fig. 3, in the bending region 110, the metal sheet 1011a or 1011b may be further configured with through holes 106 having different apertures, which is not limited in the present invention.
Because the areas between the through holes 106 have larger stress if the through holes 106 of different metal layers are located correspondingly, the through holes 106 of the two adjacent metal sheets 1011a, 1011b are designed to be distributed in a staggered manner, and the stress can be further dispersed.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, two layers of metal sheets 1011a and 1011b are provided, and the metal sheet 1011b disposed on the lower layer has a large stress, so that the number of through holes 106 disposed on the metal sheet 1011b on the lower layer is greater than the number of through holes 106 disposed on the metal sheet 1011a on the upper layer.
At least one through hole 106 is disposed at the junction of the bending region 110 and the display region 120, because the stress at the junction is relatively large and the routing at the junction is more and more important, it is necessary to dispose the through hole 106 to reduce the bending stress.
The display panel 102 is disposed on a side of the first adhesive layer 105 away from the support layer 101. The display panel 102 includes a back plate, and a driving layer and a display layer sequentially disposed on the back plate.
The display panel 102 includes an OLED display panel or an AMOLED display panel.
The fourth glue layer 103 is disposed on a side of the display panel 102 away from the first glue layer 105; the cover glass 104 is disposed on a side of the fourth glue layer 103 away from the display panel 102.
The material of the fourth glue layer 103 comprises a curing glue or a photoresist.
The invention provides a display device 100, wherein a supporting layer 101 is designed to be a sandwich structure, the supporting layer 101 comprises at least two layers of metal sheets 1011 and a second adhesive layer 1012 clamped between the two layers of metal sheets 1011, and the two layers of metal sheets 1011 are dug and filled with a third adhesive layer 1013, so that the supporting layer 101 has better curling performance and is additionally tightly connected with an adhesive, and the adhesive layer is effectively prevented from falling off in the bending process. Meanwhile, the display panel 102 has better supporting performance and integrates flexibility and rigidity.

a support layer;
the first adhesive layer is arranged on one side of the supporting layer;
the display panel is arranged on one side, far away from the supporting layer, of the first adhesive layer;
the supporting layer comprises at least two layers of metal sheets, a second adhesive layer is arranged between the two layers of metal sheets, each metal sheet is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the through holes correspond to the bending areas of the display device.

and a third adhesive layer is arranged in the through hole.

the cross-sectional shape of the through hole includes a circle, a trapezoid or a rectangle.
