Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent skin expander, which comprises: the expansion bag comprises an expansion bag body and a shell body, wherein the shell body is arranged inside the expansion bag body, and a gas generator is arranged in the shell body and communicated with the expansion bag body; a battery disposed within the housing and electrically connected to the gas generator; the first controller is arranged outside the shell and is in wireless connection with the gas generator. The expansion capsule is placed in the position where the skin needs to be cut, and after the skin is sutured and fixed, the first controller in vitro is utilized to control the gas generator to generate gas, so that the expansion capsule is expanded, and the purpose of expanding the skin is achieved. This intelligence skin expander can accomplish the operation through external first controller, and intelligent degree is high, easily operates to the expansion bag is buried in human skin below completely, does not communicate with the external world, can reduce complications such as wound infection that traditional skin expander leads to, has improved the safety in utilization.

Therefore, how to provide an intelligent skin expander which can reduce the risk of wound infection and is easy to operate is a problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

firstly, placing an expansion bag into a part needing to be cut into skin, sewing and fixing, and then sending a control command to a second controller by using an external first controller, wherein the second controller controls an electric push rod to act and a valve to open according to a received signal command, the electric push rod pushes a calcium carbonate solid block to move towards a through hole, at the moment, a spring is compressed, the spring can prevent the calcium carbonate solid block from toppling over in the moving process, the calcium carbonate solid block can be ensured to smoothly drop into a citric acid liquid storage cavity through the valve, and when the previous calcium carbonate solid block drops into the citric acid liquid storage cavity through the valve, a push block on the spring is abutted against the next calcium carbonate solid block, so that the next calcium carbonate solid block cannot topple over; after the calcium carbonate solid block falls into the citric acid liquid storage cavity, the calcium carbonate solid block and the citric acid liquid undergo a chemical reaction to generate carbon dioxide gas, and the carbon dioxide gas is filled into the expansion capsule through the semipermeable membrane to expand the capsule body to a required size. The intelligent skin expander has the following effects:
