Technical Field

Background
The plastic film mulching is a mature agricultural cultivation technology, can preserve water and fertilizer, keep humidity, effectively increase and prolong the growth period of crops, ensure the improvement of the yield of the crops and relieve the problem of restricting Chinese agricultural production due to drought and water shortage. However, the currently used agricultural film plastics are multi-purpose high molecular PE and PVC polymers, the crystallinity and the Melt Index (MI) are high, the polymers are not corroded by microorganisms in soil and can not be decomposed by themselves, the biodegradation period is generally dozens of years to hundreds of years, and toxic and harmful substances such as plasticizers and the like can be dissolved out in the degradation process. In addition, the current mulching film recovery rate is low, according to statistics, the annual residual quantity of agricultural films in China is as high as 30-40 ten thousand tons, and the residual film rate is more than 40%. Therefore, the mulching technology has a great negative effect on soil environment, crops, livestock and rural landscape although being good.
On the other hand, root-knot nematodes, which are one of the most serious pathogenic agricultural pests, are widely distributed around the world. The traditional control method is to use chemical pesticides, but the use of pesticides brings about the residue of a large amount of chemicals in soil, seriously pollutes the environment and crops, and endangers the health of human beings. A large amount of plant source active medicaments for killing the root-knot nematodes are researched in the last 80 th century abroad, and the systemic plant source medicaments for killing the nematode in the early 90 th century in China are researched and reported, but at present, no medicament which can effectively prevent the root-knot nematodes, is environment-friendly and has no chemical residue exists.
Therefore, there is a need to develop an agricultural mulching film which can effectively control root-knot nematodes, has no chemical residues and is biodegradable, so as to solve the technical problems.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a long-acting insect-repelling agricultural mulching film, which comprises the following steps:
s1, adding calcium oxide and alcohol into bamboo vinegar liquid, and then carrying out reduced pressure distillation and recovery to obtain liquid A;
s2, adding water into the crushed betel nut and cinnamomum camphora fruit, and performing ultrasonic extraction to obtain a solution B;
s3, adding the benzoin into the solution A, stirring for 4-8 h at 50-70 ℃, filtering, slowly adding the solution B into the filtrate at a rate of 1-3 ml/min, and stirring and mixing to obtain slurry;
and S4, adding the slurry prepared in the step S3 into polyethylene master batches to blow-mold the mixture to prepare the long-acting insect-expelling agricultural mulching film.
Preferably, in step S1, the ratio of the bamboo vinegar to the calcium oxide to the alcohol is 100ml, (300-320) g, (10-20) ml.
Preferably, in step S1, the temperature of the reduced pressure distillation is 80 to 100 ℃, and the temperature of the condensate for the reduced pressure distillation is-30 to-10 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the invention utilizes the dissolving characteristic of benzoin, firstly dissolves the benzoin in alcohol, and then slowly adds the benzoin into water to form high molecular viscous jelly, thereby wrapping the bamboo vinegar ethanol extract, the areca nut extract and the cinnamomum camphora fruit extract. The film formed by blow molding after mixing the jelly with polyethylene master batch can release the insect repellent active substance for a long time.
2) The benzoin, the bamboo vinegar, the areca nut and the cinnamomum camphora fruit are all natural insect repellents, belong to biological pesticides, and do not bring organic pollution to crops. Due to the synergistic effect of various insect-expelling active substances, the insect-expelling spectrum is wide, and the insect-expelling effect is good.

2. pulverizing 110g of Arecae semen and 230g of Cinnamomum camphora fruit, adding 100ml of water, ultrasonic extracting at 260W and 97 deg.C for 22h to obtain solution B;
3. adding 1g of benzoin into 14ml of the solution A, stirring for 6h at 60 ℃, filtering, slowly adding 51ml of the solution B into the filtrate at 2ml/min, and stirring and mixing to obtain slurry;
4. and (3) mixing the slurry prepared in the step (3) with the polyethylene master batch according to the weight ratio of 1:50, and blow-molding to prepare the long-acting insect-expelling agricultural mulching film.
Example 2

1. adding 100ml bamboo vinegar into 300g calcium oxide, pouring 10ml alcohol, distilling under reduced pressure at 80 deg.C, using condensate at-30 deg.C, and recovering to obtain solution A;
2. pulverizing 100g of Arecae semen and 200g of Cinnamomum camphora fruit, adding 100ml of water, ultrasonic extracting at 200W and 80 deg.C for 12 hr to obtain solution B;
3. adding 1g of benzoin into 10ml of the solution A, stirring at 50 ℃ for 4h, filtering, slowly adding 50ml of the solution B into the filtrate at 1ml/min, and stirring and mixing to obtain slurry;
4. and (3) mixing the slurry prepared in the step (3) with the polyethylene master batch according to the weight ratio of 1:10, and blow-molding to prepare the long-acting insect-expelling agricultural mulching film.
Example 3

Insect repelling experiment
Cabbage caterpillar larvae, cutworm larvae, aphids and whitefly adults are used as test insects to determine the pest repellency. As can be seen from table 1, the insect-repelling agricultural mulching film prepared in the embodiment of the invention has a good repelling effect on cabbage caterpillar larvae, cutworm larvae, aphids and whitefly adults, the repelling effect is not significantly reduced after the film is placed for 1 year, and the film still has a good repelling effect on four pests. The insect-repelling agricultural mulching films prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 have different repelling and avoiding effects on four pests, which shows that the repelling and avoiding effects of the bamboo vinegar and extracts of areca fruits and cinnamomum camphora fruits have a synergistic and complementary effect. The insect-repellent agricultural mulching film of comparative example 3 has a remarkable repelling effect on pests only initially, and the repelling effect is drastically reduced as the standing time is prolonged.
