Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oral cavity correction devices, and particularly relates to a personalized molar locking and fitting correction device.
Background
The normal occlusion relation of the molar teeth in the back teeth area of the oral cavity is significant. In the facial-lingual direction, the buccal tip of the upper molars covers the buccal tip of the lower molars, and the palate tip of the upper molars bites into the central fossa of the lower molars, so that a good biting relationship is achieved. In the oral clinic, the incidence of the locking running-in deformity of the molar area is high, particularly the second molar is most common and has huge harm, and the specific clinical characteristics are that the palate tip of the upper jaw molar is covered on the buccal tip of the lower jaw molar, the upper jaw molar is inclined in a buccal manner, the lower jaw molar is inclined in a lingual manner, and finally, the upper and lower molar cannot establish a meshing relationship. The correction for molar lock fit varies with the degree of deformity: if the degree of deformity is low, the doctor does not need to additionally press down the molar, firstly, a doctor directly makes a glass ion dental pad on the dental surface of teeth in normal occlusion relation on the two sides in the mouth by a manual method, opens occlusion, then respectively bonds metal lingual buckles on the buccal side of the maxillary molar and the lingual side of the mandibular molar, then places an elastic rubber ring between the two lingual buckles, and releases dental lock dental occlusion by elastic traction; in the case of serious deformity, the molar is additionally pressed down, and in the first step, a glass ion dental-fit pad is manufactured by the method, then implant nails are respectively implanted into the palate side of the maxillary molar and the buccal bone of the mandibular molar, then metal lingual buckles are bonded on the palate side of the maxillary molar and the buccal side of the mandibular molar, an elastic rubber chain is placed between the lingual buckles and the implant nails, and the molar locking is released by elastic traction.
In the correction method with serious deformity degree, the following problems exist, and the correction effect is affected:
First: the manufacture and the bonding of the glass ion bite-block are completed in the oral cavity of a patient directly, the height and the bite-block surface shape of the bite-block are difficult to mold in one step, the bite-block is required to be adjusted and ground and modified in the oral cavity of the patient for multiple times by a machine, the comfort level of the patient is poor, the accuracy of the bite-block is low, and the risk of bonding and falling failure exists.
Second,: because the palate side bone wall of the upper jaw second molar is thinner, the buccal side bone wall of the lower jaw second molar is harder and steeper, and the two positions are close to the rear side of the oral cavity, the operation vision is not ideal, the implantation process of the implant nail is difficult, the normal tooth root can be damaged in the implantation process, the implant is easy to loosen and fall off after implantation, and the failure rate is higher.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "open," "upper," "middle," "length," "inner," and the like indicate an orientation or a positional relationship, and are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the components or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In order to keep the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, the detailed description of known functions and known components thereof have been omitted.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in this embodiment there is provided a personalized molar lock dental appliance comprising: a bite block 1, an adjusting component 2 and a lingual buckle 5 arranged on a tooth body 4; the occlusal pad 1 is directly connected with a cast retainer covered on the teeth, and a connecting body 6 is connected between the two occlusal pads 1; the adjusting component 2 is arranged on the bite block 1, the adjusting component 2 is respectively positioned on the palate side of the upper jaw bite block and the cheek side of the lower jaw bite block, the adjusting component 2 is internally matched with the stress application component 3, and one end of the stress application component 3 is provided with a stress application hook 301; and the lingual side buckle 5 is provided corresponding to the stressing hook 301.
The cooperation of the stress application component 3 and the lingual side buckle 5 replaces the common planting nails in clinic, avoids the risks of difficult operation, easy damage to healthy tooth roots, easy local soft tissue injury and inflammation and easy loosening and falling off in the use process of the planting nails due to poor visual field, reduces the cost and reduces the treatment cost of patients; the stressing assembly 3 elastically matched in the adjusting assembly 2 improves the correction effect of the locking teeth.
There are a number of ways in which the adjustment assembly 2 and the stress application assembly 3 may be arranged, and two alternative embodiments are provided herein:
Example 1:
The stress application assembly 3 consists of a stress application rod and a screw propeller, wherein one end of the stress application rod is provided with a stress application hook for replacing a planting nail to apply correction force, and the screw propeller enables the stress application rod to move forwards and backwards. Therefore, the stressing hook can move horizontally and freely, through the position change of the stressing hook and the lingual side buckle, not only is the buccal lingual (inward and outward) correction force of the locking running-in teeth provided, but also the proximal and distal (forward and backward) correction force of the locking running-in teeth is provided, and thus the locking running-in problem can be solved more efficiently clinically.
