All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides an alarm method based on audio information, which comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
step S101: acquiring sound data containing audio information; specifically, a high-definition sound pickup can be selected to acquire sound data, and the sound pickup can be arranged in schools, communities, traffic intersections and other positions which need to be monitored. In addition, other devices such as a microphone may be selected to acquire the sound data, which is not limited in the present invention.
Step S102: the sound data is identified according to a sample library, which includes simulation data and basic data.
When the alarm is required to be given for help, most of the alarms are generated in a dangerous environment, and the sound tone of an alarm person per se can be high, short breath and even trembling of pronunciation due to the tense sound; meanwhile, the sound data acquired in step S101 may further include a non-alarm sound. In order to accurately identify these sounds, simulation data and basic data may be set in a sample library.
The basic data can include some text contents of the alarm of the victim or the alarm, such as 110, 120, the sound of calling for help of life saving, robbery and the like; some voice content of surrender, disapproval, etc. may also be included. The simulation data may include sound data simulating a real environment such as robbery or help, and may also include sound data simulating other real environments, which is not limited in the present invention.
Specifically, when the sound data is identified according to the sample library, the acquired sound data may be matched with the data in the sample library, and whether the acquired sound data includes preset audio information that is the same as the data in the sample library is determined.
Step S103: and when the sound data contains preset audio information, generating an alarm signal. Specifically, the generated alarm signal may be used as a trigger signal, the trigger signal may start an early warning or alarm device, and the alarm device may be an audible and visual alarm, or may quickly notify a nearby police service or security agency of an alarm according to the trigger signal.
According to the alarm method based on the audio information, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the basic data and the simulation data are preset in the sample library, and meanwhile, the acquired sound data is compared with the data in the sample library to judge whether an alarm signal is generated. Therefore, the alarm method based on the audio information provided by the embodiment of the invention can generate the alarm signal by identifying the sound data, and solves the technical problem that an alarm button needs to be adopted for alarming in the prior art. Meanwhile, as the basic data and the simulation data are set in the sample library, the acquired sound data can be more accurately identified in the follow-up process, and the reliability of alarming is improved.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the step S102 of identifying the sound data according to the sample library includes:
step S201: calculating according to the sound data to obtain an environment data feature vector and a first alarm data feature vector; specifically, the environmental data and the first alarm data containing text information in the sound data can be extracted by a feature extraction method; the environmental data may include, among other things, noise data, such as wind sounds in sound data, noise of automobiles or other extraneous sounds, and so forth. Therefore, through the feature extraction process, not only the first alarm data containing the text information can be extracted, but also the noise data can be extracted, and the process of drying the sound data is omitted.
Step S202: converting the alarm data characteristic vector by using machine learning to obtain a first conversion result; specifically, the conversion process is a technique that causes a machine to convert a speech signal into a corresponding text or command through a recognition and understanding process.
For example, a DTW algorithm may be employed, namely: the whole word is used as a recognition unit and recognized by a template matching method. In the training stage, a user speaks each word in the vocabulary once, extracts the characteristics and stores the characteristics as a template in a template library. In the recognition stage, the characteristics of a new word to be recognized are extracted in the same way, and then the DTW algorithm is adopted to match with each template in the template library to calculate the distance. The shortest distance is found, i.e. the most similar one is the recognized word.
And a recurrent neural network based on an LSTM (Long Sort Term Memory, Long-time Memory network) can be combined, so that the model has the Long-time Memory capability, and the conversation context is combined to carry out accurate semantic understanding to obtain a first conversion result.
Step S203: and confirming whether the sound data contains preset audio information or not according to the basic data in the sample library and the first conversion result. Specifically, the first conversion result includes some text information, the text information is matched with the basic data in the sample library to determine whether the acquired sound data includes preset audio information, and when the sound data includes the preset audio information, a first alarm signal may be generated.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the step S102 of identifying the sound data according to the sample library includes:
step S301: calculating according to the sound data to obtain an environment data feature vector and an alarm feature vector, wherein the alarm feature vector comprises a second alarm data feature vector and an alarm sound feature vector; specifically, the environmental data and the alarm data in the sound data may be extracted by a feature extraction method, wherein the alarm data may include second alarm data including text information and alarm sound data including a sound feature. Alternatively, the alarm sound feature vector extraction method may employ mel-frequency cepstrum coefficients MFCC, linear prediction cepstrum coefficients LPCC, a multimedia content description interface MPEG7, or the like.
Step S302: converting the second alarm data characteristic vector by using machine learning to obtain a second conversion result; specifically, the conversion process is a technique that causes a machine to convert a speech signal into a corresponding text or command through a recognition and understanding process, in particular. The conversion may be performed by using a DTW algorithm or by combining with a recurrent neural network based on LSTM (Long Sort Term Memory network), so as to obtain a second conversion result.
Step S303: matching the alarm sound characteristic vectors according to the simulation data in the sample library to obtain a matching result; specifically, the acquired sound data may contain text information which is the same as the data in the sample library but not the sound data of the alarm. Therefore, by matching the alarm sound feature vector obtained by feature extraction with the simulation data in the sample library, the sound feature of the text information can be identified after the text information is confirmed, and whether the alarm information is received or not can be further judged.
Step S304: and confirming whether the sound data contains preset audio information or not according to the second conversion result and the matching result. And when the sound data contains preset audio information, generating a second alarm signal.
The alarm method based on the audio information provided by the embodiment of the invention can identify the acquired sound data according to the basic data in the sample library, and can also identify the acquired sound data through the simulation data. The voice characteristic data can be identified on the basis of text content identification, so that the accuracy of the alarm method can be improved, the reliability of alarm can be improved, the number of times of invalid alarm can be reduced, and the waste of police resources can be avoided.
Optionally, the alarm method based on the audio information further includes: judging whether the first conversion result or the second conversion result contains a preset keyword or not; and when the preset keywords are contained, generating corresponding alarm signals according to the preset keywords. Specifically, the preset keywords may be alarm signals such as 120, 110, or 119, and when the conversion result includes the keywords, the alarm system may be triggered to directly notify medical staff, police staff, or fire staff, etc. through the generated alarm signals.
