the output end of the first output pump (19) is connected with the third flow meter (20).
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the conduit mixing piping comprises: a liquid injection sub-pipe system and a mixing sub-pipe system;
the liquid injection sub-pipe system and the mixing sub-pipe system are connected with the buffer system together;
the mixing sub-pipe system is used for mixing the water and the acid from the liquid injection sub-pipe system and outputting the water and the acid to the buffer system.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the liquid injection subsystem comprises: a third liquid supply pump (24) and a fourth flow meter (25);
the third liquid supply pump (24) is connected with the fourth flowmeter (25);
the mixing sub-piping system comprising: a fourth liquid supply pump (26), a fifth flow meter (27), a second mixer (28), a liquid level control valve (29), and a second powder tank (30);
the fourth liquid supply pump (26) is connected to the fifth flow meter (27), one branch of the fourth flow meter (27) is connected to the level control valve (29), and the other branch is connected to the second mixer (28);
the second powder tank (30) is connected with the second mixer (28);
the second mixer (28) and the level control valve (29) are connected together to the buffer system.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the output system comprises: a second discharge pump (31), a sixth flow meter (32), a vertical acid tank (34), a set number of output valves, and a second suction header;
the input end of the second discharge pump (31) is connected with the buffer system, and the output end of the second discharge pump is sequentially connected with the sixth flowmeter (32) and the output valve;
the output valve is connected with the vertical acid tank (34);
the second suction header is connected to the buffer system.
