A special-shaped structure optical cable comprises a central reinforcement (1), a first protective layer (21) and a second protective layer (22) which are positioned outside the central reinforcement, a plurality of special-shaped protective layers (3) which are positioned outside the first protective layer and the second protective layer, and an outer sheath (5) which is positioned outside the special-shaped protective layers, wherein each special-shaped protective layer is of a sealed structure, an optical fiber cavity (31) is formed in each special-shaped protective layer, and a plurality of optical fibers (4) are arranged in each optical fiber cavity; the protective layer is characterized in that the first protective layer (21) is of a semicircular cylinder structure, one end surface of the first protective layer is provided with a first convex strip (211) which protrudes upwards, the other end surface of the first protective layer is provided with a second concave groove (212) which is recessed downwards, the second protective layer (22) is of a semicircular cylinder structure, one end surface of the second protective layer is provided with a first concave groove (221) which is recessed downwards, one end surface of the second protective layer is provided with a second convex strip (222) which protrudes upwards, the first convex strip (211) is embedded into the first concave groove (221), the second convex strip (222) is embedded into the second concave groove (212), the first protective layer and the second protective layer are spliced to form a complete cylindrical ring, the inner diameter of the first protective layer is equal to the inner diameter of the second protective layer, the outer diameter of the first protective layer is equal to the outer diameter of the second protective layer, and the inner edge of the special-, the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer is an arc cylindrical surface, the left edge and the right edge of the special-shaped protective layer are both planes, an arc column shaft of the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is superposed with an arc column shaft of the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the curvature of the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is equal to that of the special-shaped protective layer, the bending direction of the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is consistent with that of the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the central angle corresponding to the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is smaller than that of the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the left edge of the special-shaped protective layer is not parallel to the right edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the plane of the left edge of the special-shaped protective layer deviates from the central axis of the column body where the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is located, the plane, the lower edge straight line of the right edge of each special-shaped protective layer is positioned above a plane formed by the upper edge straight line of the right edge of each special-shaped protective layer and the central axis of a cylinder where the outer edge of each special-shaped protective layer is positioned, the special-shaped protective layers are arranged in the same direction, the outer edges of all the special-shaped protective layers are spliced into a cylindrical structure, the inner edge of each special-shaped protective layer is tightly attached to the outer wall of the first protective layer or the outer wall of the second protective layer, the upper edge of the left edge of each special-shaped protective layer is tightly attached to the upper edge of the right edge of the adjacent special-; and water-blocking ointment, water-blocking powder or water-blocking yarn is filled in the special-shaped protective layer.
2. A profile structured optical cable according to claim 1, wherein the material of the central strength member is steel or iron or aluminium tape glass fibre reinforced plastic or other plastics.

A profile structured optical cable according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the material of the profile protective layer is low density polyethylene or medium density polyethylene or high density polyethylene or low smoke zero halogen polyethylene or nylon or polyvinyl chloride or TPE elastomer or TPU elastomer or polypropylene or polybutylene terephthalate or nylon.

A profile structured optical cable according to claim 3, wherein the material of said outer sheath is low density polyethylene or medium density polyethylene or high density polyethylene or low smoke zero halogen polyethylene or nylon or polyvinyl chloride or TPE elastomer or TPU elastomer or polypropylene or polybutylene terephthalate.

A profile structure optical cable according to claim 4, wherein the material of the first protective layer is low density polyethylene or medium density polyethylene or high density polyethylene or low smoke zero halogen polyethylene or nylon or polyvinyl chloride or TPE elastomer or TPU elastomer or polypropylene or polybutylene terephthalate or nylon.

A profile structure optical cable according to claim 5, wherein the material of the second protective layer is low density polyethylene or medium density polyethylene or high density polyethylene or low smoke zero halogen polyethylene or nylon or polyvinyl chloride or TPE elastomer or TPU elastomer or polypropylene or polybutylene terephthalate or nylon.

A special-shaped structure cable is provided with a central reinforcement (1), a first protective layer (21) and a second protective layer (22) which are positioned outside the central reinforcement, a plurality of special-shaped protective layers (3) which are positioned outside the first protective layer and the second protective layer, and an outer sheath (5) which is positioned outside the special-shaped protective layers, wherein each special-shaped protective layer is of a sealed structure, each special-shaped protective layer is internally provided with a fiber cavity (31), and a conductor (6) is arranged in each fiber cavity; the protective layer is characterized in that the first protective layer (21) is of a semicircular cylinder structure, one end surface of the first protective layer is provided with a first convex strip (211) which protrudes upwards, the other end surface of the first protective layer is provided with a second concave groove (212) which is recessed downwards, the second protective layer (22) is of a semicircular cylinder structure, one end surface of the second protective layer is provided with a first concave groove (221) which is recessed downwards, one end surface of the second protective layer is provided with a second convex strip (222) which protrudes upwards, the first convex strip (211) is embedded into the first concave groove (221), the second convex strip (222) is embedded into the second concave groove (212), the first protective layer and the second protective layer are spliced to form a complete cylindrical ring, the inner diameter of the first protective layer is equal to the inner diameter of the second protective layer, the outer diameter of the first protective layer is equal to the outer diameter of the second protective layer, and the inner edge of the special-, the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer is an arc cylindrical surface, the left edge and the right edge of the special-shaped protective layer are both planes, an arc column shaft of the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is superposed with an arc column shaft of the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the curvature of the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is equal to that of the special-shaped protective layer, the bending direction of the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is consistent with that of the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the central angle corresponding to the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is smaller than that of the outer edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the left edge of the special-shaped protective layer is not parallel to the right edge of the special-shaped protective layer, the plane of the left edge of the special-shaped protective layer deviates from the central axis of the column body where the inner edge of the special-shaped protective layer is located, the plane, the lower edge straight line of the right edge of each special-shaped protective layer is positioned above a plane formed by the upper edge straight line of the right edge of each special-shaped protective layer and the central axis of a cylinder where the outer edge of each special-shaped protective layer is positioned, the special-shaped protective layers are arranged in the same direction, the outer edges of all the special-shaped protective layers are spliced into a cylindrical structure, the inner edge of each special-shaped protective layer is tightly attached to the outer wall of the first protective layer or the outer wall of the second protective layer, the upper edge of the left edge of each special-shaped protective layer is tightly attached to the upper edge of the right edge of the adjacent special-; the special-shaped protective layers have mutually distinguishable colors.
8. A profile cable according to claim 7, wherein the material of the central strength member is steel or iron or aluminium tape glass fibre reinforced plastics or other plastics.
9. A profile structured cable according to claim 7 or claim 8, wherein the material of the conductor is copper or aluminium or an alloy.

A profile structure cable according to claim 9, wherein the material of said outer sheath is low density polyethylene or medium density polyethylene or high density polyethylene or low smoke zero halogen polyethylene or nylon or polyvinyl chloride or TPE elastomer or TPU elastomer or polypropylene or polybutylene terephthalate.
