In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the sprayable wiping collecting box structure 9 includes a water tank 91, a partition plate 92, a discharge pipe 93, a self-priming pump 94, an L-shaped delivery pipe 95, a flushing pipe 96, a support frame 97 and a wiping roller 98, wherein the partition plate 92 is bolted to the middle position of the inner wall of the water tank 91; the discharge pipe 93 is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower part of the left side of the water tank 91; the self-sucking pump 94 is bolted at the right side position in the middle of the bottom end in the water tank 91; the right side of the lower end of the L-shaped conveying pipe 95 is in threaded connection with the upper part of the left side of the self-sucking pump 94; the upper end of the L-shaped delivery pipe 95 is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower end of the flushing pipe 96; the lower end of the supporting frame 97 is connected with the middle position of the left side of the upper end of the water tank 91 through a bolt; the wiping roller 98 is coupled to the middle position inside the upper side of the supporting frame 97; after the workpiece is sprayed, the PLC18 controls the self-sucking pump 94 to start working, water filled in the water tank 91 at the right side is conveyed to the upper ends of the L-shaped conveying pipe 95 and the flushing pipe 96, then the water is sprayed at the lower end of the conveying belt 16 through the water spraying head arranged at the upper end of the flushing pipe 96 to perform flushing work, the conveying belt 16 after being flushed is wiped through the wiping roller 98, the conveying belt 16 is conveniently flushed in the spraying process, and then intelligent spraying and co-working of parts are completed.

Principle of operation
In the invention, when in work, the working frame 1 is placed at a proper position, then an external power supply is connected by using an external lead, a power switch 19 is turned on, a PLC18 controls a transmission motor 10 to start working, a driving roller 11 rotates, then a conveyor belt 16 is in transmission connection with a driven roller 12, a workpiece is placed on the left side of the upper end of the conveyor belt 16, an infrared sensor 13 transmits a signal to a PLC18, an external spraying device is controlled by the PLC18 to transmit a material to be sprayed to a connecting pipe 63, the material is sprayed on the surface of the workpiece placed on the left side of the upper end of the conveyor belt 16 through a spraying pipe 64 and a spray head 65 to finish the spraying work, after the workpiece is sprayed, the conveyor belt 16 drives the workpiece to move towards the right side, a drying pipe 74 and a direct current fan 76 are controlled by the PLC18 to start working, the direct current fan 76 blows heated air around the drying pipe 74 towards the, prevents the spraying quality of the workpiece from being damaged in the process of collecting the workpiece, after the workpiece is dried, the conveyor belt 16 drives the workpiece to move to the right side of the upper end of the working frame 1, the workpiece moves to the upper end of the collecting frame 81, the guide roller 84 slides the workpiece on the upper end of the collection frame 81, the workpiece slides to the right side of the upper end of the collection frame 81, the anti-falling plate 85 prevents the workpiece from falling off to influence the workpiece collection work, after the workpiece is sprayed, the PLC18 controls the self-priming pump 94 to start working, the water filled in the right side of the water tank 91 is conveyed to the upper ends of the L-shaped conveying pipe 95 and the flushing pipe 96, then, water is sprayed to the lower end of the conveyor belt 16 through a water spray head provided at the upper end of the washing pipe 96 to perform washing work, the conveying belt 16 after being washed is wiped by the wiping roller 98, so that the conveying belt 16 can be conveniently washed in the spraying process, and further, the intelligent spraying of parts can be realized.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent automobile part spraying production system is characterized by comprising a working frame (1), supporting legs (2), a first connecting plate (3), a supporting rod (4), a baffle plate (5), an adjustable spraying pipe structure (6), a filtering heating blow-drying box structure (7), a sheltering collecting frame structure (8), a sprayable wiping collecting box structure (9), a transmission motor (10), a driving roller (11), a driven roller (12), an infrared sensor (13), a proximity switch (14), a wing-shaped bolt (15), a conveying belt (16), a control box (17), a PLC (18) and a power switch (19), wherein the upper ends of the supporting legs (2) are respectively bolted at four corners of the lower end of the working frame (1); the first connecting plate (3) is connected to the lower part between the supporting legs (2) through bolts; the lower end of the supporting rod (4) is sequentially bolted to the upper end of the working frame (1) from left to right; the upper end of the supporting rod (4) is sequentially bolted to the lower end of the baffle plate (5) from left to right; the adjustable spraying pipe structure (6) is arranged on the right side of the shielding plate (5); the filterable heating blow-drying box structure (7) is arranged on the left side of the baffle plate (5); the shelterable collecting frame structure (8) is arranged on the right side of the working frame (1); the spraying and wiping collecting box structure (9) is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the first connecting plate (3); the transmission motor (10) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the front surface of the working frame (1) through a bolt; the driving roller (11) is arranged in the middle of the inner part of the left side of the working frame (1); the driving roller (11) is connected to an output shaft of the transmission motor (10) in a key mode; the driven roller (12) is coupled to the middle position inside the left side of the working frame (1) in a shaft mode; the infrared sensor (13) is connected to the lower part of the left side of the support rod (4) through a screw; the proximity switch (14) is connected to the lower part of the right side of the support rod (4) through a screw; the wing-shaped bolts (15) are respectively in threaded connection with the right side of the front surface of the shielding plate (5); the driving roller (11) is in transmission connection with the driven roller (12) through a conveying belt (16); the control box (17) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the supporting leg (2) through a bolt; the PLC (18) is connected to the middle position of the upper part of the front surface of the control box (17) through a screw; the power switch (19) is connected to the middle position of the lower part of the front surface of the control box (17) through a screw; the adjustable spray pipe structure (6) comprises a first fixing rod (61), a sleeve pipe (62), a connecting pipe (63), a spray pipe (64) and a spray head (65), wherein the lower end of the first fixing rod (61) is welded in the middle of the upper end of the sleeve pipe (62); the right end of the connecting pipe (63) penetrates through the sleeve pipe (62) respectively; the upper end of the spraying pipe (64) is sequentially welded to the right side of the lower end of the connecting pipe (63) from left to right; the spray heads (65) are respectively in threaded connection with the middle position inside the lower side of the spraying pipe (64).

The intelligent automobile part spraying production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filterable heating and drying box structure (7) comprises a drying box (71), a filter screen (72), a socket (73), a drying pipe (74), a second fixing rod (75) and a direct current fan (76), wherein the filter screen (72) is in screwed connection with the upper part of the inner wall of the drying box (71); the plug sockets (73) are respectively connected to the middle positions of the inner walls of the drying boxes (71) through bolts; the drying pipe (74) is inserted between the inserting seats (73); the second fixing rod (75) is connected to the lower part of the inner wall of the drying box (71) through bolts; the direct current fan (76) is sequentially bolted between the second fixing rods (75) from left to right.

The intelligent automobile part spraying production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shelterable collecting rack structure (8) comprises a collecting rack (81), a second connecting plate (82), a square head bolt (83), a guide roller (84) and an anti-dropping plate (85), wherein the left side of the collecting rack (81) is welded on the upper portion of the right side of the second connecting plate (82); the square-head bolts (83) respectively penetrate through the middle position inside the lower side of the second connecting plate (82); the guide rollers (84) are sequentially pivoted at the middle position inside the collecting rack (81) from left to right; the lower end of the anti-falling plate (85) is connected to the right side of the upper end of the collecting frame (81) through a bolt.

The intelligent automobile part painting production system according to claim 1, wherein the sprayable wiping collection tank structure (9) comprises a water tank (91), a partition plate (92), a discharge pipe (93), a self-priming pump (94), an L-shaped delivery pipe (95), a flushing pipe (96), a support frame (97) and a wiping roller (98), wherein the partition plate (92) is bolted to the middle position of the inner wall of the water tank (91); the discharge pipe (93) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower part of the left side of the water tank (91); the self-sucking pump (94) is connected to the right side position in the middle of the bottom end in the water tank (91) through a bolt; the right side of the lower end of the L-shaped conveying pipe (95) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the left side of the self-sucking pump (94); the upper end of the L-shaped conveying pipe (95) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower end of the flushing pipe (96); the lower end of the supporting frame (97) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the upper end of the water tank (91) through a bolt; the wiping roller (98) is coupled at the middle position inside the upper side of the support frame (97).

The intelligent automobile part spray coating production system according to claim 1, wherein the infrared sensor (13) is arranged in front of the upper left corner of the working frame (1); the device is arranged in front of the upper right corner of the working frame (1); the control box (17) is arranged at the left lower corner of the working frame (1); the shielding plate (5) is made of a stainless steel plate.

The intelligent automobile part spraying production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting pipe (63) is a stainless steel pipe with one end sealed; the connecting pipe (63) is communicated with the spraying pipe (64); the other end of the connecting pipe (63) is connected with spraying equipment.

The intelligent automobile part spraying production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper ends of the first fixing rods (61) respectively penetrate through the middle position of the left inner part of the shielding plate (5); the connecting pipe (63) is arranged in the middle of the left side of the lower end of the shielding plate (5).
8. The intelligent automobile part spray coating production system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filter screen (72) is made of stainless steel mesh; the drying box (71) is a stainless steel box with upper and lower ends without bottoms; the second fixing rod (75) adopts a stainless steel box.
