Abstract
The invention discloses an electric box of an automobile engine cabin, which comprises an electric box body (2) and an electric box upper cover (1); the electrical box body (2) is internally provided with a hard-wire type module (4) and a PCB type module (3). By adopting the technical scheme, the advantages of the two electric appliance boxes, namely the hard-wire type electric appliance box and the PCB type electric appliance box, are integrated, so that the temperature rise control is facilitated, the wiring harness routing and the miniaturization design are facilitated, and the cost is lower than that of the PCB type electric appliance box; the wire harness switching outside the electrical box is reduced, the weight of the electrical box is reduced, and the total system cost of the electrical box and the wire harness is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of connection of power supplies and electrical appliances of automobiles. More particularly, the present invention relates to an electrical box for an automotive engine compartment.
Background
The electrical box is mainly used for distributing automobile power, providing fuses and drives for a load loop of the whole automobile and carrying out centralized management on the fuses and the drives.
At present, an electrical box used in an automobile is of a hard-wire type structure or a PCB type structure. The components (fuses, relays) of the hard-wired electrical box are directly connected to the harness terminals or bus bars, and thus to the harness. The components and parts of the PCB type electrical box are connected with the terminals of the PCB firstly, and then are connected to the wiring harness connector through the PCB loop, so that the wiring harness is connected.
Generally, only one of the two structures is adopted in the design of the electric box in the engine compartment of the automobile, and the structure is either a hard-wire structure or a PCB structure.
The independent hard-wired electrical box is inconvenient to assemble, low in automation degree and inconvenient in wiring harness switching, but is easy to control the temperature rise of a heavy-current load, good in heat dissipation and relatively low in cost under the general condition. The independent PCB type electric appliance box has the advantages that for heavy current load, temperature rise is not easy to control, materials are relatively more, weight is large, cost is relatively higher, switching can be provided for wiring harnesses, and miniaturization design is facilitated.
Existing patent documents were retrieved:
1. a hybrid electrical box (CN 105228387A);
2. a center electrical box (CN109572599A) for an automobile;
3. a central electrical box (CN205231288U) adopting a tuning fork terminal design;
4. an automobile central electrical box (CN 302888317S);
5. a novel automobile central electric box device (CN 202282924U).
The technical solutions provided in the above patent documents were analyzed and learned that: if the engine compartment uses a hard-wired electrical box, in order to facilitate the assembly of the wiring harness, part of the functions are generally moved to the electrical box of the passenger compartment, and the functions are reduced. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the wiring harness switching, a waterproof switching plug-in unit is generally added at the joint of an engine compartment wiring harness (a hard-wire type electrical box is attached to the wiring harness) and a passenger compartment wiring harness, but when the function is transferred to the passenger compartment electrical box, relay sound can occur in the passenger compartment, the length of the wiring harness of a part of load circuits can be increased, and the cost is increased. If the engine compartment uses the PCB type electrical box, the number of layers and thickness of the PCB board are generally increased in order to control the temperature rise of the electrical box, but this may result in an increase in the weight and cost of the electrical box.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an electric box in an automobile engine cabin, and aims to integrate the advantages of two electric box structures of a hard wire type and a PCB type.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention discloses an electric box of an automobile engine cabin, which comprises an electric box body and an electric box upper cover, wherein a hard-wire type module and a PCB type module are arranged in the electric box body.
The hard-wire type module adopts a plug-in fuse and a plug-in relay of the hard-wire type module for supplying a large-current load, and is directly connected with a wire harness of an engine compartment.
In the hard-wire module, a wiring harness terminal is inserted and clamped in a terminal clamping hole of an electrical box body; hard-line module cartridge formula fuse and cartridge formula relay insert on the electrical apparatus box body to the terminal and the pencil terminal pair of hard-line module cartridge formula fuse and cartridge formula relay are connected.
The PCB type module provides a PCB type module small fuse and a PCB type relay for a low current load, and is connected with a passenger cabin wiring harness and an engine cabin wiring harness through plug-in components.
In the PCB type module, a PCB is fixed in the middle of a PCB protection shell, and a safety terminal, a loop leading-out terminal and a PCB type relay are welded on the PCB; the PCB module small fuse is inserted on the fuse terminal, and the loop leading-out terminal is connected with the wiring harness terminal through the connector.
The total power supply of the PCB is introduced through a B + power supply copper bar.
The PCB type module is connected to the electric appliance box body in a clamping mode through the PCB protective shell, and the electric appliance box body is provided with a hard-line type module and a switching plug-in fixing module which are formed by integral injection molding of a mold.
The switching plug-in fixing module is provided with a plug-in clamping and fixing structure; when the wiring harness is assembled, the switching plug-in is fixed on the clamping and fixing structure.
The upper cover of the electrical box is clamped on the body of the electrical box through the clamping hook.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention integrates the advantages of the two electric appliance boxes, namely the hard-wire type electric appliance box and the PCB type electric appliance box, is beneficial to temperature rise control, wiring harness routing and miniaturization design, and has lower cost than the PCB type electric appliance box; the wire harness switching outside the electrical box is reduced, the weight of the electrical box is reduced, and the total system cost of the electrical box and the wire harness is saved.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given in order to provide those skilled in the art with a more complete, accurate and thorough understanding of the inventive concept and technical solutions of the present invention.
The structure of the invention as shown in fig. 1 to 4 is an electrical box in an automobile engine compartment, which comprises an electrical box body 2 and an electrical box upper cover 1.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, overcome the defects and realize the purpose of integrating the advantages of two electrical box structures of a hard wire type and a PCB type, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
as shown in fig. 2, in the electrical box in the engine compartment of the automobile of the present invention, a hard-line module 4 and a PCB module 3 are disposed in the electrical box body 2.
The invention relates to an electric box of an automobile engine cabin, which mainly comprises a hard-line module 4 of a hard-line structure for fixing a component terminal, a PCB module 3 of a PCB structure and a wiring harness adapter plug fixed module. The wiring harness adapter plug-in fixing module is provided with an adapter plug-in fixing clamping hook 16.
The invention integrates the advantages of two electric appliance boxes of a hard wire type and a PCB type, realizes the two structures on one electric appliance box, is beneficial to temperature rise control, wiring harness routing and miniaturization design, and has better cost than the PCB type electric appliance box. The wire harness switching outside the electrical box is reduced, the weight of the electrical box is reduced, and the total system cost of the electrical box and the wire harness is saved.
The hard-wire module 4 is provided with a hard-wire module plug-in fuse 13 and a plug-in relay 14 for a large-current load and is directly connected with a wiring harness of an engine compartment. I.e., the hardwired structural module provides fuses and relays to high current loads.
A wire harness terminal clamping structure 15 is arranged in the hard wire type module 4, and the wire harness terminal is inserted and clamped in a terminal clamping hole of the electrical box body 2; hard-line module plug-in type fuse 13 and plug-in type relay 14 insert on electrical apparatus box body 2 to hard-line module plug-in type fuse 13 and plug-in type relay 14's terminal and pencil terminal pair are connected.
The PCB type module 3 provides a PCB type module small fuse 6 and a PCB type relay 9 for a small current load, and is connected with a passenger cabin wiring harness and an engine cabin wiring harness through plug-in components. Namely, the PCB-type module provides fuses and relays to a low current load using miniaturized fuses and PCB-type relays.
In the PCB type module 3, a PCB 10 is fixed in the middle of a PCB protection shell 12, and elements such as a safety terminal 7, a loop leading-out terminal 8 and a PCB type relay 9 are welded on the PCB 10; the PCB module small fuse 6 is inserted on the fuse terminal 7, and the loop leading-out terminal 8 is connected with the wiring harness terminal through a connector.
The total power supply of the PCB 10 is introduced through the B + power supply copper bar 11.
The switching plug-in fixing module 5 is provided with a plug-in clamping and fixing structure; when the wiring harness is assembled, the switching plug-in is fixed on the clamping and fixing structure.
In practical application, the upper cover 1 of the electrical box is clamped on the body 2 of the electrical box through the clamping hook. The appearance of the electrical box is determined by the arrangement space of the engine compartment of the whole vehicle.
The electrical box body 2 mainly comprises a PCB type module 3, a hard wire type module 4 and a switching plug-in fixing module 5.
The electrical box is provided with a clamping structure for fixing the switching plug-in unit, so that wiring of the wiring harness is facilitated.
The electrical box is attached to the wiring harness of the engine compartment and is connected to the wiring harness of the passenger compartment by means of the connector of the PCB module 3.
When the engine compartment electric box is used in the whole vehicle:
the PCB type module small fuse 6 and the PCB type relay 9 are placed on the PCB type module 3, and current is led to a PCB board 10 through a B + power supply copper bar 11 from the power connection of the storage battery. The current is divided into each fuse and relay loop through the loop of the PCB 10, and finally the current is connected with a wiring harness terminal through a connector through a leading-out terminal 8 in the loop, and finally the current is transmitted to each load through the wiring harness;
the plug-in type fuse 13 and the plug-in type relay 14 of the hard wire type module are placed on the hard wire type module 4, electricity coming from a storage battery or a load module through a wire harness is led into terminals of the plug-in type fuse 13 and the plug-in type relay 14 of the hard wire type module from wire harness terminals, current is led into the wire harness terminals from output terminals of the plug-in type fuse 13 and the plug-in type relay 14 of the hard wire type module, and finally the current is conveyed to each load through the wire harness.
Some of the patch panels of the wiring harness in the front compartment are fixed to the patch panel fixing module 5 of the electrical box.
Since the electrical box is already waterproof by the electrical box upper cover 1, the connectors do not need to be reused when placed in the electrical box.
The invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is obvious that the invention is not limited to the specific implementation in the above-described manner, and it is within the scope of the invention to apply the inventive concept and solution to other applications without substantial modification.
