Abstract
A gel composition for cigarettes comprises 50-97 wt% of gel matrix and 3-50 wt% of essence solution; the gel matrix comprises the following components: 36-81 parts of polyethylene glycol material; 24-48 parts of stearic acid; 2-9 parts of tea polysaccharide; 0.8-1 part by weight of malic acid; and 0.7-1.1 parts by weight of citric acid.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of essences, and particularly relates to a gel for cigarettes and a tobacco product.
Background
The essence and spice can cover the defects of the tobacco, improve the fragrance and the taste of the tobacco and improve the physical performance of the tobacco in the cigarette, and can endow the cigarette with unique taste and style and realize quality differentiation. The method has the advantages that the aroma quality of cigarette smoking is stabilized, the formation of cigarette style and quality is greatly influenced, and the method is also the key for highlighting and propagating the style characteristics of cigarette brands and expanding and developing the cigarette brands. At present, essence and spice are mainly added into tobacco shreds, the cigarette fragrance is increased by burning the essence and spice along with the tobacco shreds in the smoking process, or essence particles or essence capsules are directly added into cigarette filter sticks to increase the fragrance, but the cigarette fragrance increasing methods generally have the defects of uneven fragrance release, short storage time, poor compatibility with smoke, heavy miscellaneous gas and the like, and the fragrance improving effect is not ideal.
The gel is a good perfume-locking material, the melted glue solution is mixed with essence, and the gel can lock the essence after the normal temperature is recovered. The gel containing the essence is added into the cigarette filter stick, and when a consumer smokes the cigarette, the gel in the cigarette filter stick is melted into liquid under the influence of the smoke temperature, so that the aroma of the essence is released. However, researches find that the cigarette products added with the essence-containing gel in the existing cigarette filter stick generally have the problems of heavy oil smell, inconsistent cigarette fragrance, poor smoking taste and the like during smoking.
Therefore, there is a need for a gel composition for cigarettes for use in cigarette filter rods that improves the sensory quality of cigarette smoking.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventor finds that the addition of tea polysaccharide: malic acid: 2-9% of citric acid: 0.5-1.2: 0.7-1.2' of flavoring agent, wherein the flavoring additive has a coordinated sweet and sour feeling and can effectively eliminate the smell of oil in the gel for cigarettes. The cigarette gel containing the flavoring agent is used for tobacco products, and can reduce smoke irritation and make smoke have sweet and moist feeling.
Furthermore, the cigarette gel containing the flavoring agent preferably contains the ice-feeling matcha flavor, the cigarette gel with the coordinated sweet and sour feeling is matched with the ice-feeling matcha flavor, the layering sense of the ice-feeling matcha flavor is effectively enhanced and enriched, smoke has pleasant 'ice feeling' and obvious 'matcha flavor', and the excellent taste and smell enjoyment is brought to consumers.
The invention relates to a gel composition for cigarettes, which comprises 50-97 wt% (such as 60-80 wt%, such as 70-90 wt%, such as 55-97%) of a gel matrix and 3-50 wt% (such as 3-45%, such as 20-40 wt%, such as 10-30 wt%) of a essence solution;
the gel matrix comprises the following components:

Therefore, the gel not only can be used as a storage carrying substance of essence, but also has the functions of beautifying the filter stick and preventing counterfeiting.
In some embodiments, the gel composition for cigarette contains 3 to 50 wt% of the ice-sensitive green tea flavor solution. If the proportion of the essence is too high, the coagulation performance of the flavored gel is poor, and if the proportion of the essence is too low, the content of effective aroma components added into the filter stick is low, and the aroma concentration required by the design cannot be achieved.
In some aspects, there is provided a method of preparing a gel comprising the steps of:
(1) heating and melting a polyethylene glycol material and stearic acid according to the formula of the gel composition for the cigarettes, and mixing to obtain a mixture;
optionally, propylene glycol is also added;
(2) citric acid, malic acid, tea polysaccharide and a perfume solution were added to the mixture.
In some embodiments, the flavor solution is an ice-feel matcha flavor solution.
In some aspects, there is provided a method of preparing the above ice-feeling matcha flavor gel, comprising the steps of:
1) according to the formula of the ice-feeling matcha essence, the menthol, the peru extract, the tea spirane and the Tieguanyin tea essential oil are put into a closed container, water is added, the container is placed on an ultrasonic oscillator, and ultrasonic treatment is carried out under the condition of water bath at 6-10 ℃ until all the components are uniformly mixed;
2) and adding the rest formula components in the formula into the product obtained in the last step, and stirring uniformly under the water bath condition of 5-10 ℃ to obtain the ice taste matcha flavor essence solution.
In some aspects, there is provided the use of the above-described gel composition for use in the preparation of a tobacco product (e.g., a filter portion of a cigarette).
In some aspects, a filter rod for tobacco products is provided, wherein the gel composition for the cigarette is arranged in the filter rod
In some embodiments, the gel composition for cigarettes is in the form of a strip, the strip of gel composition is located within the filter rod, and the length direction of the strip of gel composition is parallel to the length direction of the filter rod.
In some aspects, there is provided a method of making a filter rod as described above, comprising the steps of:
according to the composition formula of the gel matrix, mixing the raw materials, heating to melt, adding the ice-feeling matcha flavor to obtain a flowing gel composition for the cigarettes;
in the process of rolling the filter stick, injecting a flowing gel composition for cigarettes into the center of the filter stick, so that the flowing gel is solidified in the filter stick to form solid strip-shaped gel, wherein the length direction of the gel is parallel to the length direction of the filter stick.
In some embodiments, the method of making a filter rod comprises: heating the gel to 50-100 ℃, completely melting the gel, slowly adding the ice-feeling green tea essence, uniformly stirring under a sealed condition, connecting the gel with a horn mouth of a filter stick forming machine through gel fragrance injection equipment, and adding the flavored gel into the filter stick in the filter stick forming process.

In some embodiments, the solidified gel accounts for 5-10% of the total cross section of the filter stick, too low a proportion can result in too low injected gel aroma substances, and too high a proportion can result in too high suction resistance of the filter stick.
In some embodiments, the gel-containing filter rod has a diameter of 4.50 to 7.70mm and a pressure drop of 2550 and 4050 Pa.
In some embodiments, the effective amount of ice-sensitive green tea flavor added to a single filter rod is from 5mg to 30 mg.
In some embodiments, the material of the filter rod is selected from one or more of a cellulose acetate filter rod, a polylactic acid fiber (PLA) filter rod or a polypropylene filter rod.
