Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
In the prior art, due to overhigh water temperature or overhigh rotating speed of a clothes treatment device in the washing process of clothes, the clothes are faded after being washed for many times, and the original color of the clothes is lost. At the moment, the user can prevent the clothes from fading to a certain extent by manually adjusting the rotating speed of the inner barrel and the water temperature in the barrel, and the color protection effect is achieved. However, in the actual use process, the clothes may be dyed or faded in the washing process due to the fact that the user has no color protection habit or insufficient judgment experience on whether the clothes need color protection, at this time, the clothes treatment device can perform dyeing early warning, and the user needs to take out the clothes and put the clothes in again after the early warning, so that the operation mode of the user is inconvenient, and the user experience is poor.
Aiming at the phenomenon that clothes fade after being washed for many times in the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides a washing control method, whether the clothes with clothes need color protection or not is determined by collecting and analyzing a plurality of images with clothes to be washed, then, a corresponding color protection washing mode is automatically started, and the whole washing process does not need user intervention.
The washing control method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a washing control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing control method includes the steps of:
Since the laundry may be entangled with each other when placed in the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus, some of the laundry is wrapped by other laundry and cannot be seen, and at this time, if an image of the laundry is captured, the obtained image may not completely include the laundry. Therefore, after the clothes are placed in the clothes treatment device, the motor is controlled to rotate at least once to drive the washing barrel to move, and the clothes to be washed can be seen completely through the shaking, overturning, stirring and other modes of the washing barrel.
It should be noted that, in order to improve the accuracy of clothes identification, the movement of the washing tub may be controlled for multiple times to obtain multiple clothes to be washed in different forms.
After the washing barrel stops moving and reaches a static state, imaging is carried out on clothes to be washed through imaging equipment so as to acquire at least one frame of image, and then preprocessing is carried out on the acquired image so as to improve the image quality. Wherein the pre-processing comprises at least one or more of a combination of image smoothing, image sharpening, histogram equalization, and color enhancement. Which preprocessing operations are specifically performed depends on the actual situation of the acquired image.
The image smoothing treatment is treatment for enabling the brightness of the collected image to tend to be smooth, so that the abrupt change gradient of the brightness of the image is reduced, and the image quality is improved; the image sharpening is to enhance the edge of an image and a part with gray level jump by compensating the outline of the image so as to make the image clear; the histogram equalization is to adjust the contrast by using an image histogram; color enhancement is the process of color enhancing the captured image.
Specifically, after the image of the clothes to be washed is collected, the collected image is preprocessed, then the clothes are identified according to the preprocessed image, a background image area and an image area of the clothes to be washed are framed according to a deep learning inference model, and the image area displaying the clothes to be washed is obtained, so that the image area is analyzed to judge whether the clothes to be washed need color protection.
The deep learning inference model obtaining method comprises the following steps: firstly, a large number of clothes images containing various backgrounds are obtained, clothes image areas and background image areas are selected for each clothes image, the clothes image areas are labeled, and then a deep learning inference model is obtained through training through a neural network or a deep learning algorithm. .
Specifically, after the image area with the washed clothes is displayed is obtained, the color information of each image unit in the image area is continuously acquired. The color information refers to color information displayed by each image unit.
In one possible implementation, color information corresponding to each pixel point in the image region is obtained.
And 103, determining the proportion of the image unit with the color information meeting the preset condition in the image area.
In a possible implementation manner, assuming that the obtained image area displaying the clothes to be washed is only one frame, determining the total number of image units contained in the image area, and then determining the number of image units of which the color information meets the preset condition; and finally, determining the proportion of the image units with the color information meeting the preset conditions in the image area according to the number of the image units meeting the preset conditions and the total number of the contained image units. The image unit meeting the preset condition means that the color information in the image unit meets the color protection condition.
In another possible implementation manner, assuming that the acquired image area displaying the clothes to be washed has multiple frames, the total number of image units included in the image area displaying the clothes to be washed is determined for each frame of image acquired, the number of image units of which the color information meets the preset condition is determined for each frame of image, and finally, the proportion of the image units of which the color information meets the preset condition in the image area is determined according to the sum of the number of the image units meeting the preset condition in each frame of image and the sum of the total number of the image units included in each frame of image.
As an example, for the laundry to be washed in the washing tub, three frames of images are collected to show the image area of the laundry to be washed, and the total number of contained image units is determined to be A, B, C respectively; the number of the image units meeting the preset conditions in each frame of image is a, b and c respectively; thus, it can be determined that the ratio of image units whose color information meets the preset condition in the image area is (a + B + C)/(a + B + C).
And step 104, determining whether a preset color protection washing mode is adopted for washing control according to the proportion.
Specifically, whether the washing control is performed by adopting a preset color protection washing mode is judged according to the ratio of the image unit with the determined color information meeting the preset condition in the image area.
Wherein, the washing control refers to the operations of washing, rinsing, drying and the like of the clothes to be washed.
As a possible implementation manner, when the ratio of the image unit in the image area, of which the determined color information meets the preset condition, is greater than the preset threshold, the laundry in the washing tub is subjected to washing control by adopting a preset color protection washing mode. The preset threshold is a value preset for judging whether the clothes to be washed need color protection according to the ratio of the image unit with the color information meeting the preset condition in the image area.
As another possible implementation manner, when the ratio of the image unit in the image area, of which the determined color information meets the preset condition, is smaller than the preset threshold, the laundry to be washed in the washing tub is not washed in the color protection washing mode, and is washed in the normal washing mode.
It should be noted that too high water temperature or too high rotation speed in the washing tub may result in the laundry fading. Accordingly, the color protection washing mode includes a washing mode in which the color of the laundry is prevented to some extent by lowering the water temperature or adjusting the rotation speed of the washing tub.
According to the washing control method, the image area displaying the clothes to be washed is obtained by identifying the clothes of the collected image, the color information of each image unit in the image area is obtained, the proportion of the image unit with the color information meeting the preset conditions in the image area is determined, and finally whether the preset color protection washing mode is adopted for washing control is determined according to the proportion. According to the method, the images of the clothes to be washed are collected, whether the clothes to be washed need color protection or not is automatically judged, and then the washing mode is switched, so that the technical problems that the operation steps are complicated and the color of the clothes is dark after the clothes are washed for multiple times in the prior art are solved, the purposes of simplifying user operation, improving user experience and realizing the color protection washing process without user intervention are achieved.
As another possible implementation manner, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, referring to fig. 2, step 103 may further include the following steps:
Here, the saturation refers to the degree of vividness of the color of the image, that is, the purity of the color. For example, pure blue, pure red, pure green, etc. are all at high saturation, while grey blue, rose red, grass green, etc. are at low saturation. The brightness refers to the brightness of the color.
In this embodiment, the image unit may be a pixel point, or a pixel unit formed by several adjacent pixel points with the same or similar saturation or brightness.
Specifically, after the color information of each image unit in the image area displaying the clothes to be washed is acquired, the color information of the red, green and blue RGB color mode is converted into the color information of the chroma saturation brightness HSB color mode for each image unit in the image area, and then the saturation and brightness of each pixel point or pixel unit in each image unit are acquired.
It should be noted that, the RGB color scheme represents colors composed of three primary colors, and different colors are combined by the difference of three color components of red, green, and blue. For example, a mixture of 100% red and 100% green may result in yellow, and a superposition of three colors, red, green, and blue, may result in white. The HSB color mode is to express colors by chroma (Hue), Saturation (Saturation), and Brightness (Brightness).
As an example, the color information of the RGB color mode may be converted into the color information of the chroma saturation luminance HSB color mode by the following conversion formula.
B=max
In the above formula, max and min are the maximum color component value and the minimum color component value, respectively; r, g, b represent chromaticity as 0 degree, 120 degree and 240 degree. The color information of the RGB color mode can be converted into the color information of the chroma saturation brightness HSB color mode through the formula.
Specifically, it is further determined whether the saturation and brightness of each image unit meet preset conditions according to the saturation and brightness of each image unit in the image region acquired in step 201.
When the saturation is greater than the threshold saturation and the brightness is less than the threshold brightness in each image unit, the saturation and the brightness of the corresponding image unit can be determined to meet the preset conditions.
Specifically, the number of image units meeting the preset condition is counted according to the saturation and brightness of each image unit in the image area and the preset condition.
Specifically, the ratio of the number of the image units meeting the preset condition and the total number of the image units contained in the image area is calculated according to the counted number of the image units meeting the preset condition, so that the image unit ratio can be determined.
As an example, when there are a plurality of images of the laundry in the washing tub, it is determined whether the laundry in each image needs to be color-protected, and the results are combined for a plurality of times to determine whether the laundry in one tub needs to be color-protected. If the three images are provided, determining that the total number of the pixel points contained in the three images showing the clothes to be washed is A, B, C respectively; the number of pixel points which accord with the color protection condition in each frame of image is a, b and c respectively; therefore, the ratio of all the pixel points in the collected to-be-washed clothes image area of the pixel points meeting the color protection condition can be determined to be (a + B + C)/(A + B + C).
Then, according to whether the pixel point proportion is larger than a preset threshold or not, if the pixel point proportion is larger than the preset threshold, color protection washing is needed to be carried out on the clothes to be washed in the washing barrel; and if the pixel point ratio is smaller than the preset threshold value, the clothes to be washed in the washing barrel are not subjected to color protection washing.
According to the washing control method, the saturation and the brightness of each image unit in the image area are determined according to the color information of each image unit, whether the saturation and the brightness of each image unit meet the preset conditions or not is judged, the number of the image units meeting the preset conditions is counted, and finally the image unit occupation ratio is determined according to the number of the image units meeting the preset conditions and the total number of the image units contained in the image area. Therefore, the number of the image units meeting the preset condition is counted through the saturation and the brightness of each image unit in the image area, and whether the clothes to be washed need color protection washing or not is judged according to the determined image unit proportion, so that the washing process of automatically protecting the color can be completed without user intervention.
As an example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of determining whether the laundry needs to be color-protected according to a single image. The specific washing control method comprises the following steps:
Specifically, the acquired image of the laundry to be washed is preprocessed to improve the image quality.
Wherein the pre-processing comprises at least one or more of a combination of image smoothing, image sharpening, histogram equalization, and color enhancement. Which preprocessing operations are specifically performed depends on the actual situation of the acquired image.
And 303, selecting an image area showing the clothes to be washed through the deep learning inference model frame obtained by training.
Specifically, after the acquired image of the clothes to be washed is preprocessed, a background image area and an image area of the clothes to be washed are framed according to a deep learning inference model, an image area displaying the clothes to be washed is obtained, the image area displaying the clothes to be washed is analyzed, and whether the clothes to be washed need color protection or not is judged.
In this embodiment, the method for converting the color information of the RGB color mode into the color information of the HSB color mode for each pixel point in the image area displaying the clothes to be washed is as described in step 201 of the above embodiment, and is not repeated herein.
And 305, judging whether each pixel point meets the color protection condition in the HSB color space.
The color protection condition means that the saturation of each pixel point is greater than St or the brightness is less than Bt, preferably, St is Smax 0.4, Bt is Bmax 0.5. Smax is the maximum value in image saturation; bmax is the maximum value in the image brightness.
Specifically, whether each pixel meets the color protection condition in the HSB color mode is judged by obtaining the saturation and brightness of each pixel. If the color protection condition is satisfied, it indicates that the pixel point needs color protection, i.e. step 307 is executed; if the color protection condition is not satisfied, it indicates that the pixel point does not need color protection, and step 306 is executed.
The preset threshold is a preset value for judging whether the clothes to be washed need color protection.
As a possible implementation manner, the percentage of the pixel points requiring color protection to all the pixel points in the image area displaying the clothes to be washed is smaller than the preset threshold, step 309 is executed, that is, the clothes to be washed in the washing tub do not need to adopt a color protection washing mode, and the clothes are washed in a conventional washing mode, so that the washing effect is achieved.
As another possible implementation manner, when the percentage of the pixel points requiring color protection to all the pixel points in the image region displaying the laundry is greater than the preset threshold, step 310 is executed, that is, the laundry in the washing tub needs to adopt the color protection washing mode. The water temperature is adjusted to normal temperature cold water washing through the color protection washing mode, and the corresponding washing rhythm is optimized to protect the color of clothes.
According to the washing control method, the image of the clothes to be washed is acquired, the acquired image of the clothes to be washed is preprocessed, the image area of the clothes to be washed is selected through a clothes inference model frame obtained through training, color information of a red, green and blue RGB color mode is converted into color information of an HSB color mode for each pixel point in the image area, whether each pixel point meets a color protection condition in an HSB color space is judged, and whether the percentage of the pixel point needing color protection in all the pixel points in the image area of the clothes is larger than a preset threshold value is judged. Therefore, whether a single image needs color protection or not is judged, and the technical problems that in the prior art, the operation steps are complicated and the color of clothes is dark after the clothes are washed for multiple times are solved by automatically switching the washing modes, so that the purposes of simplifying user operation, improving user experience and realizing the color protection washing process without user intervention are achieved.
