Preferably, an ultraviolet germicidal lamp is arranged on the inner surface of the cleaning box; the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is vertically arranged and is provided with a plurality of ultraviolet germicidal lamps, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the first belt are respectively provided with at least one ultraviolet germicidal lamp.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial technical effects: when the quilt cleaning device is used, the distance between the two cleaning rollers is adjusted through the driving mechanism, and the two cleaning rollers are driven to rotate, so that the two cleaning rollers at the distance can clean a quilt in the rotating process, namely, impurities attached to the quilt are scraped off, the rotating directions of the two cleaning rollers are opposite, and the directions of the two cleaning rollers for scraping the quilt are opposite to the moving direction of the quilt. Medical staff presss from both sides the quilt tightly through the clamping mechanism on the first belt, and output drive first action wheel through first motor rotates, and first action wheel drives first from the driving wheel rotation through first belt, and first belt drives clamping mechanism and the tight quilt of clamping mechanism clamp and removes at the removal in-process, and the quilt obtains cleaning process when two cleaning rollers. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the quilt cleaning device for medical care provided by the invention comprises a cleaning box 1, a first mounting shaft 601, a second mounting shaft 801, a first bracket 9, a cleaning roller 10 and a conveying mechanism;
two groups of conveying mechanisms are arranged side by side along the vertical direction, and each conveying mechanism comprises a first driving wheel 6, a first belt 7 and a first driven wheel 8; the first driving wheel 6 is connected with a first driven wheel 8 through a first belt 7; the first driving wheel 6 is arranged on the first mounting shaft 601; the first driven wheel 8 is arranged on the second mounting shaft 801; the first mounting shaft 601 is rotatably disposed inside the cleaning tank 1; the second mounting shaft 801 is rotatably arranged on the first bracket 9; the first bracket 9 is arranged on the cleaning box 1; at least two groups of clamping mechanisms for clamping the quilt are arranged on the first belt 7; two cleaning rollers 10 are symmetrically arranged in the longitudinal direction with respect to the cleaning tank 1, and the two cleaning rollers 10 are respectively positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the first belt 7; the cleaning box 1 is provided with an access 101 at one transverse end, and the cleaning box 1 is provided with a first motor 5 for driving the first mounting shaft 601 to rotate and a driving mechanism for adjusting the distance between the two cleaning rollers 10 and driving the two cleaning rollers 10 to rotate.
In the invention, when in use, the driving mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the two cleaning rollers 10 and driving the two cleaning rollers 10 to rotate, so that the two cleaning rollers 10 at the distance can clean a quilt in the rotating process, namely, impurities attached to the quilt are scraped off, the rotating directions of the two cleaning rollers 10 are opposite, and the direction of the two cleaning rollers 10 for scraping the quilt is opposite to the moving direction of the quilt. Medical staff presss from both sides the quilt tightly through the clamping mechanism on the first belt 7, and output drive first action wheel 6 through first motor 5 rotates, and first action wheel 6 drives first from driving wheel 8 through first belt 7 and rotates, and first belt 7 drives clamping mechanism and the tight quilt of clamping mechanism clamp and removes in the removal process, and the quilt obtains cleaning process when two cleaning rollers 10. It should be noted that the first through hole 102 and the second through hole 103 can facilitate the adjustment of the distance between the two cleaning rollers 10, and avoid the interference of the fourth mounting shaft 31 and the fifth mounting shaft 32.
The principle of the driving mechanism driving the two cleaning rollers 10 to rotate is as follows: the output end of the third motor 18 drives the fourth mounting shaft 31 to rotate, the second driving wheel 19 and one cleaning roller 10 rotate along with the fourth mounting shaft 31, the second driving wheel 19 drives the adjusting wheel 20 and the second driven wheel 21 to rotate through the second belt 22, the second driven wheel 21 and the driving gear 29 coaxially rotate, the driving gear 29 drives the driven gear 30 to rotate, and the fifth mounting shaft 32 and the other cleaning roller 10 rotate along with the driven gear 30; the two cleaning rollers 10 rotate in opposite directions. When the distance between the two cleaning rollers 10 is adjusted, the output end of the second motor 13 drives the bidirectional screw 14 to rotate, so that the first screw nut 141 and the second screw nut 142 move oppositely or away from each other, and the distance between the first moving plate 15 and the second moving plate 16 is adjusted, the first guide rod 17 is used for guiding and supporting the moving process of the first moving plate 15 and the second moving plate 16, because the fourth mounting shaft 31 and the third motor 18 move along with the second moving plate 16, and the fifth mounting shaft 32 moves along with the first moving plate 15, the distance between the fourth mounting shaft 31 and the fifth mounting shaft 32 is adjusted, and the distance between the two cleaning rollers 10 is adjusted; the fourth mounting shaft 31 and the fifth mounting shaft 32 drive the two second brackets 33 to move when moving, and the third guide bar 34 is used for guiding and supporting the moving process of the second brackets 33, so that the fourth mounting shaft 31 and the fifth mounting shaft 32 can move stably, and the two cleaning rollers 10 can move stably; in the process of adjusting the distance between the two cleaning rollers 10, the second belt 22 is in a tensioned state, the adjusting wheel 20 and the connecting frame 23 slide on the second guide rod 25, and the elastic member 27 is compressed between the connecting frame 23 and the first connecting plate 24, so that the second belt 22 is maintained in a tensioned state capable of normal transmission.
In an alternative embodiment, the elastic member 27 is a compression spring, and the elastic member 27 is located at the outer circumference of the second guide bar 25.
It should be noted that the compression spring has good expansion and contraction performance, does not fall off from the second guide rod 25, and has good position stability.
In an alternative embodiment, the cleaning roller 10 is provided with a plurality of cleaning plates on the outer peripheral surface, the length direction of the cleaning plates is parallel to the axial direction of the cleaning roller 10, and the cleaning plates are uniformly arranged around the central axis of the cleaning roller 10.
It should be noted that, by arranging the cleaning plate, the cleaning plate can rotate along with the cleaning roller 10, and the cleaning plate can further clean the quilt in the rotating process, so as to scrape off impurities attached to the quilt, thereby improving the cleaning effect on the quilt.
In an alternative embodiment, a collection box 35 is placed inside the cleaning tank 1, and the collection box 35 is located on the bottom surface of the cleaning tank 1 and below the cleaning roller 10.
It should be noted that, by arranging the collecting box 35, the impurities scraped from the quilt by a part of the cleaning roller 10 can be collected, so that the collection is convenient and the cleaning is more sanitary.
In an alternative embodiment, the inner surface of the cleaning tank 1 is provided with an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 36; the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 36 is vertically arranged, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 36 is arranged in a plurality, wherein at least one of the inner side and the outer side of the first belt 7 is arranged.
By providing the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 36, both sides of the quilt can be sterilized by ultraviolet rays during the movement of the quilt, which is more sanitary.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 is provided with a foot cup 37; the plurality of foot cups 37 are arranged side by side.
It should be noted that the cleaning device can be moved or fixed by providing the foot cup 37, thereby improving the flexibility and convenience of use of the device.
In an alternative embodiment, the clamping mechanism comprises a mounting table 2, a threaded knob 3 and a pressing block 4; the mounting table 2 is of a U-shaped boss structure, and the mounting table 2 is arranged on the first belt 7; the threaded knob 3 comprises a knob part and a stud part, the stud part penetrates through the inner side of the mounting table 2, the stud part is in threaded connection with the mounting table 2, and two ends of the stud part are respectively connected with the knob part and the pressing block 4; the pressing block 4 is positioned on the inner side of the mounting table 2.
It should be noted that when a medical worker clamps a quilt, the edge of the quilt is placed inside the mounting table 2 of the U-shaped boss structure, the knob portion of the threaded knob 3 is rotated, the stud portion is driven by the knob portion to rotate, the stud portion moves towards the quilt on the mounting table 2, the pressing block 4 moves along with the stud portion, the quilt is pressed on the mounting table 2 by the pressing block 4, and multiple edges of the quilt are clamped for multiple times, so that the quilt is firmly clamped.
