Because the upper surface and the lower surface of the throwing hammer 5 are both provided with triangular grooves which are longitudinally arranged, the rotating directions of the narrow ends of the triangular grooves and the main shaft 9 are opposite, the fine crushing sections enter the part of the throwing hammer 5, the fine crushing sections are fixed in the triangular grooves, the throwing-out direction of the fine crushing sections in the grooves is the same as the rotating direction of the main shaft 9, the rotating directions of the narrow ends of the triangular grooves and the main shaft 9 are opposite, the throwing-out of partial fine crushing sections is blocked, further grinding of the fine crushing sections is realized, and the fineness of the slurry and the extraction rate of barley young seedlings are improved. The upper surface and the lower surface of the grinding plate 6 are both provided with triangular grooves which are arranged along the longitudinal direction, the fine crushing section and the ground fine crushing section must fall into the triangular grooves, the grinding time of the fine crushing section on the grinding plate 6 is prolonged, the fineness of slurry is improved, and the quality of the barley seedling juice is ensured.
In the device, a cutter 2 and a flail knife 3 form a crushing and fine crushing area of the device, a flail hammer 5 and a grinding plate 6 form a slurry grinding area of the device, so that the rapid beating of barley seedlings is realized, and the process can be completed within 10-20 s. The fineness of the pulp can be lower than 3mm by detection, the color change phenomenon is avoided, and the extraction rate of the barley seedlings is improved by 3.75%.

The embodiment provides a plant crushing beater, wherein the number of the cutting blades 2 is 8, the number of the flail blades 3 is 24, the number of the flail hammers 5 is 20, and the number of the grinding plates 6 is 12. The rest is the same as example 1.
Example 3
This embodiment provides a plant crushing beating machine, is not provided with the triangle-shaped recess on grinding plate 6, is not provided with the triangle-shaped recess on getting rid of the hammer 5, and the rest is the same as embodiment 1.

Claims (10)
1. A plant crushing and pulping device is characterized by comprising a shell (1) and a pulping structure arranged in the shell (1); the pulping structure comprises a lining plate (7), a cutter (2), a hammer shaft (4), a flail knife (3), a flail hammer (5), a main shaft (9) and a grinding plate (6);
the lining plate (7) is arranged along the inner side of the shell (1), a triangular groove which is longitudinally arranged is arranged on the lining plate (7), and the narrow end of the triangular groove is downwards arranged;
the main shaft (9) is connected with the cutter (2) and the hammer leaf shaft (4), the cutter (2) is symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the main shaft (9) along the main shaft (9), and the hammer leaf shaft (4) is symmetrically arranged at the lower end of the cutter (2) along the main shaft (9);
the flail knife (3) and the flail hammer are both arranged on the hammer sheet shaft (4) along the main shaft (9), and the flail hammer (5) is arranged at the lower end of the flail knife (3);
the grinding plate (6) is installed on the lining plate (7), and the grinding plate (6) is arranged between the two swinging hammers (5) arranged in the longitudinal direction.

Plant crushing and beating device according to claim 1, wherein the upper and lower faces of the drop hammer (5) are provided with triangular grooves arranged along the longitudinal direction, and the narrow ends of the triangular grooves are opposite to the rotation direction of the main shaft (9).

The plant crushing and beating device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the distance between the cutter (2) and the lining plate (7) in the horizontal direction is 20-30 cm; the distance between the flail knife (3) and the lining plate (7) in the horizontal direction is 10-25 cm; the distance between the swinging hammer (5) and the lining plate (7) in the horizontal direction is 10-25 cm; the distance between the grinding plate (6) and the hammer piece shaft (4) in the horizontal direction is 10-25 cm, and the distance between the grinding plate (6) and the swinging hammer (5) in the vertical direction is 20-30 cm.
7. The plant crushing and beating device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the number of the cutting blades (2) is 4 to 8, the number of the flail blades (3) is 28 to 32, the number of the flail hammers (5) is 16 to 20, and the number of the grinding plates (6) is 12 to 16.
8. Plant crushing and beating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flail knives (3) and the flail hammers (5) divide the blade shaft (4) into two equal parts in the longitudinal direction.
9. The plant crushing and pulping device according to claim 1, wherein a feed inlet (10) is formed in one side of the top end of the shell (1), and a discharge outlet (11) is formed in one side of the bottom end of the shell.

The plant crushing and beating device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a fan blade type discharging and stirring plate (8) is installed at the bottom end of the main shaft (9), and the fan blade type discharging and stirring plate (8) is symmetrically arranged along the main shaft (9).
