Technical Field

Background
As is well known, the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid can improve the emulsion stability of the oil-based drilling fluid in the oil-based drilling fluid, has a certain fluid loss reducing effect, and is widely used in the fields of drilling operation and oil exploitation; the existing emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid is used by combining a main emulsifier and an auxiliary emulsifier in the oil-based drilling fluid; the conventional emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid is found in the use of the oil-based drilling fluid, is inconvenient to maintain, has low demulsification voltage, has large influence on the rheological property of the drilling fluid in a high-density system, is unstable in fluidity after high-temperature aging, and has large consumption of an auxiliary treating agent, so that the production cost is high.

The emulsifier for the base drilling fluid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of octadecenoic acid oxide, 10 parts of triethylene tetramine, 1 part of p-dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, 10 parts of itaconic acid, 5 parts of liquid paraffin and 20 parts of solvent.
The emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid can be, but is not limited to, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and the like.
The production process of the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid comprises the following processing steps:
(1) opening a stirrer at normal temperature and normal pressure, adding 50 parts of octadecenoic acid oxide into a reaction kettle, heating, slowly adding 10 parts of triethylene tetramine when the temperature is raised to 50 ℃, heating to 170-200 ℃, and reacting for 4 hours;
(2) after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding 10 parts of itaconic acid when the temperature is reduced to 90 ℃, and reacting for 2 hours;
(3) after the reaction is finished, heating to 170-200 ℃ and reacting for 4 hours;
(4) after the reaction in the step (3) is finished, adding 5 parts of liquid paraffin and 20 parts of solvent into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 30min to obtain the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid;
(5) and (4) metering the emulsifier obtained in the step (4), filling into a packaging barrel, sampling, detecting, and warehousing after the detection is qualified.
The production process of the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid is characterized in that the rotating speed of the stirrer in the step (1) is 50-60 r/min.
The invention relates to an application of an emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluid, in particular to an application of the emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluid in white oil-based, diesel oil-based and gas oil-based drilling fluids.

7. the product overcomes the targeted defects of common emulsifiers, enhances the universality on the premise of ensuring the performance, and is suitable for white oil-based, diesel oil-based and synthetic-based drilling fluids.
The production process of the emulsifier provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the production process is closed, and no waste water or waste gas is discharged;
2. the product is a normal pressure reaction, and the safety is improved;
3. the product has simple production process and convenient operation, and reduces the labor cost.
Detailed Description
The following examples are given to further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The emulsifier for the base drilling fluid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of octadecenoic acid oxide, 10 parts of triethylene tetramine, 1 part of p-dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, 10 parts of itaconic acid, 5 parts of liquid paraffin and 20 parts of solvent.
The emulsifier and the solvent for the oil-based drilling fluid can be, but are not limited to, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and the like.
The production process of the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid comprises the following processing steps:
(1) opening a stirrer at normal temperature and normal pressure, adding 50 parts of octadecenoic acid oxide into a reaction kettle, heating, slowly adding 10 parts of triethylene tetramine when the temperature is raised to 50 ℃, heating to 170-200 ℃, and reacting for 4 hours;
(2) after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding 10 parts of itaconic acid when the temperature is reduced to 90 ℃, and reacting for 2 hours;
(3) after the reaction is finished, heating to 170-200 ℃ and reacting for 4 hours;
(4) after the reaction in the step (3) is finished, adding 5 parts of liquid paraffin and 20 parts of solvent into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 30min to obtain the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid;
(5) and (4) metering the emulsifier obtained in the step (4), filling into a packaging barrel, sampling, detecting, and warehousing after the detection is qualified.
The production process of the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid is characterized in that the rotating speed of the stirrer in the step (1) is 50-60 r/min.

Example 1
The oil-based drilling fluid is prepared according to the following production process:
(1) opening a stirrer at normal temperature and normal pressure, adding 50 parts of octadecenoic acid oxide into the reaction kettle at the rotating speed of 55r/min, heating, slowly adding 10 parts of triethylene tetramine when the temperature is raised to 50 ℃, heating to 170 ℃, and reacting for 4 hours;
(2) after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding 10 parts of itaconic acid when the temperature is reduced to 90 ℃, and reacting for 2 hours;
(3) after the reaction is finished, heating to 170 ℃ and reacting for 4 hours;
(4) after the reaction in the step (2) is finished, adding 5 parts of naphtha and 20 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 30min to obtain an emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid;
(5) and (5) metering the emulsifier obtained in the step (4), filling the emulsifier into a packaging barrel, sampling and detecting, and warehousing after the emulsifier is qualified.
The emulsifiers obtained in the examples were used in diesel oil, white oil and gasoil, respectively, and the formulations were as follows:
formulation 1 #: 240mL of diesel oil, 14.0g of emulsifier, 2.0g of wetting agent, 6g of organic soil, 8.0g of lime (40 mL of 25% calcium chloride solution), 14.0g of natural asphalt and 750g of barite;
formulation 2 #: 240mL of white oil, 14.0g of emulsifier, 2.0g of wetting agent, 6g of organic soil, 8.0g of lime (40 mL of 25% calcium chloride solution), 14.0g of natural asphalt and 750g of barite;
formulation No. 3: 240mL of gassy oil, 14.0g of emulsifier, 2.0g of wetting agent, 6g of organic soil, 8.0g of lime (40 mL of 25% calcium chloride solution), 14.0g of natural asphalt and 750g of barite;
according to the conventional test method in the field, the demulsification voltage, the rheological property and the filtration loss before and after aging are respectively tested, the test is carried out at 68 ℃, the test is carried out at the high temperature of 200 ℃, and the test results are shown in the following table 1:

1. Demulsification voltage: after aging, the 1#, 2#, 3# emulsion breaking voltage is stable, which shows that the emulsion stability is good.
2. Rheological property: after aging, the 1#, 2#, 3# plastic viscosity is reduced to some extent, the dynamic shear force variation amplitude is small, so that the rheological property of the drilling fluid becomes good after high temperature.
3. The filtration loss: after aging, the 1#, 2#, 3# high pressure filtration loss is below 10mL, and the field requirement can be met.
The emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid has good temperature resistance, and can resist the temperature of more than 200 ℃;
2. the emulsifier is beneficial to improving the emulsion stability of the oil-based drilling fluid and has good fluid loss reducing effect;

(1) opening a stirrer at normal temperature and normal pressure, adding 50 parts of octadecenoic acid oxide into a reaction kettle, heating, slowly adding 10 parts of triethylene tetramine when the temperature is raised to 50 ℃, heating to 170-200 ℃, and reacting for 4 hours;
(2) after the reaction is finished, cooling, adding 10 parts of itaconic acid when the temperature is reduced to 90 ℃, and reacting for 2 hours;
(3) after the reaction is finished, heating to 170-200 ℃ and reacting for 4 hours;
