Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of an inorganic modified water-based environment-friendly interior wall coating, which comprises the following steps: 1) grinding the slurry: adding 300 parts of deionized water and 3 parts of cellulose in a container according to parts by weight, starting dispersion, sequentially adding 4 parts of dispersing agent, 2 parts of defoaming agent, 2 parts of pH regulator, 150 parts of titanium dioxide and 300 parts of heavy calcium according to parts by weight, dispersing for a period of time at a high speed, and standing for later use; (2) paint mixing: adding 40 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion into the slurry, uniformly dispersing at a medium speed, slowly adding 200 parts by weight of inorganic modified resin, adding 1 part by weight of defoaming agent and 5 parts by weight of stabilizer, and dispersing at a medium speed for a period of time to obtain the water-based inorganic modified environment-friendly interior wall coating. The invention improves the storage stability of the system and ensures that the system is not changed in the processes of storage and transportation to construction; the water resistance and the scrubbing resistance are enhanced; the fire resistance grade is guaranteed to reach the national grade A standard; the overall performance of the inorganic coating is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of an inorganic modified water-based environment-friendly interior wall coating.
Background
The first generation of inorganic paint is a two-component paint composed of powder composed of inorganic pigment and filler and potassium silicate liquid, and is only applicable to the surface coating of a firm and absorptive mineral substrate, and is inconvenient to construct. The second generation is a single-component coating prepared by using potassium silicate as a main binder and an organic emulsion base material (less than 5 percent) as an auxiliary material and adding a proper amount of inorganic pigment, filler and multifunctional auxiliary agent, but is not suitable for the surface of an organic coating. Silica sol silicate coatings based on potassium silicate and silica sol as the main inorganic binders have been developed today. Today's inorganic coatings, which are effective in reducing cure shrinkage stress, are suitable for most building substrates, including robust organic coating surfaces, and are useful for wood surfaces and tropical rain forest climates.
Although a great improvement over previous systems, many drawbacks still exist with inorganic coating technology. The storage property, water resistance, scrub resistance and the like are more prominent. On one hand, the inorganic coating in the current market generally has the problems of unstable storage and incapability of effectively controlling viscosity, and the phenomenon of continuous rise of viscosity occurs; more systems can not pass the national relevant detection standards, particularly the detection of the heat storage stability, the viscosity can rise by more than sixty KU after being stored for 15 days at 50 ℃, and the stirring can not be uniform at the later stage, thereby greatly influencing the normal production, storage and use. On the other hand, the product quality of inorganic resins, emulsions and some related auxiliaries, which are core materials used in inorganic coating systems, is uneven, so that the water resistance and scrub resistance of the produced inorganic coatings are also greatly different. After a paint film is dried for 7 days at normal temperature, the related tests of water resistance and scrubbing resistance are carried out, the phenomenon of coating surface powder falling can occur when the inorganic paint with poor quality is soaked in water for 1 day, and the phenomenon of bottom exposure can occur when the paint film is scrubbed for about 600 times; the inorganic coating with relatively good quality can generate the phenomenon of coating surface powder falling after being soaked in water for 10 days, and can generate the phenomenon of bottom exposure after being scrubbed for about 4500 times, so that the inorganic coating can not reach the relevant national standard, and the quality problem can be generated at the later stage when the inorganic coating is forcibly used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a modified inorganic resin, a targeted acrylic emulsion, a filler and an auxiliary agent which are reasonably matched, thereby improving the storage stability of a system and ensuring that the modified inorganic resin cannot be changed in the processes of storage and transportation to construction; the water resistance and the scrubbing resistance are enhanced; the fire resistance grade is guaranteed to reach the national grade A standard; the organic content reaches the national standard (less than or equal to 5 percent), and the preparation method of the inorganic modified water-based environment-friendly interior wall coating improves the overall performance of the inorganic coating.

(2) Paint mixing: adding 40 parts of acrylic emulsion into the slurry prepared by the above operation in parts by weight, uniformly dispersing at a medium speed, slowly adding 200 parts of inorganic modified resin in parts by weight, adding 1 part of defoaming agent and 5 parts of stabilizing agent in parts by weight, and dispersing at a medium speed for a period of time to obtain the water-based inorganic modified environment-friendly interior wall coating.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cellulose is a mixture of hydroxyethyl cellulose and ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose.

(2) Paint mixing: adding 40 parts of acrylic emulsion into the slurry prepared by the operation according to the parts by weight, and uniformly dispersing at a medium speed, wherein the acrylic emulsion is a specific acrylic emulsion which is suitable for the system of the invention and has good alkali resistance, good stability, good flexibility, low glass transition temperature and good water resistance, then slowly adding 200 parts of inorganic modified resin consisting of a mixture of modified silica sol and potassium silicate solution according to the parts by weight, adding 1 part of defoaming agent and 5 parts of stabilizing agent according to the parts by weight, and dispersing at a medium speed for 30 minutes to obtain the aqueous inorganic modified environment-friendly interior wall coating.
The inorganic modified water-based environment-friendly interior wall coating provided by the invention has excellent storage stability, very small viscosity change at the early stage and very stable viscosity at the later stage, and basically keeps unchanged. The viscosity change is stored within 5KU in two months at 50 ℃, and the phenomena of layering and water separation are avoided; the waterproof performance is excellent, and after drying and maintenance are carried out for 7 days, the surface of a water paint film soaked by the blue cleaning cloth for 30 days does not have the powder falling phenomenon; the scrubbing resistance is excellent, after drying and curing for 7 days, a scrubbing resistance experiment is carried out, the scrubbing frequency can reach more than 20000 times, and a paint film has no damage and bottom exposure.
