The specific working process of the invention is as follows: the positioning mould 2 is placed on the servo sliding table 35, the positioning mould 2 is pressed through the mould pressing device 22, a workpiece is placed on the positioning mould 2, accurate positioning is completed, the positioning mould 2 and the workpiece placed at the upper end of the positioning mould 2 are conveyed to the position below the ultrasonic welding station 5 through the driving mechanism 3, the servo sliding table locking device 351 is used for locking the servo sliding table 35 and the rack 1, the ultrasonic welding station 5 is transferred to the working position through the station lifting device 4, the lower locking mechanism 47 is used for safely locking the ultrasonic welding station 5, the pressing piece 52 on the ultrasonic welding station 5 presses the workpiece on the positioning mould 2, and the multi-azimuth ultrasonic welding unit 51 is used for welding the workpiece; during welding, the ultrasonic generator 8 converts current into high-frequency electric energy, the transducer 512 converts the electric energy into mechanical motion with the same frequency, the amplitude of the mechanical motion is changed through the amplitude modulator 513, the vibration is transmitted to the welding head, and at the position where the welding head is combined with a workpiece, the vibration energy is converted into heat energy in a friction mode to realize welding; after welding, the clamping jaw 53 clamps the workpiece and places the workpiece on the conveying device 9, and the conveying device 9 conveys the workpiece out of the special welding machine.
