Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of determining a reading position according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for determining a reading position, including:
The method provided by the embodiment can be executed by a user terminal for reading an electronic book, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer, an electronic paper book, and the like. The identification instruction may be sent by the user to the user terminal to enable the user terminal to receive the identification instruction. The method for sending the recognition instruction may be various, for example, the user may select a function of recognizing a paper book in the user terminal, the user may select a function of scanning in the user terminal, or the user may input the recognition instruction in a voice manner, for example, the user speaks a password such as "scan", "scan a paper book", or "record" to the user terminal, and the terminal may recognize the voice password and further recognize whether the voice password is the recognition instruction.
Specifically, the type of the recognition instruction may include an image recognition instruction and a voice recognition instruction. For example, buttons for image recognition and voice recognition may be displayed on the terminal display interface, and the user may trigger the recognition instruction by clicking the buttons. After receiving the identification instruction, the user terminal can acquire the book information to be identified according to the identification instruction. For example, if the user inputs an image recognition instruction, the user terminal starts the function of acquiring the image, and if the user inputs a voice recognition instruction, the user terminal starts the function of acquiring the voice content, so as to acquire the information of the book to be recognized.
If the user inputs an image recognition instruction, the image information of the book to be recognized can be acquired in various modes such as photographing, scanning and uploading pictures. If the user inputs a voice recognition instruction, the audio content of the book to be recognized can be acquired in a recording and audio uploading mode.
And 102, acquiring characters to be recognized included in the book information to be recognized according to a preset algorithm.
The method includes the steps that corresponding preset algorithms can be set according to different recognition instructions, for example, when the recognition instructions are image recognition instructions, information of books to be recognized is processed according to the image recognition algorithms, and therefore characters to be recognized are obtained; and if the recognition instruction is a voice recognition instruction, processing the book information to be recognized according to a voice recognition algorithm so as to obtain the characters to be recognized included in the book information.
And 103, determining a target page in the electronic book according to the character to be recognized.
The method includes the steps of obtaining sentences to be recognized by connecting characters to be recognized according to the position relation of the characters to be recognized, searching the sentences to be recognized in the electronic book, and determining a target page where the characters to be recognized are located. In addition, when the character to be recognized is determined, some characters to be recognized are not clear due to the fact that the information of the book to be recognized is not clear enough, and the character to be recognized at the position can be replaced by a blank space.
Further, when the recognition instruction is an image recognition instruction, since the acquired image information may only include a part of the paper book, for example, the image information is a middle part of the paper book, each line of characters in the image information is less than each line of characters in the paper book. At this time, in this embodiment, each line of the text to be recognized may also be determined according to the position relationship of the characters to be recognized in the image information, and then each line of the text to be recognized is spliced together to obtain the sentence to be recognized in each line. The terminal can search each line of sentences to be recognized in the electronic book and take the page simultaneously comprising the sentences to be recognized as a target page. If the page including each line of the statement to be recognized does not exist, the page including the maximum number of lines of the statement to be recognized can be used as the target page.
In practical application, when the recognition instruction is a voice recognition instruction, book information recorded by a user is generally continuous, so that the obtained characters to be recognized can be connected to form a sentence, and a target page is determined in the electronic book based on the sentence.
In practical application, because the layouts of the electronic book and the paper book are different, the image information of the book to be recognized may span multiple pages of the electronic book, for example, the content of the image information is on the second page and the third page of the electronic book, and at this time, the page with the top page number may be used as the target page. In addition, the acquired image information can be displayed in the terminal, and page information of version information of each part of the paper book can be marked in the terminal. For example, a portion of the image information may be boxed and marked on a second page of the electronic book, another portion of the image information may be boxed and marked on a third page of the electronic book. The user can operate the terminal to select one part of the pages, and the terminal takes the page corresponding to the part selected by the user as a target page.
And when the character to be recognized is determined, punctuation marks included in the character to be recognized are removed, when a target page is determined in the electronic book, punctuation marks in the electronic book are also removed, and the target page is determined only according to the character to be recognized in the information of the book to be recognized and the character information in the electronic book.
After determining the target page, the method provided by this embodiment further includes: and jumping to a target page of the electronic book. So that the user can continue reading the book.
The method provided by the embodiment is used for determining the reading position in a paper book in an electronic book, and is executed by a device storing the method provided by the embodiment, wherein the device is generally realized in a hardware and/or software manner.
The method for determining the reading position comprises the steps of receiving an identification instruction, and acquiring information of a book to be identified according to the identification instruction; acquiring characters to be recognized included in the book information to be recognized according to a preset algorithm; and determining a target page in the electronic book according to the character to be recognized. In the scheme for determining the reading position provided by this embodiment, the position of the electronic book corresponding to the paper book to be recognized can be determined according to the information of the paper book to be recognized, and then after the user reads the paper book, when the user reads the electronic book of the same book, the position of suspending reading can be determined in the electronic book in a manner of recognizing the paper book, and the user does not need to remember to turn over the electronic book.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of determining a reading position according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a method for determining a reading position, including:
After receiving the image recognition instruction, the user terminal can acquire the image information of the book to be recognized.
In an embodiment, the user terminal may turn on a camera module of the terminal after receiving the image recognition instruction, and the user may move the terminal so that the camera module is aligned with the book to be recognized, and at this time, the terminal may obtain image information of the book to be recognized. After the camera module of the terminal is aligned with the book, the terminal can be operated by a user to trigger the photographing function of the terminal, namely, the terminal photographs the book to be recognized, and then image information is obtained. And after the camera module of the terminal is started, the terminal scans the graph acquired by the camera module and judges whether the image information comprises character information, and if so, the acquired image information is processed. And then, after the camera module aligns to the book, the terminal detects that the image information acquired by the camera module comprises character information, and then automatically processes the currently acquired image information. In such a real-time manner, the image recognition instruction may be photographing, scanning, or the like.
In another embodiment, a user can upload pictures, so that the terminal can acquire image information of a book to be recognized. And after receiving the image identification instruction, the user terminal starts the album function of the terminal. A user can select a book picture shot in advance in the album, and the terminal processes the book picture to acquire image information in the book picture. In such an embodiment, the image recognition instruction may be to upload a picture, open an album, or the like.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method of determining a reading position according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the acquiring of the image information of the book to be recognized according to the image recognition instruction in step 201 may further include:
After the terminal receives the image recognition instruction, the camera module of the terminal can be started. The camera module is a module component which is arranged on the terminal and used for acquiring images. The terminal can obtain the image through the camera module.
Specifically, the terminal sends the opening instruction to the camera module, and then opens the camera module.
Furthermore, after the camera module is started, the acquired image is the image aligned by the camera module. The user can move the terminal, and the camera module is aligned to the paper books to be recognized.
Further, a selection control may be displayed in a screen of the terminal, and the user may send an instruction to operate the selection control, so that the selection control can select a part of the image information and use the part selected by the selection control as the image information of the book to be recognized.
In practical application, a touch track of a user operating the touch screen can be obtained, and the position and/or size of the selection control can be determined according to the touch track.
When the user operates the selection control, the selection control can be operated in a mode of touching a terminal screen. The terminal can detect the position of the user touching the screen and the moving direction of the touch track, and determine the position and/or size of the selection control according to the touch track. For example, the user may select one end of the selection control and move a finger, and then may adjust the position of the end point of the selection control, and may also select the entire selection control and move the finger, and then may move the position of the entire selection control.
Specifically, the selection control may be displayed in the terminal in various forms, such as a text box, an underline, and the like.
Further, the part of the selection control selected in the image may be determined as the image information of the book to be recognized. For example, if the selection control is a text box, the content selected in the text box may be the image information to be recognized, and if the selection control is an underline, the content corresponding to the underline may be the image information to be recognized.
In practical application, because the image obtained by the camera module may contain more contents, for example, the obtained image contains contents of two pages of a book, at this time, if the image is directly processed, the calculation amount is large, and the contents are more, and the accuracy of the recognition is reduced, therefore, a part of the contents can be selected as the image information of the book to be recognized through the operation of the user, so that the recognition accuracy is higher, and the recognition speed can be increased.
Wherein, a threshold value can be preset, and a threshold number of characters to be recognized can be obtained in the image information. For example, the preset threshold may be set to 20, 30, etc., and the size of the preset threshold may be set according to actual requirements.
Specifically, the character to be recognized may be acquired according to a preset threshold.
Further, a preset threshold number of characters to be recognized may be randomly obtained from the image information, for example, the characters to be recognized may be randomly selected at positions such as the upper left corner and the upper right corner of the image until the number of characters reaches the preset threshold. The continuous characters to be recognized can also be acquired from the image information, for example, the acquisition can be started from the first character appearing at the upper left corner of the image information until the preset threshold number of characters to be recognized are acquired; the starting position of a paragraph in the image can be judged, and the character to be recognized is obtained from the starting position of the paragraph.
Furthermore, the acquired characters to be recognized can be processed, and whether the target page can be determined according to the characters is judged. If yes, executing step 204, and if not, continuing to execute step 202 until the font to be recognized of the target page can be determined is obtained.
If the target page can be determined according to the acquired characters to be recognized, step 204 is executed, otherwise, the preset threshold number of characters to be recognized are continuously acquired from the image information. The character to be recognized acquired this time may be completely different from the character to be recognized acquired last time, or may be partially different. The character of the preset threshold may be continuously acquired in a portion subsequent to the character acquired last time, and at this time, the character acquired this time may be considered to be completely different from the character acquired last time. It is also possible to obtain N characters in the part after the last obtained character, and eliminate the first N characters of the first obtained character to be recognized, and the step 205 is executed by the remaining characters and the newly obtained N characters together. For example, if the preset threshold is 20, 20 characters are acquired for the first time, and if the target page cannot be determined according to the 20 characters, 5 characters are acquired again, and step 205 is executed according to the last 15 characters acquired for the first time and the newly acquired 5 characters.
And step 204, determining a target page in the electronic book according to the character to be recognized.
The specific principle and implementation of step 204 are similar to those of step 103, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a process of determining whether a target page can be determined in an electronic book according to a character to be recognized according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, step 203 further comprises:
The outline shape of the character to be recognized can be preliminarily determined by adopting an image recognition method, and the character to be recognized does not need to be accurately judged.
Wherein, a character outline including but not limited to a chapter number can be preset. Such as "chapter i", "section i" in "chapter i", "section i", etc. The character outline may also be an outline of a particular font, size, for example, the font and size of chapters in some books may be different from the body.
Specifically, whether the outline shape of the character to be recognized includes the preset character outline or not can be determined in a comparison manner.
If yes, step 2033 is executed to determine that the target page can be determined in the electronic book according to the character to be recognized. And then, a target page is determined according to the character to be recognized corresponding to the character outline, and the character to be recognized corresponding to the character outline can be precisely recognized.
If not, step 2034 is executed to perform optical character recognition on the character to be recognized, and determine the character corresponding to the character to be recognized.
In practical application, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) may be performed on the character to be recognized, and the character corresponding to the character to be recognized is determined. For example, the shape is determined by detecting dark and light patterns, then the shape is translated into computer characters by a character recognition method, and the characters in the image are converted into a text format by recognition software.
The characters in the electronic book can be traversed, the characters are compared with the characters corresponding to the determined characters to be recognized, and if the characters are included, whether the characters are included in the electronic book is judged. The sentence to be recognized can be generated according to the determined characters, the sentence to be recognized can be a sentence or a plurality of sentences, for example, each line of characters is a single sentence to be recognized, the sentence to be recognized is searched in the electronic book, and whether the electronic book comprises the determined characters or not is determined according to the searching result. For example, if the text corresponding to the character to be recognized includes "sometimes use a horn to shout a mouth or spread a leaflet downwards", it is searched whether the sentence is included in the electronic book.
If yes, go to step 2033; if not, step 2036 is executed to determine that the target page cannot be determined in the electronic book according to the character to be recognized.
Referring to fig. 2, if step 2033 is executed, step 204 is continued. If step 2036 is executed, step 202 is continued.
If the reading position of the user has a preset character outline, the reading position can be quickly positioned according to the character outline. If the character outline is not included, OCR recognition can be carried out on a plurality of characters meeting the preset threshold, and because the number of the characters needing to be recognized is small, interference factors among the characters are reduced, so that the recognition accuracy and the recognition efficiency are high, and the processing speed of the terminal can be further improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method of determining a reading position according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a method for determining a reading position, including:
After receiving the voice recognition instruction, the user terminal can acquire the voice content of the book to be recognized.
In a real-time mode, the user terminal can start a recording function after receiving a voice recognition instruction and acquire voice content; in another embodiment, the user may upload the recording, so that the terminal obtains the voice content of the book to be recognized. After receiving the identification instruction, the user terminal opens a folder of the terminal for storing audio contents, the user can select any audio from the audio, and the terminal processes the audio to acquire the voice contents.
Specifically, after the voice content is obtained, the text information included in the voice content can be determined according to a voice recognition algorithm, and any one of isolated word recognition, keyword recognition and continuous voice recognition can be adopted in the recognition process.
Further, as the acquired voice content of the book to be recognized may have an unclear condition, in this case, unclear characters may also be removed, only clear and definite character content is retained, and for the unclear characters, spaces may be used instead.
Step 503 is similar to the specific principle and implementation of step 103.
When the speech content is processed by adopting a keyword recognition mode, a sentence with characters to be recognized being discontinuous is obtained, and in this case, the e-book page containing the keywords can be determined as a target page.
