Abstract
The invention aims to provide a filter element with an installation guide device, which is used for solving the problems in the prior art and comprises a central column, a first filter medium, a second filter medium, an upper end cover and a lower end cover, wherein the first filter medium and the second filter medium surround the central column, the upper end cover and the lower end cover are connected with two ends of the central column, the central column comprises a filter section, an installation guide section and a connecting end which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the installation guide section is provided with the installation guide device, and the installation guide device at least comprises a plurality of high keys and a plurality of low keys which are respectively distributed circumferentially around the axis of the central column. Through this filter core of taking installation guider, can realize the filter core and conveniently aim at the installation when changing in the filter casing, and its simple structure, production replacement cost is low.

The filter element is generally installed in a filter shell which is positioned in a fluid passage and can isolate the external environment for working, and a safety and a valve which are closed for replacing the filter element in the fluid passage are opened through a filter element structure in order to stabilize the working effect during working. In the existing installation process, an installer is required to manually insert the filter element into the filter housing and adjust the position of the filter element under the condition of no view to try alignment of the mating structure, resulting in troublesome installation and low efficiency. Meanwhile, the filter element partially adopting the spiral track type automatic guiding function is complex in structure and high in production cost.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures:
a filter cartridge with installation guide means as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4 includes a center pillar 11, a first filter medium 121 as a water coalescing layer made of a water coalescing medium surrounding the center pillar 11, a second filter medium 122 comprising an impurity filtering layer supported by the filter medium and a water coalescing layer coated outside the first filter medium 121, and upper and lower end caps 13 and 14 connected to both ends of the center pillar 11 by thermal welding. The first filter medium 121 and the second filter medium 122 are combined to form the structure of an equivalent coalescing filter element, the coalescing filter element is formed by processing a plurality of composite materials through a special process, has hydrophilic property, not only can filter mechanical impurities in the media, but also can separate water in an emulsified state from the media through demulsification and coalescence, and coalesce into larger water drops, so that the purification of the media is further realized. The central column 11 includes a filtering section 111, a mounting guide section 112 and a connecting end 113 which are sequentially injection molded and integrally formed from top to bottom and are used for passing filtered fluid, a mounting guide device 2 (which can be relatively rotatable in this embodiment or can be integrally formed and not rotatable in other embodiments) is arranged in the mounting guide section 112, the mounting guide device 2 in this embodiment at least includes four (which can be other number meeting the requirement in other preferred embodiments) high keys 21 and low keys 22 which are uniformly distributed around the axis circumference of the central column 11 respectively, and the high keys 21 and the low keys 22 are staggered in this embodiment.

When the filter element is inserted into the filter housing, the guide driving part 211 is firstly contacted with the groove/track for embedding the filter element in the filter housing because the tail end position is the most downward, and the high key 21 is guided to be embedded into the corresponding position by the contact guiding action of the two side surfaces of the guide driving part, so that the installation error rate of an installer under the condition of no vision is reduced (in order to avoid the high key 21 from being erroneously inserted into the corresponding position of the low key 22, the width of the high key 21 is preferably larger than that of the low key 22, namely, the high key 21 is not inserted into the corresponding groove/track of the low key 22), and the low key 22 with the fixed relative position is guided to be clamped into the corresponding groove/track simultaneously. Meanwhile, it is preferable that a valve or a safety driving part for opening a fluid passage in a filter housing is provided at the end of the groove/rail, and the valve or safety driving part is pressed downward to open the passage after the upper key 21 and the lower key 22 are inserted, thereby realizing the functions of installation guide and driving the valve cartridge or safety with a simple structure.
The installation guiding device 2 in this embodiment further includes a ring shell 23, where the ring shell 23 is rotatably embedded in the installation guiding section 112, that is, when the filter housing is inserted, the circumferential rotation adjustment required by the guiding insertion installation action of the high key 21 is directly completed by the rotation of the ring shell 23 itself, and the installer only needs a simple insertion action to complete the corresponding guiding installation (in order to ensure that the ring shell 23 can effectively rotate, it is preferable that the opening of the groove/track corresponding to the filter housing is provided with a guiding surface with a certain gradient, so that the insertion force of the installer will separate the lateral force of the horizontal direction pushing the ring shell 23 to rotate to realize the guiding installation when the guiding surface contacts with the guiding driving portion 211 of the high key 21). Meanwhile, the filter element can rotate around the axis of the filter element after being installed by leaning on the embedded structure of the high key 21 and the low key 22, but the problems of influence on safety and work caused by shaking, loosening and the like of the axis of the filter element cannot occur, and the filter element is similar to a revolving body, so that the working effect is not influenced by simple rotation.
In this embodiment, the central column 11 further includes a connecting neck 3 disposed between the filtering section 111 and the installation guiding section 112, and the connecting neck 3 includes an annular base plate 31 extending inward from an inner wall of the central column 11, a first shoulder 32 extending downward from the base plate 31, and a second shoulder 33 extending upward from the base plate 31.
In this embodiment, the filter further includes an inner filter column 4, the inner filter column 4 is a porous column, and the pore filter screen of metal or other materials is covered in the pore to realize multi-stage filtration of the filter core so as to improve the filtering cleaning effect, the inner filter column 4 is coaxially arranged in the central column 11 in a penetrating manner, and the lower end of the inner filter column 4 is clamped to the side surface of the second shoulder 33 through a ridge groove structure arranged on the side surface of the inner filter column. (when a plurality of inner filter columns 4 are installed, the inner filter columns 4 are sequentially sleeved with each other in a manner of being enlarged and reduced from large to small in a certain proportion, and the corresponding second shoulders 33 are also a plurality of corresponding concentric annular structures). Meanwhile, the central hole 311 through which the fluid channel of the filter housing from which the filtered fluid flows is concentrically disposed in the middle of the substrate 31 in this embodiment, and the sealing portion 312 with a multi-fold spring structure is integrally formed at the edge of the central hole 311, because the sealing portion 312 is formed by injection molding, and has a certain elasticity supported by plastic materials, it is compressed by extrusion after the fluid channel of the filter housing is inserted and is sealed and wrapped on the side surface of the fluid channel with a corresponding elastic force to form a seal, in this embodiment, it is a two-stage structure with an upward opening, and the upward opening structure can further play a role in blocking the fluid leakage.
In this embodiment, the lower end cover 14 includes an annular lower cover plate 141 and a shoulder 142 extending upward from an inner hole of the lower cover plate 141, the outer diameter of the shoulder 142 is smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting end 113 of the central column 11, and the upper and lower ends of the annular shell 23 respectively abut against the first shoulder 32 and the shoulder 142, so as to realize stable positioning of the installation guide device 2 in the axial direction of the filter element, and prevent the play/shake of the installation guide device from affecting the installation stability.
In this embodiment, the connecting end 113, the shoulder 142 and the filter medium 12 enclose a labyrinth cavity 143. The labyrinth cavity 143 is embedded with the sealing ring 144 with three surfaces wrapped on the connecting end 113, so that the effective sealing of the joint of the central column 11 and the lower end cover 14 is realized, and the problem of possible sealing inaccuracy and leakage caused by the rotatable installation positioning device 2 is prevented.
In this embodiment, a plurality of spiral-shaped reinforcing ridges 114 are provided on the outer side of the installation guide section 112 to reinforce the structural strength thereof.
